Detailed Description
The invention will now be further explained by means of embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment:
fig. 1 is a flowchart of a network control method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and as can be seen from fig. 1, in this embodiment, the network control method according to the present invention includes the following steps:
s101: acquiring real-time operation parameters and user behavior data of the local area network;
the local area network related to the present invention refers to a network formed by a plurality of users sharing a network interface, and includes a wired network (a plurality of computers are connected to a router/virtual router through network cables) and a wireless network (for example, WiFi, etc., at least one device in the network is connected to the router/virtual router through wireless connection);
the execution main body of the step of acquiring the real-time operation parameters and the user behavior data of the local area network can be terminal equipment (such as a mobile phone and the like) accessing the local area network, and can also be equipment forming the local area network (such as a router or equipment which can be used as a virtual router, such as a notebook computer/mobile phone and the like);
the real-time operation parameters of the local area network related to the present invention refer to parameters that affect the user experience, including but not limited to one or more of the network side rate of the local area network (e.g. the bandwidth 800Kbps allocated by the provider for the user, the maximum data transmission rate that can be provided by the provider, such as the maximum download rate 3.1Mbps supported by a certain 3G network, etc.), the current number of access users, the signal strength (for the wireless network), the interference situation of the adjacent channel (for the wireless network), etc.;
the user behavior data related to the invention refers to data related to user operation, such as data related to user operation of browsing a webpage, watching a high-definition online video, online games and the like, and different user operations represent different levels of demands of the user on the network speed;
s102: matching the real-time operation parameters by using the user behavior data;
specifically, when the real-time operation parameters comprise a plurality of parameters, the method further comprises the step of setting the matching grade of each parameter in the real-time operation parameters; when the real-time operation parameters are matched by using the user behavior data, sequentially matching according to the matching grades of the parameters, and finishing matching if the matching result of any parameter with a higher matching grade is that the local area network to which the parameter belongs needs to be controlled; specifically, for example, when the real-time operation parameters include the network side rate and the signal strength, the matching levels of different parameters may be set, for example, the matching levels are set as follows: network side rate, then, during the specific matching, the network side rate is preferentially matched, only when the network side rate is greater than a rate threshold (for example, the network side rate is 800Kbps, and the rate threshold is 200 Kbps), the matching of the signal strength is entered, and if the network side rate is less than or equal to a required threshold, the matching result is that the local area network needs to be controlled;
specifically, step S102 includes: determining the demand level of the user for the network speed according to the user behavior data, and matching the real-time operation parameters by using the demand level; if the requirement level of the user playing the game is set to be the highest (if the network side speed is required to be greater than the speed threshold value and the signal intensity is required to be greater than the intensity threshold value), and the requirement level of the user watching the high-definition online video is set to be the second (if the network side speed is required to be greater than the speed threshold value), different user behavior data correspond to different matching results under the same real-time operation parameter;
s103: controlling the local area network according to the matching result;
specifically, step S103 includes:
if the matching result is that the local area network can not meet the user requirement, forbidding a new user to access the local area network and/or reminding the user to reduce the user access number; if a user watches high-definition online video, the number of users in the local area network is required to be smaller than a number threshold, when the current number of users in the local area network reaches or is larger than the number threshold, the local area network is indicated to be incapable of meeting the user requirements, and the matching result indicates that the local area network to which the user belongs cannot meet the user requirements, so that a new user is forbidden to access the local area network and/or the user is reminded to reduce the number of user accesses (e.g. kicking out an illegal user); in some embodiments, the user may be further prompted to manually start the function of prohibiting user access, and the user is explained that the current operation of the user requires a higher network requirement and needs to be restricted from access, for example, the user is prompted to restrict access when watching a high-definition video, and if the user does not want to restrict access, the user needs to give up watching an online high-definition video, otherwise, the watching effect is affected, or the watching effect is affected;
if the matching result is that the local area network can not meet the user requirements, the local area network can meet the user requirements, and then forbidding the access of a new user is cancelled; the assumption is carried out, if the user exits and the number of the users after exiting is smaller than the number threshold value, the function of forbidding the access of the new user is cancelled, the access of the new user is allowed, and the user can be reminded at the same time;
correspondingly, if the user quits and the number of the users is still larger than the number threshold value after quitting, the user is reminded that the network quality is good, and the access of a new user is still forbidden.
In some embodiments, the network control method shown in fig. 1 further includes: acquiring network environment data of a network environment where the local area network belongs to in real time, determining a stable state of the network environment according to the network environment data, and judging whether to start a network control function according to the stable state; specifically, the network environment data may include: the method comprises the steps that information of channels (aiming at the wireless local area network, 11 channels are supported by the existing 802.11 protocol) occupied by nearby local area networks, the number of hot spot information around a current access point, the signal intensity of each local area network, the type/model of equipment forming each local area network and the like is judged through network environment data, whether the local area network has external interference or not is judged, if the external interference exists, a user is reminded to start the function of automatically controlling the local area network according to real-time operation parameters and user behavior data of the local area network, and otherwise, the use experience of the user is influenced.
In some embodiments, the network control method shown in fig. 1 further includes, before performing step S103: and detecting whether a network control function is started, if so, controlling the local area network to which the network control function belongs according to a matching result, and if not, judging that the matching result exists for a user to check.

specifically, network environment data of a network environment where the local area network belongs to is obtained in real time, a stable state of the network environment is determined according to the network environment data, and whether a network control function is started is judged according to the stable state, under the assumption of the embodiment, since the number of WiFi networks working in the same channel is equal to 3, interference exists, the network environment is unstable, and the network control function is started;
if the network control function is started, executing step S303, otherwise, executing the step S302 in a circulating way;
s303: acquiring real-time operation parameters and user behavior data of the local area network;
for the real-time operating parameters, assume: the network side rate is 400Kbps, the signal strength is-60 dBm, the user access number is 3, and the connected channel stores interference;
for user behavior data, scenario one is assumed to be: a user playing an online game; a scene two assumes that a user watches an online high-definition video;
s304: matching the real-time operation parameters by using the user behavior data;

aiming at the scene one, controlling the local area network according to the matching result, specifically, forbidding the access of a new user and reminding the user to reduce the number of users;
and aiming at the scene two, controlling the local area network according to the matching result, specifically not forbidding the access of a new user.
In other embodiments, the execution results of the steps in the method shown in fig. 3 are different, and it is contemplated that step S305 includes prohibiting access of a new user, allowing access of a new user, or temporarily prohibiting access of a new user, but the environment is getting better, or the like.
In some embodiments, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, when the detected real-time operation parameter of the local area network to which the terminal belongs may further include a communication protocol (e.g., 802.11a/802.11b/802.11g/802.11n, etc.), when the communication protocol is in an 802.11g mode, the user may be prompted to check whether the current configuration of the terminal is abnormal, because the failure to operate in the 802.11n mode may affect the use experience of an application (e.g., video playing, network downloading, etc.) with a high requirement on the rate, and at this time, the communication protocol of the WiFi network may be used as the real-time operation parameter with the highest matching level.
In summary, the implementation of the present invention has at least the following advantages:
