Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件的模具,尤其涉及易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具。易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具,包括内模和外模;所述外模包括管体模、管口固定模和壁孔模,三者组合成型空滤管的外壁;所述内模包括管口内模和管头内模,二者组合成型空滤管的内壁;所述管口内模和管头内模对接于接口面;所述接口面包括导向平面;所述空滤管内壁与接口面下端接触处的切面平行于导向平面;所述管口内模内部设置吹气管路;所述吹气管路的出口位于接口面内。空滤管内壁成型的内模采用管口内模和管头内模对接的方式组合而成,加上吹气和抽芯结合的脱模方式,使得空滤管能够一体成型,导向平面限制了抽芯开始时管头内模的移动方向,防止划伤空滤管内壁。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件的模具,尤其涉及易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具。
背景技术
空滤管是汽车发动机的重要零部件,用作发动机进气通道。主要包括管头和管口两部分,二者对接在一起形成一根扭曲的管道。由于其形状不规则,通常的制造方法是管头和管口分别注塑成型,然后将管头和管口拼接在一起,从而制成一根空滤管。这样的制造工艺步骤繁杂,而且因为拼接工艺的存在,造成最终成品的形状难以达到要求,造成次品率高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能够一体成型空滤管的易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具。为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术手段:
易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具,包括内模和外模;所述外模包括管体模、管口固定模和壁孔模,三者组合成型空滤管的外壁;所述内模包括管口内模和管头内模,二者组合成型空滤管的内壁;所述管口内模和管头内模对接于接口面;所述接口面包括导向平面;所述空滤管内壁与接口面下端接触处的切面平行于导向平面;所述管口内模内部设置吹气管路;所述吹气管路的出口位于接口面内。
所述管头内模固定在抽芯滑块上;
所述抽芯滑块的抽出方向平行于导向平面;
所述接口面位于空滤管管身拐弯处;
所述管口内模固定于顶出座;所述顶出座上设置有顶杆。
本发明的有益效果在于:空滤管内壁成型的内模采用管口内模和管头内模对接的方式组合而成,加上吹气和抽芯结合的脱模方式,使得空滤管能够一体成型,导向平面限制了抽芯开始时管头内模的移动方向,防止划伤空滤管内壁;接口面位于空滤管管身拐弯处,利于管头内模的抽芯脱模;顶出座用以顶出脱模管口内模。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具的优选实施方式作出详细的描述:
如图1、图2和图3所示,易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具主要包括外模和内模,外模用以成型空滤管2的外壁,内模用以成型内壁。
外模包括管体模、管口固定模3和壁孔模4。管体模图中未示出,用以成型图1中空滤管2裸露在外的部分。管口固定模3由两块组成,用以成型空滤管2的管口外壁的同时,还用来固定空滤管2的管口,以便于管头内模7的抽芯脱模。壁孔模4用以成型空滤管2管壁上的孔,壁孔模4和管口固定模3组装在一起,一起成型空滤管2的整个管口外壁。
内模包括管头内模7和管口内模8,所谓管头,是指空滤管2上半部分有波纹褶皱的部分;所谓管口,是指空滤管2下半部分有敝口的部分。管头内模7用以成型空滤管2管头部分的内壁,管口内模8用以成型空滤管2管口部分的内壁。管头内模7的左端和管口内模8的上端紧密对接,形成接口面5,接口面5位于空滤管2的管头和管口结合处,也即管身拐弯处。从图2剖面图看,接口面5从管身拐弯处的上沿贯穿到下沿。
接口面5由几段曲面和平面组合而成,其中包括一个导向平面51,空滤管2内壁和接口面5下端接触处的切面与导向平面51相平行,从而用以限制管头内模7抽芯脱模开始时的方向,防止管头内模7的左下端抽芯时划伤空滤管2内壁。管头内模7的接口面5下端52与管头内模7的下表面光滑过渡,采用将交界线打磨成圆角的方式达到光滑过度的目的,进一步强化了抽芯过程对空滤管2内壁的保护。
管头内模7固定安装在抽芯滑块1上,抽芯滑块1的滑轨11方向与空滤管2管身拐弯处的轴线方向一致,以保证抽芯的顺畅。管头内模7的右端外壁上设置波纹71,用以成型空滤管2内壁的波纹褶皱。管头内模7内部设置水冷系统72,水冷系统72为单通道进出的水冷管道,水冷管道的进水段和出水段形成间隔螺旋缠绕形状。水冷系统72用以迅速降低空滤管2的温度,使其快速冷却成型,提高注塑成型效率和成品率。
管口内模8固定安装在顶出座6上,大体呈竖直的圆柱形。顶出座6内部设置吹气管路61,吹气管路61一直垂直向上延伸进管口内模8内,其出口位于接口面5内。顶出座6内部还设置有竖直向上的顶杆62,顶住空滤管2管口的敝口内壁,用以顶出脱模。
制造空滤管2的时候,将管体模、管口固定模3和壁孔模4组合成外模,将管头内模7和管口内模8组合成内模,内模和外模共同组合成空滤管2的型腔,再向型腔内注塑。冷却成型后,首先,管体模先脱模;其次,向吹气管路61吹气,使得管头内模7和空滤管2内壁脱离,水冷系统72进水冷却,同时抽芯滑块1向外抽出管头内模7,完成管头内模7脱模;第三,壁孔模4抽芯强脱脱模;第四,管口固定模3滑块滑出脱模;最后,顶杆62顶出空滤管2,完成全部脱模,空滤管2制造完成。

1.易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具,包括内模和外模;其特征在于,所述外模包括管体模、管口固定模(3)和壁孔模(4),三者组合成型空滤管(2)的外壁;所述内模包括管口内模(8)和管头内模(7),二者组合成型空滤管(2)的内壁;所述管口内模(8)和管头内模(7)对接于接口面(5);所述接口面(5)包括导向平面(51);所述空滤管(2)内壁与接口面(5)下端接触处的切面平行于导向平面(51);所述管口内模(8)内部设置吹气管路(61);所述吹气管路(61)的出口位于接口面(5)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具,其特征在于,所述管头内模(7)固定在抽芯滑块(1)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具,其特征在于,所述抽芯滑块(1)的抽出方向平行于导向平面(51)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具,其特征在于,所述接口面(5)位于空滤管(2)管身拐弯处。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的易于脱模的空滤管一体成型模具,其特征在于,所述管口内模(8)固定于顶出座(6);所述顶出座(6)上设置有顶杆(62)。
