技术领域

背景技术
由DE8436638U1公开了这样的泵装置。尽管外磁体座紧密地滑动安置在驱动轴上,但尚存的配合间隙造成外磁体座关于该驱动轴倾斜,由此,在驱动轴驱动转动时该外磁体座出现晃动,这可能导致安全壳或泵装置内的其它零部件受损。如果选择过于紧密的配合安放,则安装只能伴随加热以及拆卸只能利用专用工具才可实现。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种泵装置,它能够实现无间隙且无需专用工具地执行装有磁体的外转子安装到驱动马达的驱动轴上。
如此完成本发明的任务,在毂套内表面中形成至少一个径向环绕的第一槽和至少一个径向环绕的第二槽,其中,至少在其中两个所述槽内设置容差圈。
最好在至少其中一个或多个所述第一槽内和在其中一个或多个所述第二槽内设置容差圈。
适当地在其中一个所述第一槽内安置一个容差圈,在其中一个所述第二槽内安置一个容差圈。
如下提出本发明的一个实施方式,该泵装置以单元结构形式来构成,就是说该泵体与马达壳体连接。由此,针对泵装置不需要底板或尺寸相对小的底板。此外可以放弃机械联接机构。另外,省掉了否则需要的方向校准支出。

在其它的有利实施方式中如此设定容差圈的尺寸,即容差圈未伸入容纳该键的键槽。

具体实施方式
图1示出呈磁耦合泵装置形式的泵装置1,其具有泵部分和电气部分。泵装置1的泵部分具有离心泵的由多个部分构成的泵体2,泵体包括呈螺旋壳体形式的液压装置壳体3、壳盖4、轴承座罩5和连接件6。
液压装置壳体3具有用于吸入输送介质的入口7和用于排出输送介质的出口8。壳盖4设置在液压装置壳体3的与入口7相对的一侧。在壳盖4的背对液压装置壳体3的一侧上安装该轴承座罩5。连接件6安装在轴承座罩5的与壳盖4对置的侧面上。在连接件6上,在与该轴承座罩5相对的一侧设有构成电气部分的驱动马达9。泵装置1按照单元结构形式构成,即,泵体2和驱动马达9的壳体相互连接,例如借助连接件6。
安全壳10被安装在该壳盖4的背对液压装置壳体3的侧面上并且至少部分延伸经过由泵体2且尤其是壳盖4、轴承座罩5和连接件6界定的内腔11。安全壳10相对于该内腔11气密密封由其包围的腔室12。
可绕转轴A转动的叶轮轴13从借助液压装置壳体3和壳盖4限定的流体腔14经过开设于壳盖4内的开口15延伸到腔室12中。
在叶轮轴13的位于流体腔14内的轴端上安装有叶轮16,在具有各自扩大直径的两个轴部段13a、13b的相反轴端上,设有安置在腔室2内的内转子17。内转子7配备有多个磁体8,它们设置在该内转子17的朝向安全壳10的一侧。
在叶轮16和内转子17之间设置与可被驱动绕转轴A转动的叶轮轴3有效连接的轴承机构19。
驱动马达9驱动一个驱动轴20。可绕转轴A被驱动的驱动轴20基本上与叶轮轴13同轴设置。驱动轴20延伸入连接件6并且必要时至少部分延伸入轴承座罩5。在驱动轴20的自由端上设置有装有多个磁体21的外转子22。这些磁体21设置在外转子22的朝向安全壳10的一侧上。外转子22至少部分延伸经过安全壳10并且与内转子17合作,从而回转的外转子22借助磁力使内转子17和进而叶轮轴3和叶轮6同样处于转动运动中。
如图2放大所示的外转子22包括具有光滑的外周面24的毂套23、在毂套23的朝向安全壳10的一侧上形成或设置的凸缘状的第一支承件25和在第一支承件25上形成或设置的空心柱形的第二支承件26,第二支承件至少部分包围安全壳10并且在第二支承件上设置所述磁体21。第一和第二支承件25、26如图所示为两个可相互连接的零件,但它们也能作为一个零件制成。

Claims (9)
