技术领域
本发明涉及一种提高农药生物利用率的方法,更具体而言,本发明涉及含有一种或多种杀虫剂与同翅目害虫性信息素的杀虫组合物,用于提高农药的利用率。
背景技术
早在20世纪50年代开始化学农药在农作物上大规模使用,极大地提高了农作物的产量,推动了农业的迅速发展。在农业病虫害防治上,化学农药具有见效快、效果好、用药成本低等特点,深受广大农户的喜爱,迄今为止,化学农药用药占有很大的比例,约95%,是我国有害生物治理中最主要的手段和措施。近年来,由于单一用药或不科学用药,已经导致许多病虫害对当前使用的农药产生了抗性,成为化学防治的一大难题。与此同时,大量害虫天敌也被杀灭,严重破坏了农田生态平衡和生物多样性。更加让人担心的是,国内的植保机械落后,加上使用方法不当,农药产品剂型落后,不能均匀施药,导致农药利用率极低,资料显示,2005年,我国全年的农药使用量22万吨以上,农药只有30%左右的农药被有效利用,70%左右的农药不仅没有发挥防治害虫的作用,增加了农民的用药成本,还对生态环境造成了严重污染。
据有关专家初步测算,如果把农药有效利用率提高到50%,提升20个百分点,仅在减少成本这一项就可增加农民收入100亿元以上。从2005年到2013年近十年间,我国主要农药产品基本完成更新换代,有效成分亩用量从几百克下降到几十克甚至几克;新型高效精准植保器械得到大规模应用。施药主题人群的科技素质得到大幅度提高,病虫害专业化统防统治快速推进,然而,农药有效利用率还是固步不前,停留在30%左右,70%的农药流失到土壤、水源或漂移到环境中。在人类工业文明发展到今天的这个阶段,尤其是在我国的现阶段,环境的破坏已经严重影响人类生活的进步,治理环境,建设生态文明已迫在眉睫。因此,合理高效利用化学农药成为当前一个迫切需要解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种精准定向、高效的杀虫方法,具体而言是提供了一种防治同翅目害虫的杀虫组合物,该组合物包含有一种或两种以上的杀虫剂和一种同翅目昆虫性信息素,通过同翅目昆虫性信息素和杀虫剂的协同作用,能实现精准定向的杀虫目的,减少杀虫剂在使用过程中的浪费,提高杀虫剂的有效利用率,同时降低农民的用药成本,延长化学农药的使用寿命,延缓抗性产生。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明主要涉及一种精确定向、高效防治同翅目害虫的杀虫组合物,该组合物包含一种或两种以上杀虫剂和一种同翅目昆虫性信息素。所述的杀虫剂与同翅目昆虫性信息素质量比为0.001~100000000∶1,优选0.002~10000000∶1,特别优选0.1~5000000∶1,进一步优选100~30000∶1
杀虫组合物中所指的杀虫剂包括新烟碱类、拟除虫菊酯类、苯甲酰脲类、有机磷类杀虫剂、真菌杀虫剂、酰胺类杀虫剂、吡啶类杀虫剂、季酮酸类杀虫剂、蜕皮激素类杀虫剂、杀蚕毒素类中的一种或两种以上组合。
其中,新烟碱类杀虫剂包括吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺、呋虫胺、噻虫胺中的一种或两种以上。
拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂包括高效氟氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氰戊菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、苯醚菊酯、甲氰菊酯中的一种或两种以上。
苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂包括氟啶脲、氟苯脲、氟虫脲、氟螨脲、氟铃脲、灭幼脲、杀铃脲、除虫脲中的一种或两种以上。
有机磷类杀虫剂包括毒死蜱、丙溴磷、三唑磷、马拉硫磷、喹硫磷、硝虫硫磷、敌百虫、乙酰甲胺磷、杀螟磷、氧化乐果中的一种或两种以上。
真菌杀虫剂包括甲维盐、阿维菌素、多杀菌素、乙基多杀菌素、浏阳霉素、梅岭霉素、苏云杆菌、白僵菌中的一种或两种以上。
酰胺类杀虫剂包括氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟虫酰胺、氟虫双酰胺、四氯虫酰胺、溴氰虫酰胺中的一种或两种以上。
所述的吡啶类杀虫剂包括溴虫腈、呲蚜酮、氰氟虫腙中的一种或两种以上。
所述的季酮酸类杀虫剂包括螺虫乙酯、螺虫酯、螺螨酯中的一种或两种以上。
