技术领域
本发明涉及医用材料领域,尤其是涉及用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜及制备方法。
背景技术
烧烫伤是生活中常见的意外伤害,沸水、滚粥、热油、热蒸气的烧烫是常会发生的事。日常生活、工作中不可避免会有烫伤、烧伤的可能,当发生烫伤、烧伤事件时,对人们的正常生活造成很大的影响。对严重的患者,如果不及时治疗或治疗不当,就很容易造成伤口的感染、化脓、溃烂,留下永久的疤痕,更有甚者会危及生命。
烧烫伤的严重程度主要根根烧烫伤的部位、面积大小和烧烫伤的深浅度来判断。烧烫伤在头面部,或虽不在头面部,但烧烫伤面积大、深度深的,都属于严重者。烧烫伤按深度,一般分为三度:1.一度烧烫伤:只伤及表皮层,受伤的皮肤发红、肿胀,觉得火辣辣地痛,但无水泡出现。2.二度烧烫伤:伤及真皮层,局部红肿、发热,疼痛难忍,有明显水泡。3.三度烧烫伤:全层皮肤包括皮肤下面的脂肪、骨和肌肉都受到仿害,皮肤焦黑、坏死,这时反而疼痛不剧烈,因为许多神经也都一起被损坏了。烧伤面积越大,人体受到的损失愈严重。烧伤越深,对局部组织的破坏越严重。人体不同的部位其重要性也不尽相同,如头面部、颈部和呼吸道等处,若被烧伤则较严重。手关节等活动部位被烧伤,日后易造成畸形。发生烧伤时如果合并有其他损伤如骨折等,恢复比较困难。年老、体弱、小儿以及有较严重疾病的人,发生烧伤后反应比较严重,在治疗上也较困难。
在现有医用薄膜的方法中,公开号CN103877228A(申请号201410140445.X)的专利公开了一种治疗烧烫伤的药物,由下述重量配比的中药原料组成:大黄10-80g,黄柏10-85g,寒水石10-80g,紫草10-100g,松花粉10-85g,山梅根10-75g,桂圆核10-75g,蒲公英10-100g,萤火虫50-120个,女贞叶100-300g,麻油200-700g,黄蜡5-20g。公开号CN104940430A(申请号201510328429.8)的专利公开了一种烧烫伤膏的制备方法,采用以下重量份的原料:狗油:50-70份,茶油:20-30份,薄荷:10-15份,银杏叶:6-8份,金银花:5-10份,冰片:10-20份;包括以下步骤:(1)将薄荷、银杏叶和金银花混合,放置于容器中;(2)用茶树树枝制成的木棒对混合的薄荷、银杏叶和金银花进行研磨成细末;(3)将冰片加入所述容器中,进行研磨混合;(4)将狗油和茶油倒入所述容器中,搅拌均匀成粘稠状即得烧烫伤膏。公开号CN105038017A(申请号201510440415.5)的专利公开了一种医用薄膜材料,以聚氯乙烯树脂和环氧树脂为原料,再添加润滑剂、玉米淀粉、敏化剂、表面活性剂和防粘剂,其组分按重量份计分别为:聚氯乙烯树脂40-50份;环氧树脂20-30份;润滑剂1-3份;玉米淀粉5-8份;敏化剂0.5-1.5份;表面活性剂2-4份;防粘剂0.8-1.3份。
对于轻度的烧烫伤多采用外敷药,抗菌效果较差,使用后容易引起伤口感染,愈后容易留下疤痕。对于较重的烧烫伤多采用切痂植皮方法,手术复杂,痛苦大,不宜被患者接受。针对烧烫伤患者使用的医用薄膜却很少,且不易降解,污染环境。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,具有清热解毒、祛腐生肌、消炎止痛的功效,能有效防止烧烫伤部位感染,促进伤口愈合,具有良好的生物相容性和良好的组织相容性,对组织无刺激,适用于治疗烧烫伤。另一目的就是提供上述用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备方法。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,取下述质量配比的主要原料制备而成:聚氨酯28-36份;青黛7-11份;紫草8-10份;赤芍6-13份;地榆11-14份;化橘红10-15份;黄柏6-8份;芦荟叶4-7份;红花5-9份;黄连3-6份;川芎8-10份;辛酸亚锡0.3-0.5份;柠檬酸0.2-0.3份;顺丁烯二酸酐0.2-0.3份。
