Abstract
The invention provides a self-service goods taking method and a system. The method comprises steps: a user mobile terminal sends order information to a parking space terminal; the parking space terminal receives the order information, locally-stored parking space information is acquired, and the order information and the parking space information are sent to a merchant terminal; the merchant terminal receives the order information and the parking space information, the order information is verified, and the needed goods delivering time for delivering goods corresponding to the order information to the parking space corresponding to the parking space information is calculated according to the parking space information; and the merchant terminal sends the goods delivering time to the parking space terminal, and the goods delivering time is displayed at the parking space terminal. the merchant terminal receives the order information and the parking space information, verifies the order information, and calculates delivery time required for delivering goods corresponding to the order information to a parking space corresponding to the parking space information according to the parking space information;
and the merchant terminal sends the delivery time to the parking space terminal, and the parking space terminal displays the delivery time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of sending the order information to the parking space terminal by the user mobile terminal comprises:
the method comprises the steps that a user mobile terminal establishes near field communication connection with a parking space terminal, and order information is sent to the parking space terminal through the near field communication connection; or,
the user mobile terminal displays a goods picking two-dimensional code, and the goods picking two-dimensional code comprises the order information, so that the parking space terminal scans the goods picking two-dimensional code.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the merchant terminal verifying the order information comprises:
the merchant terminal acquires an order number from the order information, sends the order number to a server, and receives the order information returned by the server according to the order number;
the merchant terminal compares whether the order information returned by the server is the same as the order information sent by the parking space terminal;
if so, the merchant terminal calculates delivery time required for delivering the goods corresponding to the order information to the parking space corresponding to the parking space information according to the parking space information;
and if not, the merchant terminal sends verification failure prompt information to the parking space terminal.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the merchant terminal calculates delivery time required for delivering the goods corresponding to the order information to the parking space corresponding to the parking space information according to the parking space information, and the method comprises:
the merchant terminal acquires own position information, and determines a distance from a position corresponding to the own position information to a parking space corresponding to the parking space information according to the own position information and the parking space information;
and the merchant terminal calculates the delivery time required for delivering the goods corresponding to the order information to the parking space corresponding to the parking space information according to the preset delivery speed and the distance.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the parking space terminal is connected with the merchant terminal through an intranet, and is communicated with the merchant terminal through the intranet.
6. A self-service delivery system, the system comprising:
the user mobile terminal is used for sending order information to the parking space terminal;
the parking space terminal is used for receiving the order information, acquiring locally stored parking space information and sending the order information and the parking space information to a merchant terminal;
the merchant terminal is used for receiving the order information and the parking space information, verifying the order information, and calculating delivery time required for delivering goods corresponding to the order information to a parking space corresponding to the parking space information according to the parking space information; sending the delivery time to the parking space terminal;
the parking space terminal is also used for displaying the delivery time.
7. The system of claim 6,
the user mobile terminal is used for establishing near field communication connection with a parking space terminal and sending order information to the parking space terminal through the near field communication connection; or,
the user mobile terminal is used for displaying the goods picking two-dimensional code, and the goods picking two-dimensional code comprises the order information, so that the parking space terminal scans the goods picking two-dimensional code.
8. The system of claim 6, further comprising a server;
the merchant terminal is used for acquiring an order number from the order information, sending the order number to a server and receiving the order information returned by the server according to the order number; comparing whether the order information returned by the server is the same as the order information sent by the parking space terminal; if so, calculating delivery time required for delivering the goods corresponding to the order information to the parking space corresponding to the parking space information according to the parking space information; and if not, sending verification failure prompt information to the parking space terminal.
9. The system of claim 6,
the merchant terminal is used for acquiring the position information of the merchant terminal, and determining the distance from the position corresponding to the position information of the merchant terminal to the parking space corresponding to the parking space information according to the position information of the merchant terminal and the parking space information; and calculating the delivery time required for delivering the goods corresponding to the order information to the parking space corresponding to the parking space information according to the preset delivery speed and the distance.
10. The system of claim 6,
the parking space terminal is further used for establishing an intranet connection with the merchant terminal through a local area network and communicating with the merchant terminal through the intranet connection.
