本发明涉及一次性卫生用品领域,尤其涉及一种吸收芯,包括棉芯层、高分子层,所述棉芯层的上下两侧分别设有上层材料层与下层材料层,所述高分子层包括立体上层材料层、立体下层材料层、高分子,所述立体上层材料层与立体下层材料层经过辊压形成复数个热压点,所述立体上层材料层上相邻的复数个热压点包围形成一凸部,所述高分子填充于凸部的内部空间内,所述上层材料层、下层材料层、立体上层材料层为高透液性能材料层,所述棉芯层与上层材料层、下层材料层之间采用热熔胶粘合,所述下层材料层与立体上层材料层之间采用热熔胶粘合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一次性卫生用品领域,尤其涉及一种超薄的吸收芯。
背景技术
目前,在一次性卫生用品领域,常见的超薄产品芯体的制作有两种形式,其一:用无尘纸材料作为超薄芯体,此种制作方法无尘纸材料成本高,并且无尘纸材料在运行中会有高分子散落的现象,需另外配一套积尘设备;其二:利用木浆纸由粉碎机粉碎后,在成型仓内与高分子混合形成芯体,此种方法制作的芯体棉芯量还存在一定的厚度,未能完美的达到超薄棉芯的水平,若以减少棉芯量来达到超薄棉芯的效果,则会有吸收效果不佳,导致液体侧漏反渗等现象。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种吸收性能好、有效防止反渗、芯体厚度较薄的吸收芯。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种吸收芯,包括棉芯层、高分子层,所述棉芯层的上下两侧分别设有上层材料层与下层材料层,所述高分子层包括立体上层材料层、立体下层材料层、高分子,所述立体上层材料层与立体下层材料层经过辊压形成复数个热压点,所述立体上层材料层上相邻的复数个热压点包围形成一凸部,所述高分子填充于凸部的内部空间内,所述上层材料层、下层材料层、立体上层材料层为高透液性能材料层,所述棉芯层与上层材料层、下层材料层之间采用热熔胶粘合,所述下层材料层与立体上层材料层之间采用热熔胶粘合。
进一步的,所述棉芯层为木浆与高分子混合形成,其厚度为1~3mm。
进一步的,所述凸部的高度由高分子层中部向四周逐渐降低。
进一步的,位于高分子层中部的凸部的高度为4~6mm,位于高分子层四周的凸部的高度为2~3mm。
进一步的,所述立体下层材料层的两侧向上延伸且粘扣于上层材料层的两端。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本吸收芯通过设置棉芯层与高分子层使得液体能够迅速下渗,并且被锁于高分子层中,从而保持吸收芯表面的干爽,利用辊压的方式形成热压点以粘结立体上层材料与立体下层材料,从而使得立体上层材料形成复数个凸部,并且高分子填充于各个凸部的内部空间内,这样相邻的两凸部之间会形成复数个沟槽状的流道,从而方便扩散;进一步的,所述棉芯层为木浆与高分子混合形成,混合比例可以为1:1~1:3之间的任一数值;进一步的,所述凸部的高度由高分子层中部向四周逐渐降低,由于吸收芯的吸收量都是从中部向四周减少的,增加中部的凸部高度,可以有效增加吸收量,而且也更有利于形成由中部向四周倾斜的沟槽,从而更有利于导流,从而使得扩散的速度、扩散的效果更好;进一步的,所述立体下层材料层的两侧向上延伸且粘扣于上层材料层的两端,这样的设置可以使得整个吸收芯的整体性更好,稳定度更高。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
参考图1、图2、图3,本实施例提供一种吸收芯,包括棉芯层1、高分子层2,所述棉芯层1的上下两侧分别设有上层材料层3与下层材料层4,所述棉芯层1为木浆与高分子混合形成,其厚度为2mm。所述高分子层2包括立体上层材料层5、立体下层材料层6、高分子7,所述立体上层材料层5与立体下层材料层6经过辊压形成复数个热压点21,所述立体上层材料层5上相邻的复数个热压点21包围形成一凸部22,所述高分子7填充于凸部22的内部空间内,所述凸部7的高度由高分子层2中部向四周逐渐降低,这样不仅导流、吸收效果好,透气性能也更好。位于高分子层2中部的凸部的高度为5mm,位于高分子层2四周的凸部的高度为2.5mm。所述上层材料层3、下层材料层4、立体上层材料层6为高透液性能材料层,所述棉芯层1与上层材料层3、下层材料层4之间采用热熔胶8粘合,所述下层材料层4与立体上层材料层5之间采用热熔胶8粘合。所述立体下层材料层6的两侧向上延伸且粘扣于上层材料层5的两端。
所述高分子层2上划分有复数个网格区域23,位于同一网格区域23内的凸部22的高度一致。如此设置可以形成层叠吸收的效果,即由中部向四周阶梯式地吸收、导流。
上述棉芯层的厚度为也可以为1mm、3mm或1~3mm之间的任一数值;上述位于高分子层中部的凸部的高度也可以为4mm、6mm或4~6mm之间的任一数值,位于高分子层四周的凸部的高度也可以为2mm、3mm或2~3mm之间的任一数值。
本吸收芯通过设置棉芯层与高分子层使得液体能够迅速下渗,并且被锁于高分子层中,从而保持吸收芯表面的干爽,利用辊压的方式形成热压点以粘结立体上层材料与立体下层材料,从而使得立体上层材料形成复数个凸部,并且高分子填充于各个凸部的内部空间内,这样相邻的两凸部之间会形成复数个沟槽状的流道,从而方便扩散;进一步的,所述棉芯层为木浆与高分子混合形成,混合比例可以为1:1~1:3之间的任一数值;进一步的,所述凸部的高度由高分子层中部向四周逐渐降低,由于吸收芯的吸收量都是从中部向四周减少的,增加中部的凸部高度,可以有效增加吸收量,而且也更有利于形成由中部向四周倾斜的沟槽,从而更有利于导流,从而使得扩散的速度、扩散的效果更好;进一步的,所述立体下层材料层的两侧向上延伸且粘扣于上层材料层的两端,这样的设置可以使得整个吸收芯的整体性更好,稳定度更高。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种吸收芯,其特征在于:包括棉芯层、高分子层,所述棉芯层的上下两侧分别设有上层材料层与下层材料层,所述高分子层包括立体上层材料层、立体下层材料层、高分子,所述立体上层材料层与立体下层材料层经过辊压形成复数个热压点,所述立体上层材料层上相邻的复数个热压点包围形成一凸部,所述高分子填充于凸部的内部空间内,所述上层材料层、下层材料层、立体上层材料层为高透液性能材料层,所述棉芯层与上层材料层、下层材料层之间采用热熔胶粘合,所述下层材料层与立体上层材料层之间采用热熔胶粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸收芯,其特征在于:所述棉芯层为木浆与高分子混合形成,其厚度为1~3mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种吸收芯,其特征在于:所述凸部的高度由高分子层中部向四周逐渐降低。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种吸收芯,其特征在于:位于高分子层中部的凸部的高度为4~6mm,位于高分子层四周的凸部的高度为2~3mm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种吸收芯,其特征在于:所述立体下层材料层的两侧向上延伸且粘扣于上层材料层的两端。
