技术领域
本发明涉及一种储柜开关门平衡系统。
背景技术
储柜,顾名思义是储藏物品的柜子,是人们日常生产和生活中不可或缺的用品,如衣柜、橱柜、鞋柜等等,当需要取用物品时,则打开柜门,当取用物品结束时,则关上柜门,一方面可以在一定程度上防止物品受潮,另一方面使整个空间布置更加美观。
但是,在人们开关储柜门的过程中,常常会遇到柜门很难打开,需要用很大的力气才能打开的现象。
为了解决这个问题,部分厂家在柜门上添加了一些驱动装置,CN203654983U公开了一种柜门开关装置,其通过加设一电机,然后通过控制电机正反转,从而控制柜门的打开和关闭,这种方法虽然一定程度上地解决了开关门费力的问题。
但是,第一:柜门由电机驱动开关、控制电机正反转,电路设计比较复杂;
第二、柜门打开所需的力量并不是恒定的,有时需要很大、有时又只需要一点点力量即可,在电机驱动下,柜门很容易发生损坏,使用寿命短;
第三、如果要控制电机的输出功率,从而控制电机扭力以保持柜门打开平缓,则需要设计复杂的电机控制系统,使得整个电机系统造价非常高;
第四、在柜门打开或关闭需要力量很大时,电机负载大,进一步增加了制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供储柜开关门平衡系统,该储柜开关门平衡系统可以使柜门在开启或关闭时只需要很小的力量,操作轻便、使用寿命长,并且造价成本低、稳定性好。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
储柜开关门平衡系统,包括:一传动轴、设置在所述传动轴上的第一皮带轮和平衡装置;所述第一皮带轮上连接有一柜门皮带,所述柜门皮带的一端与所述第一皮带轮固定连接,另一端与储柜的柜门连接;所述平衡装置包括有平衡块、平衡皮带、设置在所述传动轴上的第二皮带轮;所述平衡皮带的一端固定连接在所述第二皮带轮上,另一端与所述平衡块连接,所述平衡块平衡悬挂在所述第二皮带轮上;其中,所述第一皮带轮与第二皮带轮同步旋转,且柜门皮带与平衡皮带的缠绕方向相反。
在一些具体的实施例中,该储柜开关门平衡系统还可以包括有电机传动装置,所述电机传动装置包括有电机、与所述电机同轴连接的电机齿轮,在所述传动轴上还设置有传动轴齿轮,所述传动轴齿轮与所述电机齿轮相互齿合连接在一起。
在一些具体的实施例中,所述电机上还设置有一电动/手动拨钮,用于拨动电机齿轮脱离传动轴齿轮。

实施例1
如图1所示,为本实施例的储柜开关门平衡系统,其包括:一传动轴5、设置在所述传动轴上的第一皮带轮2和平衡装置。
其中,所述第一皮带轮2上连接有一柜门皮带1,所述柜门皮带1的一端与所述第一皮带轮2固定连接,另一端与储柜的柜门连接(柜门在图中未示出);此时柜门与柜门皮带1连接,产生一个柜门重量拉力,如图中箭头方向所示。
所述平衡装置包括有平衡块6、平衡皮带4、设置在所述传动轴5上的第二皮带轮3;所述平衡皮带4的一端固定连接在所述第二皮带轮3上,另一端与所述平衡块6连接,使得平衡块6悬挂在第二皮带轮3上。其中,所述第一皮带轮2、第二皮带轮3和传动轴5同步旋转,且柜门皮带1与平衡皮带4的缠绕方向相反。其中由于平衡块6通过平衡皮带4悬挂在第二皮带轮3上,平衡皮带4上产生一个平衡块重量拉力,如图中平衡块重量拉力箭头方向所示。
为了使所述平衡块6平衡地悬挂在所述第二皮带轮3上,进而使整个开关门系统达到平衡状态,所述柜门重量拉力与所述平衡块重量拉力达到平衡或相等。
如图1所示,本实施例的储柜开关门平衡系统包括有两个第一皮带轮2;所述平衡装置包括有一长条形的平衡块6、两个第二皮带轮3和两条平衡皮带4。
其中,本实施例中将两个第二皮带轮3分别设置在传动轴5的中点的两侧,且到传动轴5的中点的距离相同;同时,将所述长条形平衡块6的质量均匀。优选地,所述长条形平衡块6的长度方向与传动轴5的长度方向相同,所述平衡皮带4与所述平衡块6连接的位置位于所述长条形平衡块6的两侧,且距平衡块6的重心距离相等,使两侧的第二皮带轮3受力平衡。
所述两个第二皮带轮3设置在两个第一皮带轮2的中间,两个第一皮带轮2上的柜门皮带1上的的柜门重量拉力等于平衡块重量拉力,使整个开关门系统处于平衡状态,在用户需要打开或关闭柜门时,只需要很小的力量,打破平衡状态,即可将柜门打开或关闭,操作非常轻便。

