Abstract
本发明提供了一种耐用电线,所述电线包括最内层的金属导电体(1),在所述金属导电体(1)外包围一层绝缘耐用保护层(2);在所述的绝缘耐用保护层(2)外设有一层编织层(4),在所述的编织层(4)外有一层无卤阻燃EVA材料层(5)。本发明具有绝缘性能高、防腐性能好,最主要的是阻水阻燃等性能有较大改善。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种耐用电线。
背景技术
现有技术中的移动电源存在单一的电压输出接口,即只提供5V输出接口,其通用性差,不能同时适用于充电电压不同的数码用品,通用性不好等缺点。并且对于220V电源线而言也存在诸多缺陷,例如电缆赋予柔软不够,电缆由于风力发电的环境恶劣,风机使用年限较长,且电缆随风机不断旋转,对电缆的性能要求较高,风能电缆的开发和应用还有很多难点需要克服。不耐用,不结实,防腐效果不好,尤其是阻燃效果差问题明显且严重等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐用电线,具有绝缘性能高、防腐性能好,最主要的是阻水阻燃等性能有较大改善的电源线。
为实现本发明的目的,采用下列技术方案:一种耐用电线,所述电线包括最内层的金属导电体,在所述金属导电体外包围一层绝缘耐用保护层,所述绝缘耐用保护层由内向外依次包括如下四层:TPU环保耐磨层,与所述TPU环保耐磨层紧邻的是加强层,与所述加强层紧邻的是TPU弹性缓冲层,与所述TPU弹性缓冲层紧邻的是防水层;所述加强层是玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维的抗拉强度为5000-5100Mpa;在所述的绝缘耐用保护层外设有一层编织层,在所述的编织层外有一层无卤阻燃EVA材料层。优选,所述绝缘耐用保护层内均匀添加有阻燃剂Sb2O3与Mg(OH)2的混合粉料。
优选,在所述的编织层内均匀添加有滑石粉用于减少弯曲时产生的摩擦力。
本发明具有扭转性能好、高阻水、高阻燃、抗紫外和超柔软性等特点。

具体实施方式
为更好地理解本发明,下面通过附图做进一步描述:
如图1-2所示,一种耐用电线,所述电线包括最内层的金属导电体1,在所述金属导电体1外包围一层绝缘耐用保护层2,所述绝缘耐用保护层2由内向外依次包括如下四层:TPU环保耐磨层21,与所述TPU环保耐磨层紧邻的是加强层22,与所述加强层紧邻的是TPU弹性缓冲层23,与所述TPU弹性缓冲层紧邻的是防水层24;所述加强层是玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维的抗拉强度为5000-5100Mpa;在所述的绝缘耐用保护层2外设有一层编织层4,在所述的编织层4外有一层无卤阻燃EVA材料层5,所述绝缘耐用保护层2内均匀添加有阻燃剂Sb2O3与Mg(OH)2的混合粉料,在所述的编织层4内均匀添加有滑石粉用于减少弯曲时产生的摩擦力,所述编织层4是镀锡铜编织层,金属导电体1是紧压裸铜导体。
尽管已经结合当前认作是一个最为实用和优选的实施例来描述了本发明,但应当理解,本发明不限于所公开的实施例,而相反是旨在涵盖包括在所附权利要求的精神和范围内的多种修改和同等布置。
Claims (3)
1.一种耐用电线,其特征在于:所述电线包括最内层的金属导电体(1),在所述金属导电体(1)外包围一层绝缘耐用保护层(2),所述绝缘耐用保护层(2)由内向外依次包括如下四层:TPU环保耐磨层(21),与所述TPU环保耐磨层紧邻的是加强层(22),与所述加强层紧邻的是TPU弹性缓冲层(23),与所述TPU弹性缓冲层紧邻的是防水层(24);所述加强层是玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维的抗拉强度为5000-5100Mpa;在所述的绝缘耐用保护层(2)外设有一层编织层(4),在所述的编织层(4)外有一层无卤阻燃EVA材料层(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述一种耐用电线,其特征在于:所述绝缘耐用保护层(2)内均匀添加有阻燃剂Sb2O3与Mg(OH)2的混合粉料。
3.如权利要求1所述一种耐用电线,其特征在于:在所述的编织层(4)内均匀添加有滑石粉用于减少弯曲时产生的摩擦力。
