Abstract

石油钻井用套管防磨接头，包括套管防磨接头主体、上挡环、防磨护套、下挡环螺钉、下挡环，套管防磨接头主体为一圆管形，两端加工有螺纹，外圆中部从上到下依次装有上挡环、防磨护套、下挡环，在装防磨护套的对应部位的外圆面经防磨处理，防磨护套由防磨护套耐磨体和防磨护套芯体两部分组成，防磨护套上设有沿圆周均布的防磨护套润滑冷却通道，下挡环通过下挡环螺钉固定在套管防磨接头主体上。结构简单、可靠性高，操作使用方便，成本低廉，使用寿命长，本发明的应用，降低了钻井风险和生产成本。

石油钻井用套管防磨接头
技术领域
本发明涉及石油工业钻井工具抗磨技术领域，特别涉及石油钻井用套管防磨接头。
背景技术
在石油钻井过程中，钻具在井眼内与套管或井壁之间产生摩擦，使钻井扭矩和摩阻增加，会造成套管磨损，在钻深井、超深井、水平井和大位移井的情况下，钻柱扭矩过大和套管磨损问题尤其突出，长时间摩擦，会引起卡钻、井漏、井口窜油气等井下事故，甚至无法钻进。采用在钻具中连接套管防磨短节，是防止套管磨损和降低钻井扭矩最好的方法。
现行常规套管防磨接头在常规井况下可以实现其对套管的防磨作用，但是在研磨性强的地层和井身情况复杂的环境中不能满足使用要求，常规套管防磨接头的防磨护套耐磨性能差，且没有防磨护套润滑冷却通道，使其磨损很快，防磨护套易在提拉钻柱过程中脱落，导致井下事故的发生。
发明内容
为了解决以上存在的问题，本发明提供了一种石油钻井用套管防磨接头，套管防磨接头主体为一圆管形，两端加工有螺纹，外圆中部和下部两段直径依次变小，外圆中部从上到下依次装有上挡环、防磨护套、下挡环，下挡环通过下挡环螺钉固定在套管防磨接头主体上。防磨护套由防磨护套耐磨体和防磨护套芯体两部分组成，防磨护套上设有沿圆周均布的防磨护套润滑冷却通道。结构简单、可靠性高，操作使用方便，成本低廉，使用寿命长，本发明的的应用，降低了钻井风险和生产成本。本发明的目的是为石油钻井提供一种石油钻井用套管防磨接头。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
石油钻井用套管防磨接头包括套管防磨接头主体、上挡环、防磨护套、下挡环螺钉、下挡环。
套管防磨接头主体为一圆管形，两端加工有螺纹，外圆中部和下部两段直径依次变小，在外圆上形成两个台阶，外圆中部从上到下依次装有上挡环、防磨护套、下挡环，在装防磨护套的对应部位的外圆面经防磨处理，在装下挡环的对应部位加工有均布的径向螺纹盲孔，上挡环为一圆管形，其上部外圆和下部内孔有倒角，其下部内孔倒角经防磨处理，其内孔过盈配合与套管防磨接头主体固定为一体，由上部的台阶定位，防磨护套为一圆管状，上下两端外圆有倒角，分别与上挡环的下部内孔倒角和下挡环的上部内孔倒角相配合，防磨护套与上挡环、套管防磨接头主体、下挡环之间都有适当间隙，防磨护套上设有沿圆周均布的防磨护套润滑冷却通道，防磨护套润滑冷却通道位于防磨护套耐磨体上，其起点和终点分别在上端和下端，中间部分在内壁上，呈轴向或螺旋分布，螺旋方向有左旋和右旋，其螺旋升角从10°至90°不等，其截面形状有半圆形、矩形、三角形等，防磨护套由防磨护套耐磨体和防磨护套芯体结合为一体，防磨护套耐磨体将防磨护套芯体包覆在其内部，防磨护套耐磨体为耐磨材料，耐磨材料可以选用聚氨脂或聚四氟乙烯、二硫化钼、铜粉等复合材料，防磨护套芯体为一圆管形，其径向开有均布的孔，用于增加与防磨护套耐磨体的结合力，防磨护套由模具成型，下挡环为一圆管形，其下部外圆和上部内孔有倒角，其上部内孔倒角经防磨处理，其内孔与套管防磨接头主体间隙配合，其轴向中部沿径向设有沿圆周均布的孔，通过孔内的下挡环螺钉与套管防磨接头主体固定为一体。
将石油钻井用套管防磨接头通过上下两端螺纹接入钻柱，泥浆通道连通完毕，可以进行正常的钻井、起下钻等作业。在石油钻井过程中，石油钻井用套管防磨接头将钻具在井眼内与套管或井壁之间产生摩擦转化为套管防磨接头主体、上挡环、下挡环与防磨护套之间的摩擦，由于防磨护套耐磨体为耐磨材料，且与防磨护套配合的套管防磨接头主体、上挡环、下挡环的相应部位都经防磨处理，磨擦系数不足0.1，使钻井扭矩和摩阻大大减小，最大限度减少对套管的磨损，特别适用于深井、超深井、水平井和大位移井，从而避免了卡钻、井漏、井口窜油气等井下事故的发生。
本发明具有以下优点：该石油钻井用套管防磨接头的防磨护套上设有沿圆周均布的防磨护套润滑冷却通道，防磨护套润滑冷却通道位于防磨护套耐磨体上，其起点和终点分别在上端和下端，中间部分在内壁上，对磨擦面进行全面的润滑和冷却，防磨护套耐磨体为耐磨材料，且与防磨护套配合的套管防磨接头主体、上挡环、下挡环的相应部位都经防磨处理，磨擦系数不足0.1，使钻井扭矩和摩阻大大减小，最大限度减少对套管的磨损。结构简单、可靠性高，操作使用方便，成本低廉，使用寿命长，本发明的应用，降低了钻井风险和生产成本。