用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,优选的方案为,取下述质量配比的主要原料制备而成:聚氨酯30-34份;青黛8-10份;紫草8.5-9.5份;赤芍9-11份;地榆12-13份;化橘红12-14份;黄柏6.5-7.5份;芦荟叶5-6份;红花6-8份;黄连4-5份;川芎8.5-9.5份;辛酸亚锡0.35-0.45份;柠檬酸0.23-0.27份;顺丁烯二酸酐0.23-0.27份。
用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,更加优选的方案为,取下述质量配比的主要原料制备而成:聚氨酯32份;青黛9份;紫草9份;赤芍10份;地榆12.5份;化橘红13份;黄柏7份;芦荟叶5.5份;红花7份;黄连4.5份;川芎9份;辛酸亚锡0.4份;柠檬酸0.25份;顺丁烯二酸酐0.25份。
上述用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将黄柏打碎,置于非铁质容器内,加入50%-60%的乙醇,闷润6-8小时,取出,置于炒锅内,中火翻炒20-30分钟,取出,晾晾,连同青黛共研细,过140-180目筛;
(2)将赤芍、地榆、黄连和川芎切片,加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮30-40分钟,过滤,合并滤液,得药液;
(3)将紫草、化橘红、芦荟叶和红花置于容器内,加水浸泡40-60分钟,置于多功能提取罐中,加水提取两次,每次提取40-50分钟,合并,得提取液;
(4)将聚氨酯置于玻璃容器内,加入步骤(2)所得药液和步骤(3)所得提取液,搅拌15-20分钟,加入步骤(1)所得药粉、辛酸亚锡和顺丁烯二酸酐,继续搅拌5-8分钟,得混合物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得混合物置于高速搅拌机中,加入柠檬酸,高速搅拌10-15分钟,常温下减压至0.02-0.08Mpa,消泡,置于流延膜机中成膜,烘干,揭膜,制得医用薄膜。
上述用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(1)优选乙醇的用量为黄柏质量的2-3倍,更加优选乙醇的用量为黄柏质量的2.5倍。
上述用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(1)优选闷润6.5-7.5小时,更加优选闷润7小时。
上述用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(1)优选过150-170目筛,更加优选过160目筛。
上述用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(2)优选每次煎煮33-37分钟,更加优选每次煎煮35分钟。
上述用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(3)优选每次提取43-47分钟,更加优选每次提取45分钟。
上述用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备方法,优选的方案在于:步骤(5)优选常温下减压至0.04-0.07Mpa,更加优选常温下减压至0.05Mpa。
使用方法:伤口处理后,将本发明医用薄膜敷在伤口皮肤表面,6-10小时更换一次。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:
1、本发明医用薄膜具有清热解毒、祛腐生肌、消炎止痛的功效,能有效防止烧烫伤部位感染,促进伤口愈合,具有良好的生物相容性和良好的组织相容性,对组织无刺激,适用于治疗烧烫伤。
2、本发明医用薄膜能够有效防止伤口感染,促进伤口愈合。
3、本发明医用薄膜将诸多配伍合理的中草药成分加入到成膜材料中,对皮肤及粘膜无刺激性,有利于烫伤创面组织的修复生长,促进肉芽组织生长,起到减少疤痕的作用。
4、本发明医用薄膜无毒副作用,无炎症反应,加速了伤口的愈合,适合烧烫伤患者。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和实验例详细说明本发明的技术方案,但保护范围不被此限制。