所述的蜕皮激素类杀虫剂包括虫酰肼、甲氧虫酰肼、氯虫酰肼中的一种或两种以上。
所述的杀蚕毒素类杀虫剂包括杀虫单、杀虫环、杀虫丁中的一种或两种以上。
另外可以按照需要添加其他种类的杀虫剂,如植物类杀虫剂烟碱、苦参碱等。
杀虫组合物中所指的同翅目昆虫性信息素包括果蔬、林业、粮棉、甘蔗的常见同翅目昆虫释放的性信息素和人工合成的性信息素。
常见的同翅目昆虫性信息素有蚜虫、蝉、叶蝉、沫蝉、角蝉、蜡蝉、飞虱、木虱、粉虱和蚧壳虫。
其中蚜虫包括甘蓝蚜、石原氏球蚜、玉蜀黎根蚜、云杉瘿球蚜、麦二叉蚜、桃蚜、棉蚜、豆长管蚜、蔷薇长管蚜、马铃薯长管蚜、蔷薇圆尾蚜、苹果棉蚜、梨二叉蚜、杭州新胸蚜、茄无网蚜、鸡冠花豆蚜等。
其中蚧壳虫包括黄圆蚧、梨圆蚧、桑白蚧、日本松干蚧、松宊圆蚧、康粉蚧、橘臀纹粉蚧、朝鲜黑松干蚧、海岸松干蚧、以色列松干蚧、红园蚧、褐圆蚧、康片蚧、矢尖蚧和吹绵蚧等。
其中粉虱包括茶树黑粉虱、棉粉虱、银叶粉虱等,其中木虱包括梨木虱和柑橘木虱等,其中飞虱主要包括褐飞虱、灰飞虱、白背飞虱等。
本发明特别优选了杀虫剂与同翅目昆虫性信息素组合形式,具体如下:
噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、氧化乐果、啶虫脒、氟啶虫酰胺、高效氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素和多杀菌素中的一种与蚜虫性信息素;
甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、阿维菌素、硝虫硫磷、噻嗪酮、杀扑磷、螺虫乙酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯、联苯菊酯中的一种与蚧壳虫性信息素;
烯啶虫胺、溴腈虫酰胺、氟啶虫胺腈、螺虫乙酯、噻虫啉、噻虫嗪中的一种与粉虱性信息。
本发明同时提供了一种高效防治同翅目害虫的杀虫剂,该杀虫剂由上述的杀虫组合物以及农药制剂中可以接受的辅料组成,其中杀虫组合物占杀虫剂质量的0.001%~100%,优选为0.01%~100%,特别优选为1%~80%,进一步优选为1%~50%。
所述辅料包括润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、乳化剂、粘结剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂、溶剂、成囊剂、警戒色、填料、成膜剂中的一种或两种以上。
其中,液体溶剂包括二甲苯、甲苯、氯苯、二氯甲苯、石蜡、环己烷、矿物油、植物油、醇类、丙酮、环己酮、甲基异丁基酮、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、水等中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
填料包括但不限于高岭土、粘土、滑石、白垩、石英、凹凸棒石、蒙脱石、硅藻土等天然矿物粉、二氧化硅、氧化铝、硅酸盐等合成矿物粉末;方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石和白云石等粉碎并分级的天然岩石,锯屑、椰壳、玉米穗轴和烟草茎等有机物质的颗粒;硫酸铵、硫酸钾、硫酸钠、氯化铵、氯化钾、氯化钠、碳酸氢铵、碳酸氢钾、碳酸氢钠、碳酸铵、碳酸钾、碳酸钠、焦磷酸钠、磷酸三钠、轻质碳酸钙无机盐;
成膜剂包括但不限于阿拉伯胶、聚丙烯酸聚合物、氧化淀粉醋酸醋、聚乙二醇600、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚乙烯醇缩醛、甲基丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物、聚维酮。
粘合剂包括但不限于羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯、天然磷脂、合成磷脂。
抗氧化剂包括但不限于叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)、没食子酸丙酯(PG)、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯(AP)、硫代二丙酸二月桂酸酯(DLTP)、4-己基间苯二酚(4-HR)等人工合成类、生育酚(维生素E)、L-抗坏血酸(维生素C)、D-异抗坏血酸钠(异维生素C钠)、茶多酚(TP)、迷迭香提取物、植酸(肌醇六磷酸)、生姜提取物。
