Abstract
本发明提出一种冬瓜扣块机,包括稳固整个扣块机的底座、竖直固定在底座上的支撑杆、传动机构及矩形框状切刀,底座上还安装有大理石案板。所述传动机构包括安装在支撑杆上的传动箱,传动箱内安装有齿轮及传动杆,传动杆上设置有与齿轮相啮合的锯齿。所述传动杆下端连接有切刀,齿轮轮轴上连接有手柄,上下摆动手柄,齿轮转动,从而使传动杆上下运动,切刀向下切割冬瓜,获得冬瓜块。该冬瓜扣块机通过手柄及齿轮形呈杠杆,与直接手切相比省力。切刀呈框形,可以为方框、圆框或者其它形状,一次切割即可获得一个冬瓜块,效率大为提高。

技术领域
本发明属于冬瓜加工机械领域,尤其涉及一种冬瓜切块机。
背景技术
冬瓜是一种药食兼用的蔬菜,具有多种保健功效。可以拿来煮汤,又可以炒食,具有减肥、润肺功效,可消除身体水肿。在以冬瓜为原料的食品生产企业,通常直接购买处理好的冷冻冬瓜块,消费者也可以直接购买冷冻冬瓜块进行烹饪。以冬瓜原果为生产原料在生产冬瓜块时,首先必须对冬瓜原果进行前期加工处理,即将冬瓜原果削皮、切圈、去瓤、清洗后,再按一定的规格切成块状,然后再进行后续加工。由于冬瓜原果的大小不等,形状各异等原因,冬瓜切块多通过人工手工切块,手工切块需要一刀刀切割,繁琐费力,工作效率低,其切块大小也很难保持一致,无法满足加工要求。
发明内容
本发明针对冬瓜人工切块效率低,切块大小不一致的技术问题,提出一种使用省力,切块效率高的冬瓜扣块机。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种冬瓜扣块机,包括底座、支撑杆、传动机构及框形切刀。所述传动机构包括安装在支撑杆上的传动箱,传动箱内安装有齿轮及传动杆,传动杆上设置有与齿轮相啮合的锯齿。所述传动杆下端连接有切刀,齿轮轮轴上连接有手柄,手柄带动齿轮转动,从而使传动杆上下运动切割冬瓜。
作为优选,所述传动箱上方安装有导杆,所述传动杆上端与导杆上部连接有弹簧。
作为优选,所述传动杆上端固定有导向板,导向板套装在导杆上。
作为优选,所述导杆上还设置有改变弹簧末端固定位置的调节件,所述调节件通过螺钉紧固在导杆上。
作为优选,所述切刀具有1-3个矩形框。
作为优选,所述切刀具有2个矩形框。
作为优选,所述底座上还安装有大理石案板。
作为优选,所述手柄的手握处呈圆球型,并套装有橡胶套。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于:
该冬瓜扣块机通过手柄及齿轮形成杠杆,与直接手切相比省力。切刀呈框形,可以为方框、圆框或者其它形状,一次切割即可获得一个冬瓜块,效率大为提高。外加弹簧省力机构的设置,使操作更加省力,二者可以适用于不同的操作者。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明,下面结合附图和实施例做具体说明。
实施例:如图1、图2所示,一种冬瓜扣块机,包括稳固整个扣块机的底座1、竖直固定在底座1上的支撑杆2、传动机构3及矩形框状切刀4,底座1上还安装有大理石案板9。所述传动机构3包括安装在支撑杆2上的传动箱31,传动箱31内安装有齿轮及传动杆32,传动杆32上设置有与齿轮相啮合的锯齿321。所述传动杆32下端连接有切刀4,齿轮轮轴上连接有手柄5,上下摆动手柄5,齿轮转动,从而使传动杆32上下运动,切刀4向下切割冬瓜,获得冬瓜块。该冬瓜扣块机通过手柄5及齿轮形成杠杆,与直接手切相比省力。切刀4呈框形,可以为方框、圆框或者其它形状,一次切割即可获得一个冬瓜块,效率大为提高。
为了更加省力,所述传动箱31上方安装有导杆6,传动杆32上部固定有导向板7,导向板7的另一端套装在导杆6上,传动杆32顶端与导杆6上部连接有弹簧8。一次切割完毕后,弹簧8带动传动杆32向上运动,手柄5自动复位,节省操作人员的体力。导向板7使传动杆32和导杆6保持平行,避免传动杆32发生倾斜,产生较大的摩擦力。
为使扣块机适合不同的操作人员使用,所述导杆6上还设置有改变弹簧8末端固定位置的调节件61所述调节件61套装在导杆6上,并通过螺钉紧固。当不同的人操作时,可以自行调节弹簧8的拉力,使其符合自己的操作习惯。另外堂皇长期使用后,其弹力为下降,此时可以将调节件61上升,获得需要的弹力。
由于冬瓜圈10呈圆环形,通过实践得出。切刀4矩形框的数量为2个时最适合冬瓜圈10的切割,既不浪费原料,效率也较高。
为增加操作舒适度,所述手柄5的手握处呈圆球型,并套装有橡胶套51。
操作时,抬起手柄5,齿轮带动传动杆32上升,弹簧8也给予传动杆32上升的拉力,切刀4抬起后将冬瓜圈10放置于案板9上。然后握住手柄5下压,传动杆32下降,切刀4切割冬瓜圈10,获得两个冬瓜块。一次往复,可以快速切割得到冬瓜块。当然该扣块机也可以用于切割南瓜或者土豆、地瓜等其他蔬菜。

1.一种冬瓜扣块机,其特征在于:包括底座、支撑杆、传动机构及框形切刀,所述传动机构包括安装在支撑杆上的传动箱,传动箱内安装有齿轮及传动杆,传动杆上设置有与齿轮相啮合的锯齿,所述传动杆下端连接有切刀,齿轮轮轴上连接有手柄,手柄带动齿轮转动,从而使传动杆上下运动切割冬瓜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冬瓜扣块机,其特征在于:所述传动箱上方安装有导杆,所述传动杆上端与导杆上部连接有弹簧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的冬瓜扣块机,其特征在于:所述传动杆上端固定有导向板,导向板套装在导杆上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冬瓜扣块机,其特征在于:所述导杆上还设置有改变弹簧末端固定位置的调节件,所述调节件通过螺钉紧固在导杆上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冬瓜扣块机,其特征在于:所述切刀具有1-3个矩形框。
6.根据权利要求5所述的冬瓜扣块机,其特征在于:所述切刀具有2个矩形框。
7.根据权利要求6所述的冬瓜扣块机,其特征在于:所述底座上还安装有大理石案板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的冬瓜扣块机,其特征在于:所述手柄的手握处呈圆球型,并套装有橡胶套。