实施例1用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,取下述主要原料制备而成(每份取80g):聚氨酯28份;青黛7份;紫草8份;赤芍6份;地榆11份;化橘红10份;黄柏6份;芦荟叶4份;红花5份;黄连3份;川芎8份;辛酸亚锡0.3份;柠檬酸0.2份;顺丁烯二酸酐0.2份。
用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备步骤如下:
(1)将黄柏打碎,置于非铁质容器内,加入50%的乙醇(用量为黄柏质量的2倍),闷润6小时,取出,置于炒锅内,中火翻炒20分钟,取出,晾晾,连同青黛共研细,过140目筛;
(2)将赤芍、地榆、黄连和川芎切片,加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮30分钟,过滤,合并滤液,得药液;
(3)将紫草、化橘红、芦荟叶和红花置于容器内,加水浸泡40分钟,置于多功能提取罐中,加水提取两次,每次提取40分钟,合并,得提取液;
(4)将聚氨酯置于玻璃容器内,加入步骤(2)所得药液和步骤(3)所得提取液,搅拌15分钟,加入步骤(1)所得药粉、辛酸亚锡和顺丁烯二酸酐,继续搅拌5分钟,得混合物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得混合物置于高速搅拌机中,加入柠檬酸,高速搅拌10分钟,常温下减压至0.02Mpa,消泡,置于流延膜机中成膜,烘干,揭膜,制得医用薄膜。
使用方法:伤口处理后,将本发明医用薄膜敷在伤口皮肤表面,6小时更换一次。
实施例2用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,取下述主要原料制备而成(每份取20g):聚氨酯36份;青黛11份;紫草10份;赤芍13份;地榆14份;化橘红15份;黄柏8份;芦荟叶7份;红花9份;黄连6份;川芎10份;辛酸亚锡0.5份;柠檬酸0.3份;顺丁烯二酸酐0.3份。
用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备步骤如下:
(1)将黄柏打碎,置于非铁质容器内,加入60%的乙醇(用量为黄柏质量的3倍),闷润8小时,取出,置于炒锅内,中火翻炒30分钟,取出,晾晾,连同青黛共研细,过180目筛;
(2)将赤芍、地榆、黄连和川芎切片,加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮40分钟,过滤,合并滤液,得药液;
(3)将紫草、化橘红、芦荟叶和红花置于容器内,加水浸泡60分钟,置于多功能提取罐中,加水提取两次,每次提取50分钟,合并,得提取液;
(4)将聚氨酯置于玻璃容器内,加入步骤(2)所得药液和步骤(3)所得提取液,搅拌20分钟,加入步骤(1)所得药粉、辛酸亚锡和顺丁烯二酸酐,继续搅拌8分钟,得混合物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得混合物置于高速搅拌机中,加入柠檬酸,高速搅拌15分钟,常温下减压至0.08Mpa,消泡,置于流延膜机中成膜,烘干,揭膜,制得医用薄膜。
使用方法:伤口处理后,将本发明医用薄膜敷在伤口皮肤表面,10小时更换一次。
典型病例一贾XX,男,33岁,山东省泰安市人。贾先生是某酒店的厨师,在一次工作时不慎被沸水烫伤,右下肢被严重烫伤,贾先生立即在水龙头处用冷水冲洗了将近半小时,但还是起了很多小泡,于是去医院就诊,经处理后敷药,用药一周后烫伤创面依旧不愈合,而且有的地方有脓液渗出,肉芽老化水肿,不新鲜,有少量黄色坏死组织覆盖。周围皮肤红肿,疼痛明显。
清除烫伤创面内的坏死组织后,使用本发明治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜(实施例2)5天后,疼痛明显减轻,皮肤颜色变淡,伤口无脓液渗出。继续使用一周后,烧烫伤创面基本愈合。追访得知伤口已完全愈合,且没有出现感染等症。
