Abstract
本发明公开了一种棱镜结构PS导光板,包括入光面以及出光面,所述导光板由PS塑料制成,所述出光面设置棱镜结构,所述棱镜结构具有若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的突起,两相邻的突起间形成V型沟槽;所述沟槽的深度D为85-115μm,宽度W为325-395μm,所述突起的R角值为203-227度。本发明出光面亮度高,均匀性及能见度均优异,导光板吸水率低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种导光板,具体涉及一种棱镜结构PS导光板。
背景技术
在提高导光板出光面透光率上,本领域技术人员作了大量研究,例如公开号为CN104416739A(名称为导光板及其制作方法)和CN102661572A(名称为上棱镜导光板及相应的背光模块)的专利。研究发现,目前该类导光板出光面透光率均不够优异。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种透光率优异的棱镜结构PS导光板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:棱镜结构PS导光板,包括入光面以及出光面,所述导光板由PS塑料制成,所述出光面设置棱镜结构,所述棱镜结构具有若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的突起,两相邻的突起间形成V型沟槽;所述沟槽的深度D为85-115μm,宽度W为325-395μm,所述突起的R角值为203-227度。
优选的是,所述沟槽的深度D为110μm,宽度W为380μm,所述突起的R角值为215度。
优选的是,所述突起截面呈半圆形。
优选的是,所述入光面设置由印刷网点制版印刷成的高反射层结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明出光面亮度高,均匀性及能见度均优异,导光板吸水率低。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1,棱镜结构PS导光板,包括入光面以及出光面,所述导光板由PS塑料制成,所述出光面设置棱镜结构,所述棱镜结构具有若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的突起1,两相邻的突起间形成V型沟槽。突起为沿着长度方向延伸的结构。
所述沟槽的深度D为85-115μm,宽度W为325-395μm,所述突起的R角值为203-227度。
本实施例中,所述沟槽的深度D为110μm,宽度W为380μm,所述突起的R角值为215度。
宽度W为两相邻突起波峰之间的距离。
本实施例中,所述突起截面呈半圆形。
本实施例中,所述入光面设置由印刷网点制版印刷成的高反射层结构。
本发明出光面亮度高,均匀性及能见度均优异,导光板吸水率低。

1.棱镜结构PS导光板,包括入光面以及出光面,其特征在于,所述导光板由PS塑料制成,所述出光面设置棱镜结构,所述棱镜结构具有若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的突起,两相邻的突起间形成V型沟槽;
所述沟槽的深度D为85-115μm,宽度W为325-395μm,所述突起的R角值为203-227度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棱镜结构PS导光板,其特征在于,所述沟槽的深度D为110μm,宽度W为380μm,所述突起的R角值为215度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棱镜结构PS导光板,其特征在于,所述突起截面呈半圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棱镜结构PS导光板,其特征在于,所述入光面设置由印刷网点制版印刷成的高反射层结构。
