Abstract
本发明涉及一种化工机械领域的用于聚氯乙烯树脂生产的预混槽,包括预混槽本体、搅拌机、进料口和出料口,所述搅拌机包括传动装置和搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴安装在预混槽本体内部,所述搅拌轴的一端连接传动装置,另一端通过轴承和支撑架与预混槽本体连接,所述搅拌轴的上部设置一层或一层以上的A型搅拌桨,所述搅拌轴下部设置一层或一层以上的B型搅拌桨。本发明通过在搅拌轴上设置两种不同形式的搅拌桨,上部分A型搅拌桨在搅拌物料时具有一种向下作用于物料的压力,从而使搅拌轴上部分A型和下部分B型搅拌桨形成合力对物料的搅拌和分散更加充分、有效。

技术领域:
本发明涉及化工机械领域,具体涉及一种用于聚氯乙烯树脂生产的预混槽。
背景技术:
对于树脂来说,其颗粒的粒径大小对树脂的表观密度、粉末流动性、加工、包装等都有不同程度的影响,因此PVC颗粒的粒径及其分布的将直接影响聚合物产品的性能。对于糊树脂生产过程的预混系统,通常都是将聚氯乙烯单体、纯水、引发剂等加入预混槽,经过搅拌预混后再将乳液注入均化器,乳液在机械乳化泵的作用下进行反复循环,使乳液分散成稳定的微小液滴,然后输送到聚合釜内聚合。对于目前较常用的48m3的聚合釜,均化过程一般需要3小时,显然,均化时间过长影响了糊树脂的生产效率。预混是均化的紧前工序,预混不仅起着混合的作用,还对混合的乳液起着预分散的作用,因此搅拌预混的效果直接影响均化的效率。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了解决聚氯乙烯乳液分散效率低的问题,而提供一种能够充分搅拌和预分散乳液的具有特殊搅拌装置的预混槽。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种用于聚氯乙烯树脂生产的预混槽,包括预混槽本体、搅拌机、进料口和出料口,所述搅拌机包括传动装置和搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴安装在预混槽本体内部,所述搅拌轴的一端连接传动装置,另一端通过轴承和支撑架与预混槽本体连接,所述搅拌轴的上部设置一层或一层以上的A型搅拌桨,所述搅拌轴下部设置一层或一层以上的B型搅拌桨。
优选的,所述A型搅拌桨由2~4片斜度为25°~60°的A型搅拌叶组成。
优选的,所述A型搅拌桨的A型搅拌叶为“T”型结构,并且A型搅拌叶的平面上设有筋板。
优选的,所述B型搅拌桨由2~4片纵向的B型搅拌叶组成,且B型搅拌叶的平面上设有筋板。
优选的,所述预混槽本体外侧还设置有筒体夹套、上夹套和下夹套,所述上夹套和下夹套分别设置在筒体夹套的上、下两端,所述筒体夹套上设置有筒体夹套进水口和筒体夹套出水口,所述上夹套上设置有上夹套进水口和上夹套出水口,所述下夹套上设置有下夹套进水口和下夹套出水口。
优选的,预混槽本体内壁侧设置一块或一块以上纵向的扰流板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:通过在搅拌轴上部设置一层或一层以上其搅拌叶具有一定斜度的A型搅拌桨,所述搅拌轴下部设置一层或一层以上其搅拌叶为纵向的B型搅拌桨,上部分A型搅拌桨在搅拌物料时具有一种向下作用于物料的压力,从而使搅拌轴上部分A型和下部分B型搅拌桨合力对物料的搅拌和分散更加充分、有效;通过在预混槽外侧设置夹套,从外部对预混过程产生的热量进行冷却,使预混的温度维持在工艺所需要的温度。

根据图1至图5所示的一种用于聚氯乙烯树脂生产的预混槽,包括预混槽本体1、搅拌机2、进料口101和出料口102,所述搅拌机2包括传动装置201和搅拌轴202,所述搅拌轴202安装在预混槽本体1内部,所述搅拌轴202的一端连接传动装置201,另一端通过轴承205和支撑架206与预混槽本体1连接,所述搅拌轴202的上部设置一层或一层以上的A型搅拌桨203,所述搅拌轴202下部设置一层或一层以上的B型搅拌桨204。
另一较佳实施例,不同之处在于所述A型搅拌桨203由2~4片斜度为25°~60°的A型搅拌叶208组成。
另一较佳实施例,不同之处在于所述A型搅拌桨203的A型搅拌叶208为“T”型结构,并且A型搅拌叶208的平面上设有筋板210。
另一较佳实施例,不同之处在于所述B型搅拌桨204由2~4片纵向的B型搅拌叶209组成,且B型搅拌叶209的平面上设有筋板210。
另一较佳实施例,不同之处在于所述预混槽本体1外侧还设置有筒体夹套3、上夹套4和下夹套5,所述上夹套4和下夹套5分别设置在筒体夹套3的上、下两端,所述筒体夹套3上设置有筒体夹套进水口301和筒体夹套出水口302,所述上夹套4上设置有上夹套进水口401和上夹套出水口402,所述下夹套5上设置有下夹套进水口501和下夹套出水口502。。
另一较佳实施例,不同之处在于预混槽本体1内壁侧设置一块或一块以上纵向的扰流板6。

1.一种用于聚氯乙烯树脂生产的预混槽,包括预混槽本体(1)、搅拌机(2)、进料口(101)和出料口(102),所述搅拌机(2)包括传动装置(201)和搅拌轴(202),所述搅拌轴(202)安装在预混槽本体(1)内部,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴(202)的一端连接传动装置(201),另一端通过轴承(205)和支撑架(206)与预混槽本体(1)连接,所述搅拌轴(202)的上部设置一层或一层以上的A型搅拌桨(203),所述搅拌轴(202)下部设置一层或一层以上的B型搅拌桨(204)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于聚氯乙烯树脂生产的预混槽,其特征在于:所述A型搅拌桨(203)由2~4片斜度为25°~60°的A型搅拌叶(208)组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于聚氯乙烯树脂生产的预混槽,其特征在于:所述A型搅拌桨(203)的A型搅拌叶(208)为“T”型结构,并且A型搅拌叶(208)的平面上设有筋板(210)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于聚氯乙烯树脂生产的预混槽,其特征在于:所述B型搅拌桨(204)由2~4片纵向的B型搅拌叶(209)组成,且B型搅拌叶(209)的平面上设有筋板(210)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于聚氯乙烯树脂生产的预混槽,其特征在于:所述预混槽本体(1)外侧还设置有筒体夹套(3)、上夹套(4)和下夹套(5),所述上夹套(4)和下夹套(5)分别设置在筒体夹套(3)的上、下两端,所述筒体夹套(3)上设置有筒体夹套进水口(301)和筒体夹套出水口(302),所述上夹套(4)上设置有上夹套进水口(401)和上夹套出水口(402),所述下夹套(5)上设置有下夹套进水口(501)和下夹套出水口(502)。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的用于聚氯乙烯树脂生产的预混槽,其特征在于:预混槽本体(1)内壁侧设置一块或一块以上纵向的扰流板(6)。