实施例3用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,取下述主要原料制备而成(每份取50g):聚氨酯30份;青黛8份;紫草8.5份;赤芍9份;地榆12份;化橘红12份;黄柏6.5份;芦荟叶5份;红花6份;黄连4份;川芎8.5份;辛酸亚锡0.35份;柠檬酸0.23份;顺丁烯二酸酐0.23份。
用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备步骤如下:
(1)将黄柏打碎,置于非铁质容器内,加入53%的乙醇(用量为黄柏质量的2倍),闷润6小时,取出,置于炒锅内,中火翻炒23分钟,取出,晾晾,连同青黛共研细,过150目筛;
(2)将赤芍、地榆、黄连和川芎切片,加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮33分钟,过滤,合并滤液,得药液;
(3)将紫草、化橘红、芦荟叶和红花置于容器内,加水浸泡45分钟,置于多功能提取罐中,加水提取两次,每次提取43分钟,合并,得提取液;
(4)将聚氨酯置于玻璃容器内,加入步骤(2)所得药液和步骤(3)所得提取液,搅拌17分钟,加入步骤(1)所得药粉、辛酸亚锡和顺丁烯二酸酐,继续搅拌6分钟,得混合物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得混合物置于高速搅拌机中,加入柠檬酸,高速搅拌13分钟,常温下减压至0.04Mpa,消泡,置于流延膜机中成膜,烘干,揭膜,制得医用薄膜。
使用方法:伤口处理后,将本发明医用薄膜敷在伤口皮肤表面,7小时更换一次。
实施例4用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,取下述主要原料制备而成(每份取30g):聚氨酯34份;青黛10份;紫草9.5份;赤芍11份;地榆13份;化橘红14份;黄柏7.5份;芦荟叶6份;红花8份;黄连5份;川芎9.5份;辛酸亚锡0.45份;柠檬酸0.27份;顺丁烯二酸酐0.27份。
用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备步骤如下:
(1)将黄柏打碎,置于非铁质容器内,加入57%的乙醇(用量为黄柏质量的3倍),闷润8小时,取出,置于炒锅内,中火翻炒27分钟,取出,晾晾,连同青黛共研细,过170目筛;
(2)将赤芍、地榆、黄连和川芎切片,加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮37分钟,过滤,合并滤液,得药液;
(3)将紫草、化橘红、芦荟叶和红花置于容器内,加水浸泡55分钟,置于多功能提取罐中,加水提取两次,每次提取47分钟,合并,得提取液;
(4)将聚氨酯置于玻璃容器内,加入步骤(2)所得药液和步骤(3)所得提取液,搅拌19分钟,加入步骤(1)所得药粉、辛酸亚锡和顺丁烯二酸酐,继续搅拌7分钟,得混合物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得混合物置于高速搅拌机中,加入柠檬酸,高速搅拌14分钟,常温下减压至0.06Mpa,消泡,置于流延膜机中成膜,烘干,揭膜,制得医用薄膜。
使用方法:伤口处理后,将本发明医用薄膜敷在伤口皮肤表面,8小时更换一次。
典型病例二牛XX,女,3岁,山东省临沂市人。不小心被热水烫伤,右臂外侧可见6*3cm的不规则烫伤创面,色泽红润,有淡黄色渗液渗出,疼痛明显;右手手指见多处烫伤创面,疼痛明显。
进行处理后使用本发明治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,3天后烫伤创面周边有新生皮肤组织生长,疼痛明显减轻,不再有脓液渗出。继续使用4天后,创伤面基本愈合,后期追访得知已痊愈,未留下明显疤痕,恢复较好。
实施例5用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,取下述主要原料制备而成(每份取50g):聚氨酯32份;青黛9份;紫草9份;赤芍10份;地榆12.5份;化橘红13份;黄柏7份;芦荟叶5.5份;红花7份;黄连4.5份;川芎9份;辛酸亚锡0.4份;柠檬酸0.25份;顺丁烯二酸酐0.25份。
