技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，尤其是涉及一种治疗心脾积热型复发性口腔溃疡的中药组合物。
背景技术
复发性口腔溃疡是临床上最常见的口腔黏膜疾病，常发生在口腔黏膜上的米粒至黄豆大小呈圆形或卵圆形浅表性溃疡。本病虽非重症，往往影响患者的进食、说话，影响生活质量。西医病因和发病机制不明，溃疡具有周期性、复发性及自限性特点，好发于唇、颊、舌缘等。西医以局部治疗为主，严重者合并全身治疗。心脾积热型复发性口腔溃疡临床常伴有口舌糜烂或溃疡，损害多呈红色，可发生于唇、颊龈、腭等部位，口干、口渴、小便黄、灼热、便秘。舌质红或舌尖红，苔黄薄，脉数等症状。经临床实践发现，本发明药物治疗心脾积热型复发性口腔溃疡达到了良好的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗效果好、有效率高、对人体无毒副作用的治疗心脾积热型复发性口腔溃疡的中药组合物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，根据中医药理论，利用中药独特的药性，采用鞭叶铁线蕨，水仙花，菱壳，白药子，白草莓，麦冬，吊灯花，陈皮，枣仁、地柑制成，按照一定的配伍要求，经过加工制成。
制备本发明中药组合物由下述原料药制成：鞭叶铁线蕨50-70份，水仙花25-35份，菱壳25-35份，白药子20-30份，白草莓20-30份，麦冬10-20份，吊灯花10-20份，陈皮10-20份，枣仁10-20份、地柑5-10份。
本发明中药组合物原料药的最佳重量份为：鞭叶铁线蕨60份，水仙花30份，菱壳30份，白药子25份，白草莓25份，麦冬15份，吊灯花15份，陈皮15份，枣仁15份、地柑8份。
本发明中药的药理作用如下：
鞭叶铁线蕨：苦、微甘、平、寒。归大肠、肾经。清热解毒、利水消肿。临床用于痢疾，水肿，小便淋浊，乳痈，烧烫伤，毒蛇咬伤，口腔溃疡等症。
水仙花：心、凉。归肝、肺经。清心悦神，理气调经，解毒辟秽。临床用于神疲头昏，月经不调，痢疾，疮肿等症。
菱壳：涩、平。涩肠止泻，止血，敛疮，解毒。临床用于泄泻，痢疾，胃溃疡，便血，脱肛，痔疮，疔疮等症。
白药子：辛、苦、凉，归肺、胃经。清热解毒、祛风止痛，凉血止血。主治咽喉肿痛，热毒痈肿，风湿痹痛等。
白草莓：甘、苦、凉。归肺、肝、肾经。清肺止咳、解毒消肿。临床用于肺热咳嗽，百日咳，口舌生疮，疔疮，蛇咬伤，烫火伤等症。
麦冬：甘、微苦、微寒。归肺、胃、心经。滋阴润肺，益胃生津，清心除烦。主治肺燥干咳，阴虚，津伤口渴，心烦失眠等证。
吊灯花：酸、平。清热解毒。临床用于无名肿毒、骨折等症。
陈皮：辛、苦、温，归脾、胃、肺经。理气调中，降逆止呕，燥湿化痰。用于胸膈满闷，脘腹胀痛，不思饮食，呕吐等。
枣仁：甘，平，归心、脾、肝、胆经。养心、安神、敛汗。用于神经衰弱、失眠、多梦、盗汗等。
地柑：甘、寒，归心经。清心泻火，凉血止血。临床用于癫狂，尿血，鼻衄等症。
复发性口腔溃疡属中医学“口疮”、“口疳”等范畴。祖国医学认为，由于饮食不节，外感六淫，内伤七情，劳倦内伤等因素造成脏腑功能失调，心脾积热，胃热阴虚而引起本病。本发明鞭叶铁线蕨清热解毒、止痛，为君药，水仙花清心悦神、解毒，菱壳解毒、敛疮，为臣药，白药子清热解毒、凉血止痛，白草莓解毒消肿，麦冬清心除烦，吊灯花清热解毒，陈皮理气调中，枣仁养心、安神，地柑清心泻火，配伍使用达到治疗心脾积热型复发性口腔溃疡的目的。
本发明中药组合物使用于2010年至2013年临床观察心脾积热型复发性口腔溃疡症82例患者，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料
82例患者中，女性43例，男性39例，年龄最小17岁，最大58岁，病程多在3个月到1年，平均年龄39.2岁。
2、诊断标准