光稳定剂包括但不限于水杨酸苯酯、3,5-二氯水杨酸苯酯、4,4’-亚异丙基双4(苯酚水杨酸酯)、水杨酸对叔丁基苯酯、水杨酸对辛基苯酯等水杨酸酯类,间苯二酚单苯钾酸酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸-2,4-二叔丁基苯酯、UV-2908等苯甲酸酯类光稳定剂,N-539、N-35等氰基丙烯酸酯类光稳定剂,2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(UV-9)、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基-二苯甲酮(UV-531)、2-羟基-4-(2’-乙代己氧基)-二苯甲酮(UV-242)、UV-39、UV-21、UV-207、DOBP、HBBP等二苯甲酮类,UV-P、UV-320、UV-327、UV-328、UV-510、UV5411等苯并三唑类,NBC、UV-1084、AM-101等含镍化合物,UV-3034、光稳定剂744、光稳定剂LA-57、光稳定剂LA-68、光稳定剂LA-63、光稳定剂LA-67等受阻胺类。
其中所述润湿剂、分散剂或乳化剂包括但不限于十二烷基苯磺酸钙、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或其磷酸酯、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、聚羧酸类、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、胺烷氧基化物、茶皂素、椰子油酰胺化合物、有机硅、木质素磺酸盐、十二烷基硫酸盐、十二烷基萘磺酸盐、二丁基萘磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐、亚甲基双萘磺酸盐、聚丙烯酸盐。
其中所述崩解剂硫酸钠、硫酸铵、氯化铵、氯化钙膨润土、淀粉、纤维素、尿素、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸、酒石酸中的一种或几种。
杀虫剂中还可根据需要添加具有增效作用的组分,包括聚醚改性硅油、矿物油、植物油、卵磷脂及其衍生物、溶蜡剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)、淀粉、淀粉糖浆干粉、麦芽糊精、壳聚糖、小分子糖类等碳水化合物类,壳聚糖、明胶、虫胶、琼脂、糊精、果胶、瓜尔豆胶、海藻胶、卡拉胶、海藻酸盐等亲水胶体类,乳清蛋白、酪蛋白、明胶等蛋白质类中的一种或多种。
本发明提供的杀虫剂可以制备成常规制剂,可以为液剂、乳剂、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、粉剂、膏剂、缓释剂、颗粒剂、悬乳浓缩剂,其中优选缓释剂、颗粒剂、膏剂。所述缓释剂包含有吸附控制释放剂、微胶囊剂、缓释颗粒剂。
其中,所述的吸附控制释放剂制备方法是将杀虫剂或杀虫组合物,用具有吸附性的固体材料浸渍、吸附,所得的制剂。其中固体材料选自固体分子筛、尿素、柱状活性炭、泡沫、木材、软木、海绵、珊瑚、多孔材料、小麦胚粉、脱脂玉米胚粉,玉米芯碎片,粗麸皮,大豆细粉,吸附性强的谷物类,硅胶,天然粘土,其中多孔材料可选自沸石,微孔沸石分子筛,氧化钛、氧化铁等金属氧化物。
所述的缓释颗粒剂制备方法是将水和糊精加入反应器中,开启搅拌器,加热升温,在糊精溶解之后,添加性信息素、溶剂、抗氧化剂和光稳定剂。继续搅拌,最终得到包围性信息素的分散液。然后将分散液与可溶性淀粉等填料混合均匀后,加入填料、杀虫剂和粘合剂混合均匀,用旋转挤压造粒机挤压造粒,即可获得缓释颗粒诱杀剂。
所述微胶囊剂是指先将活性物包覆在粘合剂、成膜剂等中形成微小的囊状制剂,然后再加工成需要的剂型。
本发明提供的杀虫剂可以按以下方法施用:
将杀虫剂的膏型、液体型或半固体型制剂直接涂布在的木板、纸板或树枝等随处可见的方便获取的材料上,也可将胶状物直接涂布在防治作物上,涂布完成后,将这些涂有胶状物的材料以悬挂或安插等方式定点分置到果园、蔬菜田、农作物田或林木区;或将杀虫剂的固体型制剂,分置在防治场地的中央和周边区域。
杀虫剂的施用量为有效成分0.01~500克/亩,优选0.1~100克/亩,其分置或涂布密度为10~1000点/公顷。