用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的制备步骤如下:
(1)将黄柏打碎,置于非铁质容器内,加入55%的乙醇(用量为黄柏质量的2.5倍),闷润7小时,取出,置于炒锅内,中火翻炒25分钟,取出,晾晾,连同青黛共研细,过160目筛;
(2)将赤芍、地榆、黄连和川芎切片,加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮35分钟,过滤,合并滤液,得药液;
(3)将紫草、化橘红、芦荟叶和红花置于容器内,加水浸泡50分钟,置于多功能提取罐中,加水提取两次,每次提取45分钟,合并,得提取液;
(4)将聚氨酯置于玻璃容器内,加入步骤(2)所得药液和步骤(3)所得提取液,搅拌18分钟,加入步骤(1)所得药粉、辛酸亚锡和顺丁烯二酸酐,继续搅拌7分钟,得混合物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得混合物置于高速搅拌机中,加入柠檬酸,高速搅拌13分钟,常温下减压至0.05Mpa,消泡,置于流延膜机中成膜,烘干,揭膜,制得医用薄膜。
使用方法:伤口处理后,将本发明医用薄膜敷在伤口皮肤表面,8小时更换一次。
各原料药的药理功效分别为:
聚氨酯:是聚氨基甲酸酯的简称,是一种新兴的有机高分子材料,被誉为"第五大塑料",产品应用领域涉及轻工、化工、电子、纺织、医疗、建筑、建材、汽车、国防、航天、航空等。在日常生活中的应用广泛如家具中的油漆和涂料,家用电器中的冰箱和冷柜,建筑业中的屋顶防水保温层和内外墙涂料等。还可以做成各种聚氨酯材料如聚氨酯鞋底,聚氨酯纤维,聚氨酯密封胶等。总体来说聚氨酯制品性能可调范围宽、适应性强、耐生物老化、价格适中。
青黛:味咸,性寒。归肝经。为爵床科植物马蓝、蓼科植物蓼蓝或十字花科植物菘蓝的叶或茎叶经加工制得的干燥粉末或团块。具有清热解毒,凉血,定惊的功效。用于温毒发斑,血热吐衄,胸痛咳血,口疮,痄腮,喉痹,小儿惊痫。
紫草:味甘、咸,性寒。归心、肝经。为紫草科植物新疆紫草或内蒙紫草的干燥根。具有凉血,活血,解毒透疹的功效。用于血热毒盛,班疹紫黑,麻疹不透,疮疡,湿疹,水火烫伤。
赤芍:味苦,性微寒。归肝经。为毛茛科植物芍药或川赤芍的干燥根。具有清热凉血,散瘀止痛行瘀、止痛、凉血、消肿的功效。用于温毒发斑,吐血衄血,目赤肿瘤,肝郁胁痛,经闭痛经,癥瘕腹痛,跌扑损伤,痈肿疮疡,瘀滞经闭,疝瘕积聚,衄血,血痢,肠风下血,目赤,损伤。
地榆:味苦、酸、涩,性微寒。归肝、大肠经。为蔷薇科植物地榆或长叶地榆的干燥根。具有凉血止血,解毒敛疮的功效。用于便血,痔血,血痢,崩漏,水火烫伤,痈肿疮毒。
化橘红:味苦、辛,性温。归脾、肺经。为芸香科植物化州柚或柚的未成熟或近成熟的外层果皮。具有燥湿化痰,理气,消食的功效。用于风寒咳喘痰多,呕吐呃逆,食积不化,脘腹胀痛。
黄柏:味苦,性寒。归肾、膀胱经。为芸香科植物黄皮树的干燥树皮。具有清热燥湿,泻火除蒸,解毒疗疮的功效。用于急性细菌性痢疾、急性肠炎、急性黄疸型肝炎、泌尿系统感染等炎症湿热泻痢,黄疸,热淋,脚气,痿躄,骨蒸劳热,盗汗,遗精,疮疡肿毒,湿疹瘙痒。
芦荟叶:味苦、涩,性寒。归肝、大肠经。为百合科植物斑纹芦荟或库拉索芦荟的叶。仅有泻火,解毒,化瘀,杀虫的功效。用于目赤,便秘,白浊,尿血,小儿惊痫,疳积,烧烫伤,妇女闭经,痔疮,疥疮,痈疖肿毒,跌打损伤。
红花:味辛,性温。归心、肝经。为菊科植物红花的干燥花。具有活血通经,散瘀止痛的功效。用于经闭,痛经,恶露不行,癥瘕痞块,跌扑损伤,疮疡肿痛。不过要避免孕妇使用,否则会造成流产。
黄连:味苦,性寒。归心、脾、胃、肝、胆、大肠经。为毛茛科植物黄连、三角叶黄连或云连的干燥根茎。具有清热燥湿,泻火解毒的功效。用于寒热互结,湿热中阻,痞满呕吐。萸黄连舒肝和胃止呕。用于肝胃不和,呕吐吞酸。
川芎:味辛,性温。归肝、胆、心经。为伞形科植物川穹的干燥根茎。具有活血行气,祛风止痛的功效。用于月经不调,经闭痛经,癥瘕腹痛,胸胁刺痛,跌扑肿痛,头痛,风湿痹痛。
