本发明公开了一种涤纶织物整理工艺,步骤包括整理液准备、浸渍、轧液和烘干。本发明所公开的涤纶织物整理工艺方法简单,可使整理后的涤纶织物具有抗菌和防静电的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涤纶织物的整理工艺。
背景技术
珊瑚绒是一种新型面料,质地细腻、手感柔软、不易掉毛、不起球、不掉色、对皮肤无任何刺激、外形美观、色彩丰富。常见珊瑚绒均用涤纶纤维DTY150d/288f、DTY150d/144f为原料,丝纤度细,弯曲模量小,因而其织物具有杰出的柔软性。
然而,涤纶纤维极易带负电,因此,珊瑚绒面料通常容易产生静电,织物易产生静电不仅会对人体造成伤害,还容易吸附灰尘,细菌等污染物,进而影响人体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涤纶织物整理工艺,该工艺可使涤纶织物具有抗静电和抗菌的能力,并且能使织物表面柔化,提升织物的手感,具体步骤为:
1)整理液准备:在容器中加入清水以及整理液,控制整理液的浓度为2-3%,边加温边进行搅拌,缓慢将温度上升至50-60℃,使整理液分散均匀;
2)浸渍:将涤纶织物加入容器中,将温度以1.2℃/min的速度提升至80℃,保持20-30min,再将温度以1.5℃/min的速度提升至130℃,保持15-20min;
3)轧液:采用轧辊对该涤纶织物进行轧液处理,使其带液率为80%,重复轧液步骤2次,最后一次轧液控制织物的带液率为60%;
4)烘干:将该涤纶织物在120℃烘箱中烘干。
更具体地,该整理液的组分按重量配比为:聚乙二醇15-20份,十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐20-28份,纳米氧化锌5-8份,硫酸二乙酯6-10份,碳酸钠25-32份,纳米银1-2份,柔软剂2-3份,乙醇15-20份。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
1)该整理液中的季铵盐可作为涤纶纤维的抗静电剂,而纳米氧化锌和纳米银可作为抗菌剂,两者具有协同作用,同时也具备一定的抗静电能力;
2)通过高温浸渍和重复轧液可使整理液渗透入到涤纶织物内部,进入纤维分子之间的孔隙,有利于使织物获得持久的抗静电能力和抗菌能力。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种涤纶织物整理工艺,具体步骤为:
1)整理液准备:在容器中加入清水以及整理液,控制整理液的浓度为2-3%,边加温边进行搅拌,缓慢将温度上升至60℃,使整理液分散均匀;
2)浸渍:将涤纶织物加入容器中,将温度以1.2℃/min的速度提升至80℃,保持30min,再将温度以1.5℃/min的速度提升至130℃,保持15min;
3)轧液:采用轧辊对该涤纶织物进行轧液处理,使其带液率为80%,重复轧液步骤2次,最后一次轧液控制织物的带液率为60%;
4)烘干:将该涤纶织物在120℃烘箱中烘干。
上述整理液成分按重量配比为:聚乙二醇18份,十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐24份,纳米氧化锌6份,硫酸二乙酯8份,碳酸钠25份,纳米银1份,柔软剂2份,乙醇16份。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种涤纶织物整理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)整理液准备:在容器中加入清水以及整理液,控制整理液的浓度为2-3%,边加温边进行搅拌,缓慢将温度上升至50-60℃,使整理液分散均匀;
2)浸渍:将所述的涤纶织物加入所述的容器中,将温度以1.2℃/min的速度提升至80℃,保持20-30min,再将温度以1.5℃/min的速度提升至130℃,保持15-20min;
3)轧液:采用轧辊对所述的涤纶织物进行轧液处理,使所述的涤纶织物带液率为80%,重复轧液步骤2次,最后一次轧液控制织物的带液率为60%;
4)烘干:将所述的涤纶织物在120℃烘箱中烘干。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的涤纶织物整理工艺,其特征在于,所述的整理液,其组分按重量配比为:聚乙二醇15-20份,十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐20-28份,纳米氧化锌5-8份,硫酸二乙酯6-10份,碳酸钠25-32份,纳米银1-2份,柔软剂2-3份,乙醇15-20份。
