Abstract

本发明涉及一种柔性聚氨酯合成胶及其制备方法。传统术后恢复期用绷带包扎扰曲弹性不够,延长骨科矫形病员康复期。本发明按质量百分含量计,包含以下组分:25%~27%碳化二亚胺改性MDI、46%~48%聚醚多元醇KE‑810、18%~20%聚丙烯GP‑5000、3%~4%表面活性剂F‑108、1%~3%聚乙二醇6000、0.4%~0.6%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.05%~0.07%甲基磺酸、1.1%~1.3%双吗啉乙基醚。本发明还提供柔性聚氨酯合成胶的制备方法。本发明作为固结带的粘结剂,且成品固结带封装在铝塑袋中呈非凝固状态,遇空气固结带变硬,用于骨科矫形病员的恢复期的保护性固定。

Description

一种柔性聚氨酯合成胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种柔性聚氨酯合成胶及其制备方法,还涉及该合成胶作为高回弹性缠绕固结带粘接剂的应用,属于高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
公知医药领域常利用反应釜合成目标产品。反应釜夹层可通上不同的冷热源(冷冻液,热水或热油)做循环加热或冷却反应。它的工作原理是:通过反应釜夹层,注入一定温度的热溶媒体或冷却媒体,对反应釜内的物料进行加热或制冷。
通常在医学器材方面,手术后恢复期内,医生往往采用绷带包扎等方法对病人骨折部位进行体位固定。由于绷带包扎要达到一定厚度才能确保较好的固定或止血效果,但其扰曲弹性不够,病人受损伤的软组织不能得到有效锻炼,从而延长骨折或骨科矫形病员的康复期,提高病人的康复成本。因此,实现病人骨折部位包扎的密封性和高回弹性不仅可以保护病人骨折部位,使其在短期内康复,还可以降低病人的康复成本。在工程施工方面,常出现电缆、管道破损问题,轻则影响人们的生产生活,严重的还会引发事故。快速修复破损物件不仅可以防范事故风险,还可以延长物件使用寿命,节约成本。这些都对高回弹性缠绕固结带粘接剂的研发和产业化提出了要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柔性聚氨酯合成胶。所述合成胶用于固结带上的粘接剂。
本发明的另一目的提供一种柔性聚氨酯合成胶的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现 :
一种柔性聚氨酯合成胶,按质量百分含量计,包含以下组分:25%~27%碳化二亚胺改性MDI、46%~48%聚醚多元醇KE-810、18%~20%聚丙烯GP-5000、3%~4%表面活性剂F-108、0.1%~0.3%二丁基羟基甲苯、1%~3%聚乙二醇6000、0.4%~0.6%气相二氧化硅A380、0.4%~0.6%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.05%~0.07%甲基磺酸、1.1%~1.3%双吗啉乙基醚。各组分含量之和为 100%。
上述的柔性聚氨酯合成胶的制备方法,依先后顺序包括以下步骤 :
(1)打开反应釜,设定夹层热油温度69~71℃,反应釜加热至69~71℃;
(2)加入25~27重量份碳化二亚胺改性MDI,反应釜转速60r/min,时间14~16min,加热温度至64~66℃;
(3)加入46~48重量份聚醚多元醇KE-810,反应釜转速120 r/min,时间19~21min,温度64~66℃;
(4)加入18~20重量份聚丙烯GP-5000,反应釜转速120 r/min,时间19~21min,温度64~66℃;
(5)加入3~4重量份表面活性剂F-108,0.1~0.3重量份二丁基羟基甲苯,反应釜转速120 r/min,时间9~11min,温度64~66℃;
(6)加入1~3重量份聚乙二醇6000,0.4~0.6重量份气相二氧化硅A380,反应釜转速180 r/min,温度加热至74~76℃,时间29~31min;
(7)加入0.4~0.6重量份十二烷基硫酸钠,反应釜转速180 r/min,时间14~16min,温度74~76℃;
(8)加入0.05~0.07重量份甲基磺酸,反应釜转速120 r/min,温度降至59~61℃,时间9~11min;
(9)加入1.1~1.3重量份双吗啉乙基醚,反应釜转速60 r/min,温度降至59~61℃,时间9~11min,即得所述柔性聚氨酯合成胶。
本发明利用表面活性剂F-108和十二烷基硫酸钠,增大反应釜中油液表面活性。聚乙二醇6000作为药用辅料,可作为有机合成的中间体。在制备过程中,选取聚醚多元醇KE-810增加合成胶的高回弹性。在反应后期,添加甲基磺酸,起到交联固化剂的作用。
本发明所涉及的原料均可通过市场购买获得。
本发明的有益效果 :
本发明作为固结带的粘结剂,且成品固结带封装在铝塑袋中呈非凝固状态。使用时,剪开铝塑袋取出使用。医疗方面主要用于骨折或骨科矫形病员的恢复期的保护性固定,和软组织损伤的保护性外固定。民用方面主要用于电缆、管道破损部位的修复与保护。本发明具有高回弹性、凝结坚固、抗老化的优点。
具体实施方式
下面以各组分含量之和为100kg计,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。

实施例4
柔性聚氨酯合成胶的制备方法,依先后顺序包括以下步骤 :
(1)打开反应釜,设定夹层热油温度70℃,反应釜加热至70℃;
(2)加入25.73kg碳化二亚胺改性MDI,反应釜转速60r/min,时间15min,加热温度至65℃;
(3)加入46.96kg聚醚多元醇KE-810,反应釜转速120 r/min,时间20min,温度65℃;
(4)加入19.28kg聚丙烯GP-5000,反应釜转速120 r/min,时间20min,温度65℃;
(5)加入3.67kg表面活性剂F-108,0.19kg二丁基羟基甲苯,反应釜转速120 r/min,时间10min,温度65℃;
(6)加入1.94kg聚乙二醇6000,0.47kg气相二氧化硅A380,反应釜转速180 r/min,温度加热至75℃,时间30min;
(7)加入0.47kg十二烷基硫酸钠,反应釜转速180 r/min,时间15min,温度75℃;
(8)加入0.06kg甲基磺酸,反应釜转速120 r/min,温度降至60℃,时间10min;
(9)加入1.23kg双吗啉乙基醚,反应釜转速60 r/min,温度降至60℃,时间10min,即得所述柔性聚氨酯合成胶。
本发明的有益效果 :

1.一种柔性聚氨酯合成胶,其特征在于,其按重量份数比,由下列组分构成:25~27份碳化二亚胺改性MDI、46~48份聚醚多元醇KE-810、18~20份聚丙烯GP-5000、3~4份表面活性剂F-108、0.1~0.3份二丁基羟基甲苯、1~3份聚乙二醇6000、0.4~0.6份气相二氧化硅A380、0.4~0.6份十二烷基硫酸钠、0.05~0.07份甲基硫酸、1.1~1.3份双吗啉乙基醚。
