技术领域
本发明涉及一种轨道车辆的压缩空气供应设备,包括用于产生气动制动系统所用压缩空气的主压缩机以及包括用于电能供应的车辆蓄电池,其中,设有用于在受电弓所用伺服驱动装置的范围内为至少一个气动促动器的运行附加地进行辅助空气供应的压缩空气产生机构。本发明此外还涉及一种用于运行这样的压缩空气供应设备的方法以及一种装备有该压缩空气供应设备的轨道车辆。
背景技术
本发明的应用领域扩展至轨道车辆制造工程。配备有用于集电的受电弓的轨道车辆需要辅助能量,以便借助于伺服驱动装置使受电弓在缩入位置和伸出位置之间运动。作为在此所关注类型的伺服驱动装置,采用例如形式上为压力介质缸的气动促动器,该促动器被供给压缩空气形式的辅助能量。
按照公知的现有技术,为进行辅助空气供应要使用一台单独的辅助空气压缩机,该辅助空气压缩机在辅助空气供应系统的范围内通过轨道车辆的车辆蓄电池被供给电能,以提供用于受电弓等的伺服驱动装置的气动能量。车辆蓄电池的电能足以用来由电动机驱动相对较小规格的辅助空气压缩机,从而可以充足地产生压缩空气用于进行辅助空气供应。

本发明包含如下技术教导:用于辅助空气供应的压缩空气产生机构包括电的变频器,用于利用从车辆蓄电池提供的驱动电能以低转速运行轨道车辆的由电动机驱动的主压缩机,其中,在与主压缩机连接的压缩空气导管上接有旁通导管,以便从该处分支出用于对辅助空气回路的促动器进行辅助空气供应的辅助空气。
按照本发明的解决方案的优点尤其在于,可以取消辅助空气供应的附加构件,诸如辅助空气压缩机及其电连接及气动连接。由于按照本发明的解决方案的特点在于其紧凑的结构形式,故而此外还可以节省相应的结构空间。这是因为,对于按照本发明的解决方案,仅仅要将附加的电的变频器集成到轨道车辆的电气装备中,该变频器要与主压缩机的驱动装置电连接。从压缩机的压缩空气导管分支出的旁通导管能够同样以很低的装配花费相对于用作伺服驱动装置的气动促动器的控制阀进行布置,以实现受电弓的运动。
按照本发明的一种优选实施形式,在轨道车辆的主压缩机的下游接有吸附式空气干燥器或其他合适的空气干燥器,在空气干燥器的输出侧压缩空气导管上分支出用于连接辅助空气回路的旁通导管。压缩空气导管优选通入下游的储备压力容器中。在压缩空气导管的该特定位置处,可以实现辅助空气的有效提取。
附加地,可以在空气干燥器和储备压力容器之间的区域内在压缩空气导管中设置最小压力阀。该最小压力阀于是应该以截止方向朝向空气干燥器定向的方式装入,并且旁通导管在该特别的实施形式中在吸附式空气干燥器和最小压力阀之间的区域内从压缩空气导管分支出来。由此便可以保证辅助空气供应,并且在设定的最小压力以上才实施对储备压力容器的填充,该最小压力高于4巴,优选在8巴以上。

具体实施方式
按照图1,为产生用于未进一步示出的轨道车辆的气动制动系统的压缩空气,而使用一个主压缩机1。主压缩机1通过第一电接头I被供给电能并由电动机驱动。主压缩机1所产生的压缩空气经过吸附式空气干燥器2,在该吸附式空气干燥器的下游接有储备压力容器3。由储备压力容器3实现对轨道车辆气动制动系统的供气。
此外还设有用于在受电弓5所用伺服驱动装置的范围内为气动促动器4的运行附加地进行辅助空气供应的压缩空气产生机构。为此从车辆蓄电池6中提取电能,该电能通过电的变频器7导送,以便利用从车辆蓄电池6提供的电能通过第二电接头II对轨道车辆的由电动机驱动的主压缩机1以低转速驱动。通过这种方式,主压缩机1以较小的、但对于辅助空气供应来说足够的输送功率运行并且所输送的压缩空气在其经过了吸附式空气干燥器2之后被引导到输出侧的压缩空气导管8中。从这里分支出来旁通导管9,以传输用于对促动器4进行辅助空气供应的辅助空气。

1.轨道车辆的压缩空气供应设备,包括用于产生气动制动系统所用压缩空气的主压缩机(1)以及包括用于电能供应的车辆蓄电池(6),其中,设有用于在受电弓(5)所用伺服驱动装置的范围内为至少一个气动促动器(4)的运行附加地进行辅助空气供应的压缩空气产生机构,其特征在于,所述用于辅助空气供应的压缩空气产生机构包括电的变频器(7),用于利用从车辆蓄电池(6)提供的驱动电能以低转速运行轨道车辆的由电动机驱动的主压缩机(1),其中,在与所述主压缩机(1)连接的压缩空气导管(8)上接有旁通导管(9),以便从该处分支出用于对所述促动器(4)进行辅助空气供应的辅助空气。
