Abstract
本发明公开了一种水溶性农药包装膜及其制备方法,涉及包装薄膜技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸70-80份、醋酸乙烯酯85-95份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮20-25份、粉煤灰12-15份、钠基膨润土10-13份、沸石粉10-13份、棕榈蜡8-11份、烷基糖苷6-10份、纳米二氧化硅5-8份、硼氢化钠4-7份、偶氮二异丁腈3-5份、柠檬酸三丁酯3-5份、羧甲基壳聚糖2-4份、海藻多糖2-3份、稀土1-2份、水150-200份、乙醇200-300份。本发明采用超声波和微波辅助制得丙烯酸改性聚乙烯醇,并辅以水溶性聚乙烯吡咯烷酮及多种功能助剂制得农药包装膜,该包装膜的化学稳定性强,不会与农药中的成分发生反应,并且水溶性强,在温度5-25℃之间能完全溶解,溶解产物对植物生长和土壤保护无害。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及包装薄膜技术领域,具体涉及一种水溶性农药包装膜及其制备方法。
背景技术:
水溶性薄膜通常用于定量包装材料,以简化分散、倾注、量化和溶解。由水溶性薄膜制得的定量包装袋可用于包装农药或化工产品,使用时直接将包装物加入喷雾器或反应釜中,加水后即可被溶解。使用方便,不再需要额外的计量添加,并且避免人体直接接触农药或化工产品,提高操作安全性。
目前,市场是已经广泛应用这类水溶性包装膜,但仍存在不足。主要是对溶解温度的要求,溶解温度高,溶解效率就高,溶解性能好,几乎无碎片残留。但溶解温度高时可能会导致药物活性成分失活,或有毒气体挥发,或发生化学反应。当溶解温度在25-40℃时,溶解效率显著降低,需要较长的溶解时间,影响工作效率。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种溶解温度范围宽、溶解完全且溶解产物对植物生长和土壤保护无害的水溶性农药包装膜及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种水溶性农药包装膜,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸70-80份、醋酸乙烯酯85-95份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮20-25份、粉煤灰12-15份、钠基膨润土10-13份、沸石粉10-13份、棕榈蜡8-11份、烷基糖苷6-10份、纳米二氧化硅5-8份、硼氢化钠4-7份、偶氮二异丁腈3-5份、柠檬酸三丁酯3-5份、羧甲基壳聚糖2-4份、海藻多糖2-3份、稀土1-2份、水150-200份、乙醇200-300份。
一种水溶性农药包装膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯和偶氮二异丁腈加入反应器中,混合均匀后先于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,待冷却至室温后加入硼氢化钠和乙醇,混合物加热至回流状态保温15min,然后减压浓缩除去溶剂,剩余物即为物料I;
(2)将粉煤灰、钠基膨润土和沸石粉加热至80-90℃保温混合15min,再加入棕榈蜡和海藻多糖,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)将物料I、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和柠檬酸三丁酯混合均匀,加热至100-110℃保温15min,然后冷却至室温后再加入物料II、烷基糖苷、纳米二氧化硅、羧甲基壳聚糖、稀土和水,混合均匀后即得预混料;
(4)将预混料于3500rpm/min均质分散15min,然后经流延成膜和烘干后制得包装膜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用超声波和微波辅助制得丙烯酸改性聚乙烯醇,提高产率和缩短制备时间,并辅以水溶性聚乙烯吡咯烷酮及多种功能助剂制得农药包装膜,该包装膜的化学稳定性强,不会与农药中的成分发生反应,并且水溶性强,在温度5-25℃之间能完全溶解,溶解产物对植物生长和土壤保护无害,且溶解产物可对土壤进行改良,从而促进植物生长。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)先将72份丙烯酸、90份醋酸乙烯酯和3份偶氮二异丁腈加入反应器中,混合均匀后先于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,待冷却至室温后加入5份硼氢化钠和200份乙醇,混合物加热至回流状态保温15min,然后减压浓缩除去溶剂,剩余物即为物料I;
(2)将12份粉煤灰、12份钠基膨润土和10份沸石粉加热至80-90℃保温混合15min,再加入8份棕榈蜡和3份海藻多糖,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)将物料I、20份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和3份柠檬酸三丁酯混合均匀,加热至100-110℃保温15min,然后冷却至室温后再加入物料II、6份烷基糖苷、6份纳米二氧化硅、3份羧甲基壳聚糖、1份稀土和150份水,混合均匀后即得预混料;
(4)将预混料于3500rpm/min均质分散15min,然后经流延成膜和烘干后制得包装膜。
实施例2
(1)先将80份丙烯酸、86份醋酸乙烯酯和5份偶氮二异丁腈加入反应器中,混合均匀后先于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,待冷却至室温后加入6份硼氢化钠和300份乙醇,混合物加热至回流状态保温15min,然后减压浓缩除去溶剂,剩余物即为物料I;
(2)将15份粉煤灰、10份钠基膨润土和13份沸石粉加热至80-90℃保温混合15min,再加入10份棕榈蜡和2份海藻多糖,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)将物料I、25份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和5份柠檬酸三丁酯混合均匀,加热至100-110℃保温15min,然后冷却至室温后再加入物料II、8份烷基糖苷、5份纳米二氧化硅、4份羧甲基壳聚糖、2份稀土和200份水,混合均匀后即得预混料;
(4)将预混料于3500rpm/min均质分散15min,然后经流延成膜和烘干后制得包装膜。

1.一种水溶性农药包装膜,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸70-80份、醋酸乙烯酯85-95份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮20-25份、粉煤灰12-15份、钠基膨润土10-13份、沸石粉10-13份、棕榈蜡8-11份、烷基糖苷6-10份、纳米二氧化硅5-8份、硼氢化钠4-7份、偶氮二异丁腈3-5份、柠檬酸三丁酯3-5份、羧甲基壳聚糖2-4份、海藻多糖2-3份、稀土1-2份、水150-200份、乙醇200-300份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述水溶性农药包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯和偶氮二异丁腈加入反应器中,混合均匀后先于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,待冷却至室温后加入硼氢化钠和乙醇,混合物加热至回流状态保温15min,然后减压浓缩除去溶剂,剩余物即为物料I;
(2)将粉煤灰、钠基膨润土和沸石粉加热至80-90℃保温混合15min,再加入棕榈蜡和海藻多糖,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