辛酸亚锡:是一种用于生产聚氨酯泡沫的基本催化剂、室温固化硅橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、聚氨酯涂料的催化剂。化学性质极不稳定,极易被氧化。用作聚氨酯合成和室温硫化硅橡胶的催化剂。也用作环氧树脂催化剂型固化剂,可兼顾反应速度和固化速度。
柠檬酸:又名枸橼酸,是一种重要的有机酸,无色晶体,易溶于水。在工业,食品业,化妆业等具有极多的用途。柠檬酸的酯类如柠檬酸三乙酯可作无毒增塑剂,制造食品包装用塑料薄膜,是饮料和食品行业的酸味剂,防腐剂。柠檬酸具有很强的杀菌作用,对食品卫生很有好处。在凝血酶原激活物的形成及以后的凝血过程中,必须有钙离于参加。枸橼酸根离子与钙离子能形成一种难于解离的可溶性络合物,因而降低了血中钙离子浓度,使血液凝固受阻。该品在输血或化验室血样抗凝时,用作体外抗凝药。
顺丁烯二酸酐:又名马来酸酐或失水苹果酸酐,常简称顺酐。无色结晶,有强烈刺激气味,主要由苯或碳四馏分中的正丁烷或丁烯氧化而制得,是生产不饱和聚酯及有机合成的原料。塑料工业用于制造增塑剂;造纸工业用于制造纸张处理剂;合成树脂工业用于制造不饱和聚酯树脂、醇酸树脂等;涂料工业用于制造绝缘漆、白磁漆、烘漆、清漆等;农药工业用于制造农药马拉松和高效低毒农药4049等;医药工业用于制造长效磺胺药;油脂工业用作脂肪、油的防腐剂;有机工业用于制造富马酸及四氢呋喃等。
试验例:为了验证本发明用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜(实施例5)的疗效:2011年7月-2012年6月做了一系列对比试验。试验筛选烧烫伤患者200人,其中最小年龄为1岁4个月,最大年龄为67岁;Ⅰ度烧烫伤患者有126人,Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者有49人,Ⅲ度烧烫伤患者有25人,随机地分为对照组和实验组,其中实验组有140人(Ⅰ度烧烫伤患者有91人,Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者有33人,Ⅲ度烧烫伤患者有16人),对照组有60人(Ⅰ度烧烫伤患者有35人,Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者有16人,Ⅲ度烧烫伤患者有9人)。
实验组:服用本发明治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,伤口处理后将本发明医用薄膜敷在伤口皮肤表面,6小时更换一次。对照组采用其他治疗烧烫伤的药物,比如烫伤膏,涂纱布上外贴,或制成油纱条外用;湿润烧伤膏,外用,涂于烧、烫、灼伤等创面(厚度薄于1mm),每4-6小时更换新药,换药前,须将残留在创面上的药物及液化物拭去,暴露创面用药。
Ⅰ度烧烫伤患者分别选择用药后的2、4、6、8天,Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者分别选择用药后的4、6、8、10天,Ⅲ度烧烫伤患者分别选择用药后的6、8、10、12天,观察伤口愈合以及淡化疤痕的情况,具体情况如下表1-3:

由表1-3可以清晰看出,不论是Ⅰ度烧烫伤患者、Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者还是Ⅲ度烧烫伤患者,使用本发明治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的疗效都远比使用其他治疗烧烫伤药物的疗效更加显著,比如以用药后的第8天来看,实验组的Ⅰ度烧烫伤患者、Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者和Ⅲ度烧烫伤患者分别有98.90%、84.85%和62.5%的患者得到缓解,而对照组的Ⅰ度烧烫伤患者、Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者和Ⅲ度烧烫伤患者分别仅有80%、62.5%%和44.44%%的患者得到缓解,而且由数据同时可以看出伤势越轻的患者得到恢复的越快,可以看出本发明治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜的杀菌抑菌、促进伤口愈合的效果更好,更好地加快伤口愈合,缩短愈合时间。