如图2所示,本实施例的储柜开关门平衡系统还包括有电机传动装置,所述电机传动装置包括有电机7、与所述电机7同轴连接的电机齿轮8,在所述传动轴5上还设置有传动轴齿轮9,所述传动轴齿轮9与所述电机齿轮8相互齿合连接在一起。
所述电机7上还设置有一电动/手动拨钮10,用于拨动电机齿轮8脱离传动轴齿轮9。当拨动电机齿轮8脱离开传动轴齿轮9时,则该柜门平衡系统处于手动状态。此时,只需要用一个很小的力,手动提拉柜门把手,即可改变柜门与平衡块的平衡状态,实现柜门打开或关闭。
当拨动电机齿轮8与传动轴齿轮9齿合时,接通电机传动装置的电源,电机7转动,带动传动轴5转动,此时,电机7只需要输出很小的功率,产生一个很小的力,以打破原有的柜门与平衡块的平衡状态,柜门即可打开或关闭,对电机7的输出功率要求很低,造价成本低。并且,由于平衡装置的设置,整个开关门系统在柜门打开或关闭的过程中一种处于平缓状态,整个储柜开关门平衡系统稳定性好,使用寿命长。优选地,将所述传动轴齿轮9设置在所述传动轴5的中点。
而如果没有平衡块6,也就没有由平衡块的重力产生一个反向的平衡块重量拉力,与柜门重量拉力保持平衡,则在打开或关闭柜门时,需要的拉力全部都由电机7提供,当需要很大的力量时,从而电机7的扭力也必须很大,那电机的功率就必须增加,并且,为了可以平缓地打开或关闭柜门,还需要设置电机控制装置,以通过调频等方式控制电机的输出功率,以开启或关闭柜门,电机传动装置设计复杂,成本非常高。

一传动轴、设置在所述传动轴上的第一皮带轮和平衡装置;
所述第一皮带轮上连接有一柜门皮带,所述柜门皮带的一端与所述第一皮带轮固定连接,另一端与储柜的柜门连接;
所述平衡装置包括有平衡块、平衡皮带、设置在所述传动轴上的第二皮带轮;所述平衡皮带的一端固定连接在所述第二皮带轮上,另一端与所述平衡块连接,所述平衡块平衡悬挂在所述第二皮带轮上;

所述电机上还设置有一电动/手动拨钮,用于拨动电机齿轮脱离传动轴齿轮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的储柜开关门平衡系统,其特征在于:
所述传动轴齿轮设置在所述传动轴的中点。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的储柜开关门平衡系统,其特征在于:
所述平衡装置包括有一平衡块、两个第二皮带轮和两条平衡皮带。
6.根据权利要求5所述的储柜开关门平衡系统,其特征在于:
该储柜开关门平衡系统包括有两个第一皮带轮,且两个第二皮带轮设置在两个第一皮带轮的中间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的储柜开关门平衡系统,其特征在于:
所述平衡块呈长条形。
8.根据权利要求7所述的储柜开关门平衡系统,其特征在于:
所述两个第二皮带轮分别位于传动轴的中点的两侧,且到中点的距离相同;所述长条形平衡块的长度方向与传动轴的长度方向相同,所述平衡皮带与所述平衡块连接的位置位于所述长条形平衡块的两侧,且距平衡块的重心距离相等;所述长条形平衡块质量均匀。
