Abstract
一种用一次性耗材防护的十二指肠镜,用一次性使用的耗材将重复使用的十二指肠镜保护起来,实现了十二指肠镜的一人一换,避免了交叉感染,解决了消毒不彻底问题。端帽为透明弹性体,侧面长开口用软接口密封,软接口呈漏斗状,且由弹性薄膜制作;软接口大口端外缘粘贴在端帽长开口边缘上,软接口小口端套在一次性钳道管远端管壁一定距离处;一次性钳道管近端呈圆锥状或球状封闭,远端呈一定角度弯曲;抬钳器头部设有滑轮,滑轮外周有相应半径的凹槽,拉动抬钳器的钢丝远端做为抬钳器与滑轮的联接轴。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体的涉及医用内窥镜。
背景技术
十二指肠镜广泛应用于肝、胆、胰系统疾病的诊断与治疗。特别对于逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)术是十二指肠镜的一项独特且目前不能替代的胰胆管检查方法,是诊断胆道疾病的重要手段,是微创外科中的一个重要组成部分。但是消毒安全问题却一直困扰该内窥镜,由于受成像核心原器件光学传感器CCD及主体材料限制,不可用高温高压等方式消毒灭菌,消毒手段少,并且普遍存在消毒不彻底问题。而本发明涉及的十二指肠镜由于其功能结构均比其它内窥镜结构复杂,所以存在着更大的消毒风险。
用一次性耗材将内窥镜全面包覆应用是防止交叉感染最为可靠的办法,本发明人曾就胃肠电子内窥镜发明了内窥镜一次性防护套(专利号:ZL201032668.8,US8241208B2),将内窥镜凡是与人体体腔体液接触部分从里到外都用一次性耗材包覆,但十二指肠镜较胃肠电子内窥镜结构复杂,需要在胃肠电子内窥镜一次性防护套结构基础上对端帽等结构进行进一步改进。
发明内容
用一次性耗材防护的十二指肠镜,其基本原理是用一次性灭菌耗材对不能经受高温高压灭菌处理的内窥镜全面防护,使其凡与患者体腔体液接触部分都被耗材隔离覆盖,基本上实现十二指肠镜的一次性应用,解决其在临床中消毒不彻底所发生的交叉感染问题。
本发明技术方案如下:
用一种一次性使用的耗材将多次使用的改进了的十二指肠镜保护起来,使其在临床中不受污染。端帽将镜体外面的一次性套囊与镜体管道内的一次性钳道管连为一体,从而对十二指肠镜的外表面和管道内表面都能进行保护。端帽由透明弹性材料制作,端帽侧面设有与镜体头端部开口形状一致的长条状开口,长条状开口内设一软接口,软接口呈漏斗状,有大口端和小口端,且由弹性薄膜制作,软接口大口端外缘粘接在端帽长开口边缘上,小口端套在一次性钳道管远端管壁一定长度处,并与一次性钳道管粘接;一次性钳道管近端实行圆锥状或球状封闭,便于向镜体管道插入并防止使用前有污染物进入管内。
十二指肠镜改进如下:在抬钳器头部还设有滑轮,滑轮外周有相应半径的凹槽;拉动抬钳器的钢丝远端与滑轮的轴联接。
本发明改变了十二指肠镜的消毒方式,内镜检查时全部耗材一人一换,避免交叉感染,基本实现十二指肠镜的一次性应用效果,彻底解决十二指肠镜存在的消毒困难。

具体实施方式
本发明由两部分组成,一部分是经过改造的十二指肠镜,另一部分是一次性耗材,它将多次使用的十二指肠镜用一次性耗材保护起来不受污染。一次性耗材不仅有套囊和端帽保护十二指肠镜外表面,还有一次性钳道管置于镜体管道内保护十二指肠镜内表面,两者通过端帽连为一体,将十二指肠镜从里到外进行了全面保护。
首先,对十二指肠镜进行了如下改进:如图1所示,十二指肠镜的抬钳器1.2头部还设有一个滑轮1.4,滑轮外周有相应半径的凹槽1.5,拉动抬钳器的钢丝远端1.3与滑轮1.4的轴联接,该滑轮可以减小抬钳器运动的摩擦力。
另外,一次性的耗材包括:端帽2、套囊3、一次性钳道管4。其中端帽2套在镜体头端部1.1上,与包覆镜体插入部外表面的套囊3和镜体管道内的一次性钳道管4连为一体,从而对十二指肠镜镜体1的外表面和管道内表面都能进行保护。
如图2所示,端帽2整体为透明弹性材料,端帽侧面设有与镜体头端部开口形状一致的长条状开口2.1,长条状开口内设有软接口5,该软接口5为弹性薄膜制成且为漏斗状,有大口端5.1和小口端5.2。软接口大口端5.1外缘与端帽长条状开口内侧粘接密封,软接口小口端5.2套在一次性钳道管4远端外壁一定距离处并粘接(图3)。
如图4,图5所示,当抬钳器与拉丝处于放松状态时,抬钳器与一次性钳道管不发生相互作用,活检钳通过一次性钳道管从长条状开口斜向伸出;当拉紧拉丝使抬钳器抬起,软接口产生相应变形,隔着软接口推动一次性钳道管抬起,间接调整活检钳的指向,从而对特定部位进行钳取操作。
一次性钳道管4远端有一定角度弯曲,近端4.1未使用前实行圆锥状或球状封闭(图6),其远端从端帽长条状开口2.1伸入,然后插入软接口小口端,其弯曲部分完全进入接口内且管口朝向大口端。一次性钳道管近端呈圆锥状或球状封闭便于向镜体管道插入并防止使用前有污染物进入管内。
Claims (3)
1.用一次性耗材防护的十二指肠镜,其镜体的插入部外表面用套囊薄膜包覆,一次性钳道管插在镜体相应管道内,镜体远端有端帽覆盖,端帽与插入部外表面的套囊、镜体管道内的一次性钳道管连为一体,端帽侧面设有与镜体头端部开口形状一致的长条状开口;其特征是:端帽为透明弹性材料,在端帽长条状开口内设有软接口,软接口呈漏头状,且由弹性薄膜制作,软接口大口端外缘粘接在端帽长条状开口边缘上,小口端套在一次性钳道管远端管壁的一定长度处,并与其粘接;镜体抬钳器头部设有滑轮,滑轮外周有与一次性钳道管半径相应半径的凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用一次性耗材防护的十二指肠镜,其特征是拉动抬钳器的钢丝远端与抬钳器滑轮的轴联接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用一次性耗材防护的十二指肠镜,其特征是一次性钳道管近端头部呈圆锥状或球状且封闭。
