本发明公开了一种耐热型电力润滑脂,其组分比例按重量份数计:苯酚钙20~40重量份,硫酸钙20~35重量份、硫代磷酸酯10~15重量份,钼二硫氨基甲酸酯10~15重量份、具有26-32个碳原子的长链脂肪酸锂皂5~8重量份、基础油60~75重量份、防锈添加剂0.12~0.5重量份、导电剂1~5重量份、抗静电添加剂0.1~5重量份、所述基础油为合成酯油、醚油、矿物油、合成烃油或合成醚油中的至少一种;导电剂为金属银、铝、铜、锌、镍、铋、镀银铜粉或石墨、碳纳米管、导电聚苯胺中的一种;所述防锈添加剂为苯并三氮唑或其衍生物。本发明的润滑脂,有效的改善了电触点的导电性能和防护性能,同时本发明的润滑脂对金属表面具有优异的附着力。

Description

一种耐热型电力润滑脂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑脂,尤其涉及一种耐热型电力润滑脂。
背景技术
电触点在长期使用时,会产生表面氧化和腐蚀,影响接触点导电性能。电力脂涂敷接触端面首先起防氧化作用,阻止氧化性气体进入接触区域,防止或减轻Cu2O、AL2O3等氧化膜的生成,避免接触电阻增大;其次是防止水汽和化学腐蚀性气体的侵入,减轻电化学腐蚀和化学腐蚀;最后是特殊的微细导电材料填充了接触面的微细空隙,改善了电接触面的导电和导热情况。
当前使用的电力润滑脂其防水汽、化学腐蚀性气体侵入的能力较强,但是其耐高温性往往较弱,在长时间的高温环境下,其工作状态不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种耐热型电力润滑脂,其具有良好的导电性能、优异的耐高温性能、良好的抗水性能和防锈性能。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种耐热型电力润滑脂,其组分比例按重量份数计:
苯酚钙20~40重量份
硫酸钙20~35重量份
硫代磷酸酯10~15重量份
钼二硫氨基甲酸酯10~15重量份
具有26-32个碳原子的长链脂肪酸锂皂5~8重量份
基础油60~75重量份
防锈添加剂0.12~0.5重量份
导电剂1~5重量份
抗静电添加剂0.1~5重量份
所述基础油为合成酯油、醚油、矿物油、合成烃油或合成醚油中的至少一种;导电剂为金属银、铝、铜、锌、镍、铋、镀银铜粉或石墨、碳纳米管、导电聚苯胺中的一种;所述防锈添加剂为苯并三氮唑或其衍生物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述抗静电添加剂为T1501、T1502或Stadis450中的一种。
本发明采用的有益效果是:本发明的润滑脂,有效的改善了电触点的导电性能和防护性能,同时本发明的润滑脂对金属表面具有优异的附着力。使用中,在电力线缆金属表面上快速和均匀地形成保护膜。该保护膜可以保持在高温下,在长时间的高温环境下仍能保持良好的工作状态,使用温度范围-40°~180°。

苯酚钙20重量份
硫酸钙20重量份
硫代磷酸酯10重量份
钼二硫氨基甲酸酯10重量份
具有26-32个碳原子的长链脂肪酸锂皂5重量份
基础油60重量份
防锈添加剂0.12重量份
导电剂1重量份
抗静电添加剂0.1重量份
所述基础油为合成酯油、合成烃油和合成醚油中的混合物;导电剂为金属锌;所述防锈添加剂为苯并三氮唑;所述抗静电添加剂为T1501。
实施例2,一种耐热型电力润滑脂,其组分比例按重量份数计:
苯酚钙40重量份
硫酸钙35重量份
硫代磷酸酯15重量份
钼二硫氨基甲酸酯15重量份
具有26-32个碳原子的长链脂肪酸锂皂8重量份
基础油75重量份
防锈添加剂0.5重量份
导电剂5重量份
抗静电添加剂5重量份
所述基础油为醚油、矿物油的混合物;导电剂镀银铜粉;所述防锈添加剂为苯并三氮唑的衍生物;所述抗静电添加剂为T1502。

所述基础油为合成酯油、醚油、合成烃油和合成醚油的混合物;导电剂为碳纳米管;所述防锈添加剂为苯并三氮唑;所述抗静电添加剂为T1501。
本发明的润滑脂,有效的改善了电触点的导电性能和防护性能,同时本发明的润滑脂对金属表面具有优异的附着力。使用中,在电力线缆金属表面上快速和均匀地形成保护膜。该保护膜可以保持在高温下,在长时间的高温环境下仍能保持良好的工作状态,使用温度范围-40°~180°。
本领域技术人员应当知晓,本发明的保护方案不仅限于上述的实施例,还可以在上述实施例的基础上进行各种排列组合与变换,在不违背本发明精神的前提下,对本发明进行的各种变换均落在本发明的保护范围内。

苯酚钙20~40重量份
硫酸钙20~35重量份
硫代磷酸酯10~15重量份
钼二硫氨基甲酸酯10~15重量份
具有26-32个碳原子的长链脂肪酸锂皂5~8重量份
基础油60~75重量份
防锈添加剂0.12~0.5重量份
导电剂1~5重量份
抗静电添加剂0.1~5重量份
所述基础油为合成酯油、醚油、矿物油、合成烃油或合成醚油中的至少一种;导电剂为金属银、铝、铜、锌、镍、铋、镀银铜粉或石墨、碳纳米管、导电聚苯胺中的一种;所述防锈添加剂为苯并三氮唑或其衍生物。