本发明通过在杀虫剂中添加昆虫性信息素,使得该杀虫组合物获得了更优越的杀虫性能。与使用单一的杀虫剂相比,由于本发明组合物中增添的昆虫性信息素能够诱导害虫主动的、准确的前往各杀虫剂分置点,使害虫间接或者直接接触、误食杀虫剂而死亡,从而使得杀虫剂命中靶标害虫的概率大大提升。同时,每次喷雾杀虫剂的用药量大大降低,每季作物杀虫剂用药次数,食品安全问题得到改善;与使用单一的昆虫性信息素相比,由于本发明组合物包含有杀虫剂,能够迅速的、准确的杀灭靶标害虫,避免害虫挣脱收集器而逃逸,见效周期更短,杀虫更彻底,由此提高农产品产量,降低农户的损失和用药成本,除此之外,还可免除因使用难以生物降解的诱捕器和诱芯,造成严重的环境污染。
具体实施方式
可从以下实施例中看到本发明活性化合物结合物的良好杀虫活性。单独的使用昆虫性信息素表现出起效慢,单独的使用杀虫剂表现出药物利用率低,但本发明活性化合物结合物的速效性快,且活性超过了活性的简单加和。
根据下列的Colby公式计算给定的本发明组合物的理论死亡值(%)。当防治百分率的数值高于防治百分率的理论值时,认为本发明组合物获得增效杀虫活性。Colby计算公式如下:
E=X+y-(X×Y)/100,其中
X=当以mppm的施用率使用活性化合物A时的死亡率,表示为未处理对照组的百分比,
Y=当以nppm的施用率使用活性化合物B时的死亡率,表示为未处理对照组的百分比,
E=当以m+nppm的施用率使用活性化合物A和B时的死亡率,表示为未处理对照组的百分比,
实施例1:苹果黄蚜试验
试验选用A、B、C和D四个一样大小的密闭容器,容器大小为5m2,每个容器内放入50只苹果黄蚜,其中雌只5,雄虫只45,定期投放食物。A容器内投放杀虫剂,B容器内靶标昆虫性信息素,C和D容器内投放杀虫剂和昆虫性信息素的组合物,A、B、C和D容器中投放的活性化合物均采用相同的制剂类型。
经过所需时间后,确定死亡率,以%计。100%表示杀死所有苹果黄蚜;0%表示无苹果黄蚜被杀死。
将所确定的死亡率代入Colby公式。
试验结果如下:

Claims (25)
1.一种精确定向、高效防治同翅目害虫的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,该组合物包含一种或两种以上杀虫剂和一种同翅目昆虫性信息素。
2.如利要求1所述杀虫组合物,其特征在于,杀虫剂与同翅目昆虫性信息素质量比为0.001~100000000∶1,优选0.002~10000000∶1,特别优选0.1~5000000∶1,进一步优选100~30000∶1。
3.如权利要求1或2所述杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀虫剂包括新烟碱类、拟除虫菊酯类、苯甲酰脲类、有机磷类杀虫剂、真菌杀虫剂、酰胺类杀虫剂、吡啶类杀虫剂、季酮酸类杀虫剂、蜕皮激素类杀虫剂、杀蚕毒素类中的一种或两种以上组合。
4.如权利要求3所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的新烟碱类杀虫剂包括吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺、呋虫胺、噻虫胺中的一种或两种以上。
5.如权利要求3所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂包括高效氟氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氰戊菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、苯醚菊酯、甲氰菊酯中的一种或两种以上。
6.如权利要求3所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂包括氟啶脲、氟苯脲、氟虫脲、氟螨脲、氟铃脲、灭幼脲、除虫脲中的一种或两种以上。
7.如权利要求3所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的有机磷类杀虫剂包括毒死蜱、丙溴磷、三唑磷、马拉硫磷、喹硫磷、硝虫硫磷、敌百虫、乙酰甲胺磷、杀螟磷、氧化乐果中的一种或两种以上。
8.如权利要求3所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的真菌杀虫剂包括甲维盐、阿维菌素、多杀菌素、乙基多杀菌素、浏阳霉素、梅岭霉素、苏云杆菌、白僵菌中的一种或两种以上。
