本发明公开了一种韭菜收割机,包括安装有电动机以及行走轮的机架,机架的后部上方呈水平间隔设置着上下后辊轴,机架的前端呈竖向前置倾斜设置着左右前辊轴,右前辊轴与上后辊轴之间设置着主动皮带,左前辊轴与下后辊轴之间设置着从动皮带,主动皮带与从动皮带二者均由内层带面以及外层带面构成,其中外层带面由天然橡胶层构成,主动皮带与从动皮带二者的外层带面相接触,从动皮带的外层带面中部设置着凹槽,机架的前端上部两侧分别设置着一块收拢板,收拢板下部的机架前端设置着滑板,左右前辊轴后方的机架正中下方设置着电动割刀盘,上下后辊轴、行走轮均由电动机通过链条带动旋转,机架的后端分别设置着扶手以及收集箱。

本发明涉及一种韭菜收割机。
背景技术
目前,韭菜的收割一般是通过人工手持刀具进行作业,工人劳动强度大,弯腰时间长,收割的韭菜夹杂有很多的泥土,不仅韭菜卫生条件差,而且严重影响工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种韭菜收割机,能够快速方便地收割韭菜,不仅工人劳动强度低,而且收割的韭菜不夹杂泥土,能够大大提高工作效率。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种韭菜收割机,包括安装有电动机以及行走轮的机架,机架的后部上方呈水平间隔设置着上下后辊轴,机架的前端呈竖向前置倾斜设置着左右前辊轴,右前辊轴与上后辊轴之间设置着主动皮带,左前辊轴与下后辊轴之间设置着从动皮带,主动皮带与从动皮带二者均由内层带面以及外层带面构成,其中外层带面由天然橡胶层构成,主动皮带与从动皮带二者的外层带面相接触,从动皮带的外层带面中部设置着凹槽,机架的前端上部两侧分别设置着一块收拢板,收拢板下部的机架前端设置着滑板,左右前辊轴后方的机架正中下方设置着电动割刀盘,上下后辊轴、行走轮均由电动机通过链条带动旋转,机架的后端分别设置着扶手以及收集箱。
本发明使用时,由操作人员通过扶手推动机架前行,滑板支撑着机架前部与底面贴合,收拢板将韭菜收拢,左右前辊轴以及上下后辊轴通过电动机带动,使得主动皮带以及从动皮带运行将一垄韭菜夹紧,同时,电动割刀盘对韭菜根部进行同步切割,然后,切割好的韭菜就被主动皮带以及从动皮带夹持着运行至上下后辊轴处,落入收集箱内。外层带面设置着的天然橡胶层以及凹槽既能够增加对韭菜的夹持力,又能够防止撵伤韭菜,同时,韭菜在被皮带夹持运行过程中,随着振动,韭菜根处的泥土会不断掉落,因此,本发明能够快速方便地收割韭菜,不仅工人劳动强度低,而且收割的韭菜不夹杂泥土,能够大大提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
一种韭菜收割机,如图1、图2、图3所示,包括安装有电动机16以及行走轮15的机架3,机架3的后部上方呈水平间隔设置着上下后辊轴5、4,机架3的前端呈竖向前置倾斜设置着左右前辊轴19、9,右前辊轴9与上后辊轴5之间设置着主动皮带6,左前辊轴19与下后辊轴4之间设置着从动皮带7,主动皮带与从动皮带二者均由内层带面21以及外层带面20构成,其中外层带面20由天然橡胶层构成,主动皮带6与从动皮带7二者的外层带面20相接触,从动皮带7的外层带面中部设置着凹槽22,机架3的前端上部两侧分别设置着一块收拢板10,收拢板10下部的机架前端设置着滑板11,左右前辊轴19、9后方的机架正中下方设置着电动割刀盘12,上下后辊轴5、4以及行走轮15均由电动机16通过链条带动旋转,机架3的后端分别设置着扶手1以及收集箱2。
电动割刀盘12的驱动电机13竖向安装在一个调节架14上,调节架的两侧臂上分别设置着滑槽,滑槽内的定位销水平固定在机架前部两侧,通过旋紧定位销使得调节架14上下滑移,从而调整电动割刀盘12的收割高度。可以想见的是,两个左右前辊轴19、9的转轴端部也安装有横向以及纵向调节机构8,相对于上下后辊轴5、4进行远离调节,可以张紧主动皮带以及从动皮带,防止韭菜掉落。调节两个左右前辊轴19、9的相对距离,可以调节主动皮带以及从动皮带之间的挤压力,能够顺利地将韭菜抱起运走。
该装置结构设计合理,用其收割韭菜,能够大大降低工人劳动强度,提高工作效率。

1.一种韭菜收割机,包括安装有电动机以及行走轮的机架,其特征是:机架的后部上方呈水平间隔设置着上下后辊轴,机架的前端呈竖向前置倾斜设置着左右前辊轴,右前辊轴与上后辊轴之间设置着主动皮带,左前辊轴与下后辊轴之间设置着从动皮带,主动皮带与从动皮带二者均由内层带面以及外层带面构成,其中外层带面由天然橡胶层构成,主动皮带与从动皮带二者的外层带面相接触,从动皮带的外层带面中部设置着凹槽,机架的前端上部两侧分别设置着一块收拢板,收拢板下部的机架前端设置着滑板,左右前辊轴后方的机架正中下方设置着电动割刀盘,上下后辊轴、行走轮均由电动机通过链条带动旋转,机架的后端分别设置着扶手以及收集箱。