参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》：
①以口腔粘膜出现单个或数个直径3～5mm的溃疡，灼热疼痛为主要症状；
②起病较快，一般7天左右愈合，若此伏彼起，则病程延长，愈后常易复发；
③口腔检查：口腔粘膜溃疡较表浅，圆形或椭圆形，数量少则1～2个，多则10余个，表面有淡黄色分泌物附着，溃疡周围粘膜大多充血。
心脾积热型复发性口腔溃疡临床症状：口舌糜烂或溃疡，损害多呈红色，可发生于唇、颊龈、
腭等部位，口干、口渴、小便黄、灼热、便秘。舌质红或舌尖红，苔黄薄，脉数。
3、治疗方法
3.1处方：鞭叶铁线蕨60g，水仙花30g，菱壳30g，白药子25g，白草莓25g，麦冬15g，吊灯花15g，陈皮15g，枣仁15g、地柑8g。
3.2制备方法：上述药物按常规工艺制成汤剂。
3.3服用方法：每次1剂，每日2次，5天为1疗程。
4、治疗结果：
4.1参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》：
治愈：口腔溃疡愈合，局部无不适感；
好转：口腔溃疡虽然时有复发，但数量减少，程度减轻；
未愈：口腔溃疡症状及溃疡无明显变化。
4.2结果：82例患者中，治愈59例(71.9％)，好转19例(23.2％)，未愈4例(4.9％)，总有效率为95.1％。
5、典型病例
5.1汪某，男，45岁，口腔溃疡半年，反复发作、此起彼伏、曾服用中西药物及肌注干扰素等，病情无明显好转。就诊时见舌体两边有三颗蚕豆样大小之溃疡，中间凹陷，表面被白色荚膜覆盖，口腔内两侧亦散见多个小溃疡，周围颜色淡红。舌红，苔黄，脉数。服用本发明治疗中药组合物进行治疗，治疗1个疗程后，患者精神好，三颗溃疡变小，其余溃疡消失，后连续服药2个疗程，痊愈，随访1年未再复发。
5.2谷某，女，39岁，反复口腔黏膜溃疡1年，多为散在分布，孤立的圆形或椭圆形小浅溃疡，直径约2-3mm，红肿、灼痛，1周左右溃疡自行愈合。时有较大面积的口腔黏膜溃疡，数目为1个或2个。口干，溲赤便秘，舌红，苔黄，脉数。服用了本发明治疗中药组合物，4个疗程，病获痊愈，随访1年未再复发。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明，下述该实施例仅用于说明本发明而对本发明没有限制。
实施例1，一种治疗心脾积热型复发性口腔溃疡的中药组合物，它是由下述原料药制成：鞭叶铁线蕨50g，水仙花25g，菱壳25g，白药子20g，白草莓20g，麦冬10g，吊灯花10g，陈皮10g，枣仁10g、地柑5g。
实施例2，一种治疗心脾积热型复发性口腔溃疡的中药组合物，它是由下述原料药制成：鞭叶铁线蕨60g，水仙花30g，菱壳30g，白药子25g，白草莓25g，麦冬15g，吊灯花15g，陈皮15g，枣仁15g、地柑8g。
实施例3，一种治疗心脾积热型复发性口腔溃疡的中药组合物，它是由下述原料药制成：鞭叶铁线蕨70g，水仙花35g，菱壳35g，白药子30g，白草莓30g，麦冬20g，吊灯花20g，陈皮20g，枣仁20g、地柑10g。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗心脾积热型复发性口腔溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下原料药组成：
鞭叶铁线蕨50-70份，水仙花25-35份，菱壳25-35份，白药子20-30份，
白草莓20-30份，麦冬10-20份，吊灯花10-20份，陈皮10-20份，
枣仁10-20份、地柑5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下原料药组成：
鞭叶铁线蕨60份，水仙花30份，菱壳30份，白药子25份，
白草莓25份，麦冬15份，吊灯花15份，陈皮15份，
枣仁15份、地柑8份。