最后应说明的是,实施例只是本发明最优的具体实施方式而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.用于治疗烧烫伤的医用薄膜,其特征是,取下述质量配比的主要原料制备而成:聚氨酯28-36份;青黛7-11份;紫草8-10份;赤芍6-13份;地榆11-14份;化橘红10-15份;黄柏6-8份;芦荟叶4-7份;红花5-9份;黄连3-6份;川芎8-10份;辛酸亚锡0.3-0.5份;柠檬酸0.2-0.3份;顺丁烯二酸酐0.2-0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用薄膜,其特征是,取下述质量配比的主要原料制备而成:聚氨酯30-34份;青黛8-10份;紫草8.5-9.5份;赤芍9-11份;地榆12-13份;化橘红12-14份;黄柏6.5-7.5份;芦荟叶5-6份;红花6-8份;黄连4-5份;川芎8.5-9.5份;辛酸亚锡0.35-0.45份;柠檬酸0.23-0.27份;顺丁烯二酸酐0.23-0.27份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用薄膜,其特征是,取下述质量配比的主要原料制备而成:聚氨酯32份;青黛9份;紫草9份;赤芍10份;地榆12.5份;化橘红13份;黄柏7份;芦荟叶5.5份;红花7份;黄连4.5份;川芎9份;辛酸亚锡0.4份;柠檬酸0.25份;顺丁烯二酸酐0.25份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的医用薄膜的制备方法,其特征是,步骤如下:
(1)将黄柏打碎,置于非铁质容器内,加入50%-60%的乙醇,闷润6-8小时,取出,置于炒锅内,中火翻炒20-30分钟,取出,晾晾,连同青黛共研细,过140-180目筛;
(2)将赤芍、地榆、黄连和川芎切片,加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮30-40分钟,过滤,合并滤液,得药液;
(3)将紫草、化橘红、芦荟叶和红花置于容器内,加水浸泡40-60分钟,置于多功能提取罐中,加水提取两次,每次提取40-50分钟,合并,得提取液;
(4)将聚氨酯置于玻璃容器内,加入步骤(2)所得药液和步骤(3)所得提取液,搅拌15-20分钟,加入步骤(1)所得药粉、辛酸亚锡和顺丁烯二酸酐,继续搅拌5-8分钟,得混合物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得混合物置于高速搅拌机中,加入柠檬酸,高速搅拌10-15分钟,常温下减压至0.02-0.08Mpa,消泡,置于流延膜机中成膜,烘干,揭膜,制得医用薄膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(1)优选乙醇的用量为黄柏质量的2-3倍,更加优选乙醇的用量为黄柏质量的2.5倍。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(1)优选闷润6.5-7.5小时,更加优选闷润7小时。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(1)优选过150-170目筛,更加优选过160目筛。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(2)优选每次煎煮33-37分钟,更加优选每次煎煮35分钟。
9.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(3)优选每次提取43-47分钟,更加优选每次提取45分钟。
10.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(5)优选常温下减压至0.04-0.07Mpa,更加优选常温下减压至0.05Mpa。
