本发明公开了一种自动加水的蒸汽锅炉,其结构包括锅体、进水管和进水阀;所述锅体的一侧设有进水管;所述进水管的下侧壁上设有槽孔将所述进水管的内部与所述锅体的内部连通;所述槽孔内设有块状结构的进水阀;所述进水阀的上段位于所述进水管的管内,所述进水阀的下端位于所述锅体的内部;所述进水阀能在所述槽孔中上下滑动;所述进水阀的下端设有浮漂;所述进水阀的下端与所述浮漂相连;所述浮漂漂浮在所述锅体内的水面上。本发明的有益效果是:进水阀下端的浮漂在水面上上下浮动能控制进水阀对进水管的进水控制从而达到自动控制进水的方式。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蒸汽锅炉,尤其涉及一种自动加水的蒸汽锅炉。
背景技术
蒸汽锅炉为外界提供大量的热蒸汽,传统的蒸汽锅炉需要定期专门对锅炉加水补充水。这样的锅炉的缺点是:麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题在于提供一种自动加水的蒸汽锅炉,其在不断地消耗水的过程中会不断地自动补充水。
为了解决以上问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种自动加水的蒸汽锅炉,其结构包括锅体、进水管和进水阀;所述锅体的一侧设有进水管;所述进水管的下侧壁上设有槽孔将所述进水管的内部与所述锅体的内部连通;所述槽孔内设有块状结构的进水阀;所述进水阀的上段位于所述进水管的管内,所述进水阀的下端位于所述锅体的内部;所述进水阀能在所述槽孔中上下滑动;所述进水阀的下端设有浮漂;所述进水阀的下端与所述浮漂相连;所述浮漂漂浮在所述锅体内的水面上。
本发明的有益效果是:进水阀下端的浮漂在水面上上下浮动能控制进水阀对进水管的进水控制从而达到自动控制进水的方式。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本发明其结构包括锅体1、进水管2和进水阀3;锅体1的一侧设有进水管2;进水管2的下侧壁上设有槽孔将进水管2的内部与锅体1的内部连通;槽孔内设有块状结构的进水阀3;进水阀3的上段位于进水管2的管内,进水阀3的下端位于锅体1的内部;进水阀3能在槽孔中上下滑动;进水阀3的下端设有浮漂4;进水阀3的下端与浮漂4相连;浮漂4漂浮在锅体1内的水面上。
本发明是这样实现自动进水的:当锅体内的水上升到足够的高度时浮漂便将进水阀向上推到顶点封住进水管,当锅体内的水面下降到一定的高度时浮漂的下降使得进水阀的上端下移打开进水管从而外界的水便通过进水管进入到锅体内。

1.一种自动加水的蒸汽锅炉,其结构包括锅体、进水管和进水阀;其特征在于:所述锅体的一侧设有进水管;所述进水管的下侧壁上设有槽孔将所述进水管的内部与所述锅体的内部连通;所述槽孔内设有块状结构的进水阀;所述进水阀的上段位于所述进水管的管内,所述进水阀的下端位于所述锅体的内部;所述进水阀能在所述槽孔中上下滑动;所述进水阀的下端设有浮漂;所述进水阀的下端与所述浮漂相连;所述浮漂漂浮在所述锅体内的水面上。
