Abstract
本发明公布一种聚四氟乙烯长丝双经纱串联单纬纱网格式过滤毡基布,选用聚四氟乙烯长丝作经纱和纬纱,在单片双层棕框的上下传动下使经纱产生间隙孔,将纬纱夹在经纱间隙孔之间形成,从而保证基布经纬纱不移位、不变形、不穿格。本发明提供的方法所制备的基布,具有阻燃、耐高温、超高强力、耐腐蚀等优良性能的同时,不移位、不变形、不错格,经水刺或针刺后基布受损面积减少,保证使用所需强力,而且强力均匀。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,特别是一种聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)长丝双经纱串联单纬纱网格式过滤毡基布。
背景技术
随着新一代国家领导人对人类健康和环境保护的高度重视,全国各行各业保护环境、爱护环境的行动正在迅猛开展,并采取了相应的节能减排措施,减少了一些污染物的排放,努力使雾霾得到有效的控制。据统计全国每年PM2.5颗粒排放总量800多万吨,靠停几家工厂、小汽车限号解决不了根本问题,如何解决根本问题必须采取有力的措施,从源头控制微颗粒烟尘、灰尘、粉尘的排放,要让全社会重视,每一个人重视,承担起社会责任,爱护环境,保护环境,要不断创新进行技术改造。
产生污染的主要来源有四大部分:1)燃煤企业(火力发电厂、钢铁厂、水泥厂、金属冶炼厂、冬天燃煤供暖);2)机动车尾气排放(柴油、汽油、内燃机);3)建筑粉尘、工业粉尘;4)烟花爆竹燃放、秸杆毁烧、垃圾毁烧、几亿烟民的吞云吐雾、生活中产生的烟尘和灰尘等。
怎样从根本上源头上减少PM2.5污染物排放总量,人们采用了静电除尘和袋式除尘,通过气体过滤和固体,液体过滤的方式将这些微颗粒物质收集在除尘器的除尘袋内,虽然得到了有效控制,但由于除尘袋制造时选用的各种纤维材料不同,在各种不同的工作环境中还存在不尽人意的地方,因为既要具备透气效果好又要捕捉效果好,还要耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、耐高温、阻燃、超高强力,便于拆换,使用寿命长等优点。人们选用了芳纶、PE聚乙烯、聚酰亚胺、玻璃纤维、涤纶、晴纶、丙纶和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)等长丝,作为袋体支撑体及基布,短纤作为复合毡过滤布胎体,但都存在一些问题,达不到预期效果,如芳纶虽然超高强力、超高模量、耐高温、阻燃、但耐碱不耐酸、聚酰亚胺耐酸不耐碱、耐腐蚀性都差。PE聚乙烯,涤纶等合成纤维都存在着阻燃、耐高温效果差、玻璃纤维先天性硬脆,不但不便于移动,而且强力低使用寿命短同时容易造成微颗粒泄漏,聚四氟乙烯长丝,表面光滑不黏着,不吸水容易产生经纬纱移位、错位、网格错格、造成强力下降和不均匀等质量问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种聚四氟乙烯长丝双经纱串联单纬纱网格式过滤毡基布,具有阻燃、耐高温、超高强力、耐腐蚀等优良性能的同时,不移位、不变形、不错格,经水刺或针刺后基布受损面积减少,保证使用所需强力,而且强力均匀。
本发明所提供的一种聚四氟乙烯长丝双经纱串联单纬纱网格式过滤毡基布,选用聚四氟乙烯长丝作经纱和纬纱,在单片双层棕框的上下传动下使经纱产生间隙孔,将纬纱夹在经纱间隙孔之间形成,从而保证基布经纬纱不移位、不变形、不穿格、经水刺或针刺后保证强力均匀,和足够的使用强力。
所述聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)长丝双经纱串联单纬纱网格式过滤毡基布,是由以下具体方法制备而成:
1)选用一次性成织轴整经机,将聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)长丝装到整经架上;
2)穿棕:采用每片棕分上下双层,前后两片棕分别由前棕眼对应后棕缝,后棕眼对应前棕缝进行穿棕,棕框在提棕装置部件的带动下,上下提棕,并且在左右移动装置的作用下左右移动自动交叉,交替重复运行,使2根经纱产生交叉编织间隙孔,同时纬纱长丝在高压喷水的压力下将纬纱送入织口,形成双经串联交叉编织单纬网格布,在卷装的卷绕下,使两根经纱间隙孔缩小紧紧将纬纱夹在间隙孔之间从而保证基布经纬丝不移位、不变形、不穿格,保证水刺或针刺后经纬长丝受损面积减少使其强力均匀;并保证足够的使用所需强力;
3)织造
4)修整
5)检验合格,打卷出厂。
本发明所提供的聚四氟乙烯长丝(PTFE)双经纱串联单纬纱网格式过滤毡基布,相对于现有技术具有如下优势:
1)阻燃、耐高温,可长期在200-260℃环境中工作,不变形、不老化、使用寿命长;
2)超高强力,强力均匀、耐撕、耐拉、使用寿命长,虽经后通水刺或针刺损失约20%的强力,但还可以达到使用所需的强力要求范围;
3)耐腐蚀、耐酸、耐碱、可长期在腐蚀环境中和在特殊气候下使用,适用范围广;
4)将两根经纱形成交叉的织口进行织造,不移位、不变形、不错格;
5)透气效果好,捕捉微颗粒效果好、完全达到PM1的排放标准。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)长丝双经纱串联单纬纱网格式过滤毡基布,由以下方法制备而成:
1)选用一次性成织轴整经机,将聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)长丝装到整经架上;
2)穿棕:采用每片棕分上下双层,前后两片棕分别由前棕眼对应后棕缝,后棕眼对应前棕缝进行穿棕,棕框在提棕装置部件的带动下,上下提棕,并且在左右移动装置的作用下左右移动自动交叉,交替重复运行,使2根经纱产生交叉编织间隙孔,同时纬纱长丝在高压喷水的压力下将纬纱送入织口,形成双经串联交叉编织单纬网格布,在卷装的卷绕下,使两根经纱间隙孔缩小紧紧将纬纱夹在间隙孔之间从而保证基布经纬丝不移位、不变形、不穿格,保证水刺或针刺后经纬长丝受损面积减少使其强力均匀;并保证足够的使用所需强力;

实施例1所述的网格式过滤毡基布的性能测试结果如下:
1)阴燃:试验12秒燃烧试验不碳化;
2)阳燃:试验无续燃现象;
3)在200-260℃的高温环境中长期使用不老化、不变形;
4)超高强力,耐撕、耐拉、使用寿命长,与现有技术对比数据如下:

1.聚四氟乙烯长丝双经纱串联单纬纱网格式过滤毡基布,其特征在于,选用聚四氟乙烯长丝作经纱和纬纱,在单片双层棕框的上下传动下使经纱产生间隙孔,将纬纱夹在经纱间隙孔之间形成。
2.权利要求1所述的聚四氟乙烯长丝双经纱串联单纬纱网格式过滤毡基布,其特征在于,是由以下具体方法制备而成:
1)选用一次性成织轴整经机,将聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)长丝装到整经架上;