实施例1：
石油钻井用套管防磨接头包括套管防磨接头主体1、上挡环2、防磨护套3、下挡环螺钉4、下挡环5。
套管防磨接头主体1为一圆管形，两端加工有螺纹，外圆中部和下部两段直径依次变小，在外圆上形成两个台阶，外圆中部从上到下依次装有上挡环2、防磨护套3、下挡环5，在装防磨护套3的对应部位的外圆面经防磨处理，在装下挡环5的对应部位加工有均布的径向螺纹盲孔，上挡环2为一圆管形，其上部外圆和下部内孔有倒角，其下部内孔倒角经防磨处理，其内孔过盈配合与套管防磨接头主体1固定为一体，由上部的台阶定位，防磨护套3为一圆管状，上下两端外圆有倒角，分别与上挡环2的下部内孔倒角和下挡环5的上部内孔倒角相配合，防磨护套3与上挡环2、套管防磨接头主体1、下挡环5之间都有适当间隙，防磨护套3上设有沿圆周均布的6条防磨护套润滑冷却通道8，防磨护套润滑冷却通道8位于防磨护套耐磨体6上，其起点和终点分别在上端和下端，中间部分在内壁上，呈右螺旋分布，其螺旋升角为30°，其截面形状为半圆形，防磨护套3由防磨护套耐磨体6和防磨护套芯体7结合为一体，防磨护套耐磨体6将防磨护套芯体7包覆在其内部，防磨护套耐磨体6为耐磨材料——聚氨脂，防磨护套芯体7为一圆管形，其径向开有均布的孔，用于增加与防磨护套耐磨体6的结合力，防磨护套3由模具成型，下挡环5为一圆管形，其下部外圆和上部内孔有倒角，其上部内孔倒角经防磨处理，其内孔与套管防磨接头主体间隙配合，其轴向中部沿径向设有沿圆周均布的孔，通过孔内的下挡环螺钉4与套管防磨接头主体固定为一体。
实施例2：
与上面一种实例不同的是，防磨护套3上设有沿圆周均布的8条防磨护套润滑冷却通道8，防磨护套润滑冷却通道8中间部分在内壁上，呈右螺旋分布，其螺旋升角为70°，其截面形状为矩形，防磨护套耐磨体6为耐磨材料——聚四氟乙烯、二硫化钼、铜粉等复合而成。
实施例3：
与上面两种实例不同的是，防磨护套3上设有沿圆周均布的4条防磨护套润滑冷却通道8，防磨护套润滑冷却通道8中间部分在内壁上，呈左螺旋分布，其螺旋升角为60°，其截面形状为三角形。
实施例4：
与上面三种实例不同的是，防磨护套3上设有沿圆周均布的5条防磨护套润滑冷却通道8，防磨护套润滑冷却通道8中间部分在内壁上，呈左轴向分布。

1.石油钻井用套管防磨接头，其特征是包括套管防磨接头主体（1）、上挡环（2）、防磨护套（3）、下挡环螺钉（4）、下挡环（5），套管防磨接头主体（1）为一圆管形，两端加工有螺纹，外圆中部和下部两段直径依次变小，在外圆上形成两个台阶，外圆中部从上到下依次装有上挡环（2）、防磨护套（3）、下挡环（5），在装防磨护套（3）的对应部位的外圆面经防磨处理，在装下挡环（5）的对应部位加工有均布的径向螺纹盲孔，上挡环（2）为一圆管形，其上部外圆和下部内孔有倒角，其下部内孔倒角经防磨处理，其内孔过盈配合与套管防磨接头主体（1）固定为一体，防磨护套（3）为一圆管状，上下两端外圆有倒角，分别与上挡环（2）的下部内孔倒角和下挡环（5）的上部内孔倒角相配合，防磨护套（3）与上挡环（2）、套管防磨接头主体（1）、下挡环（5）之间都有间隙，防磨护套（3）上设有沿圆周均布的防磨护套润滑冷却通道（8），防磨护套润滑冷却通道（8）位于防磨护套耐磨体（6）上，其起点和终点分别在上端和下端，中间部分在内壁上，防磨护套（3）由防磨护套耐磨体（6）和防磨护套芯体（7）结合为一体，下挡环（5）为一圆管形，其下部外圆和上部内孔有倒角，其上部内孔倒角经防磨处理，其内孔与套管防磨接头主体（1）间隙配合，其轴向中部沿径向设有沿圆周均布的孔，通过孔内的下挡环螺钉（4）与套管防磨接头主体（1）固定为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石油钻井用套管防磨接头，其特征是防磨护套润滑冷却通道（8）中间部分在内壁上的分布呈轴向或螺旋分布，螺旋方向有左旋和右旋，其螺旋升角从10°至90°，其截面形状有半圆形、矩形或三角形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石油钻井用套管防磨接头，其特征是，防磨护套耐磨体（6）将防磨护套芯体（7）包覆在其内部，防磨护套耐磨体（6）为耐磨材料，耐磨材料由聚氨脂或聚四氟乙烯、二硫化钼、铜粉组成，防磨护套芯体（7）为一圆管形，其径向开有均布的孔。