9.如权利要求3所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的酰胺类杀虫剂包括氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟虫酰胺、四氯虫酰胺、溴氰虫酰胺中的一种或两种以上。
10.如权利要求3所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的吡啶类杀虫剂包括溴虫腈、呲蚜酮、氰氟虫腙中的一种或两种以上。
11.如权利要求3所述所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的季酮酸类杀虫剂包括螺虫乙酯、螺虫酯、螺螨酯中的一种或两种以上。
12.如权利要求3所述所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的蜕皮激素类杀虫剂包括虫酰肼、甲氧虫酰肼、氯虫酰肼中的一种或两种以上。
13.如权利要求3所述所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀蚕毒素类杀虫剂包括杀虫单、杀虫环、杀虫丁中的一种或两种以上。
14.如权利要求1或2所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的同翅目昆虫性信息素包括果蔬、林业、粮棉、甘蔗的常见同翅目昆虫释放的性信息素和人工合成的性信息素。
15.如权利要求14所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述常见的同翅目昆虫释放的性信息素包括蚜虫、蝉、叶蝉、沫蝉、角蝉、蜡蝉、飞虱、木虱、粉虱、蚧壳虫性信息素。
16.如权利要求15所述的常见的同翅目昆虫释放的性信息素,其特征在于,所述蚜虫性信息素包括甘蓝蚜、石原氏球蚜、玉蜀黎根蚜、云杉瘿球蚜、麦二叉蚜、桃蚜、棉蚜、豆长管蚜、蔷薇长管蚜、马铃薯长管蚜、蔷薇圆尾蚜、苹果棉蚜、梨二叉蚜、杭州新胸蚜、梅黑胶粉虱、茄无网蚜、鸡冠花豆蚜性信息素。
17.如权利要求15所述的常见的同翅目昆虫释放的性信息素,其特征在于,所述的蚧壳虫性信息素包括黄圆蚧、梨圆蚧、桑白蚧、日本松干蚧、松宊圆蚧、康粉蚧、橘臀纹粉蚧、朝鲜黑松干蚧、海岸松干蚧、以色列松干蚧、红园蚧、褐圆蚧、康片蚧、矢尖蚧、吹绵蚧性信息素。
18.如权利要求15所述的常见的同翅目昆虫释放的性信息素,其特征在于,所述的飞虱性信息素主要包括褐飞虱、灰飞虱、白背飞虱性信息素。
19.如权利要求15所述的常见的同翅目昆虫释放的性信息素,其特征在于,所述的粉虱性信息素包括茶树黑粉虱、棉粉虱、银叶粉虱性信息素。
20.一种高效防治同翅目害虫的杀虫剂,其特征在于,由如权利要求书1~15任意一项所述的杀虫组合物以及农药制剂中可以接受的辅料组成,其中杀虫组合物占杀虫剂质量的0.001%~100%,优选为0.01%~100%,特别优选为1%~80%,进一步优选为1%~50%。
21.如权利要求20所述杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述的辅料为润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、乳化剂、粘结剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂、溶剂、成囊剂、警戒色、填料、成膜剂中的一种或两种以上。
22.如权利要求20所述杀虫剂,其特征在于,该杀虫剂可以为液剂、乳剂、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、粉剂、膏剂、缓释剂、颗粒剂、悬乳浓缩剂,其中优选缓释剂、颗粒剂、膏剂。
23.如权利要求22所述的剂型,其特征在于,所述缓释剂包含吸附控制释放剂、微胶囊剂、缓释颗粒剂。
24.一种如权利要求20~22任意一项定义的杀虫剂的施用方法,其特征在于,将杀虫剂的膏型、液体型或半固体型制剂直接涂布在的木板、纸板或树枝等随处可见的方便获取的材料上,也可将胶状物直接涂布在防治作物上,涂布完成后,将这些涂有胶状物的材料以悬挂或安插等方式定点分置到果园、蔬菜田、农作物田或林木区;或将杀虫剂的固体型制剂,分置在防治场地的中央和周边区域。
25.如权利要求24所述的施用方法,其特征在于,杀虫剂的施用量为有效成分0.01~500克/亩,优选0.1~100克/亩,其分置或涂布密度为10~1000点/公顷。
