The epoxy propane belongs to class AB combustible liquid, has low boiling point, high flame temperature, violent combustion and strong heat radiation, is difficult to extinguish when a fire disaster happens, and has huge danger in the production, storage and transportation processes. The existing fire-fighting device equipped with a low-boiling-point combustible liquid storage tank such as propylene oxide is an air-breathing foam fire-extinguishing system, and the fire-extinguishing agent adopts anti-dissolving synthetic foam. However, the test shows that: the fire extinguishing device can only control fire in a short time and can not extinguish fire completely, and once a fire disaster happens, the fire extinguishing device can not extinguish the fire effectively.

4. The fire extinguishing device can generate uniform, fine and stable kinetic energy foam without sucking air from the outside, and has high fire extinguishing speed and wide coverage range; the foam tube gun has no air suction port, simple manufacture and convenient operation.
5. The pressure storage tank is in a normal pressure state daily, the pressure is maintained at 0.5-0.6 MPa when the pressure storage tank works, and the working pressure is far lower than the working pressure of the conventional fire extinguishing device by 1.2MPa, so that the safety of the fire extinguishing device is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an energy storage type compressed gas foam fire extinguishing device comprises a pressure liquid storage tank 2, a foam generator 4 and a pressure steel cylinder 11, wherein traveling wheels 12 are arranged below the pressure liquid storage tank 4, so that the fire extinguishing device is convenient to move; a foam extinguishing agent mixed liquid 14 is filled in the pressure liquid storage tank 2, a liquid inlet pipe 3 for filling the foam extinguishing agent mixed liquid 14 is arranged on the pressure liquid storage tank 2, a blow-off pipe 15 is arranged at the bottom of the pressure liquid storage tank 2, and a blow-off valve 1 is arranged on the blow-off pipe 15; the pressure steel cylinder 11 is filled with compressed nitrogen or air, the pressure steel cylinder 11 is connected with the pressure liquid storage tank 2 through a gas conveying pipeline, a pressure reducing valve 7 and a pressure gauge 6 are arranged on the gas conveying pipeline, the pressure steel cylinder 11 is a high-pressure steel cylinder, and the pressure reducing valve 7 can stabilize the pressure of the compressed gas input from the high-pressure steel cylinder to the pressure liquid storage tank 2 to be between 0.5MPa and 0.6MPa, so that the requirement of the pressure liquid storage tank 2 for stable compressed gas is met; and outlet flanges 5 are arranged on the liquid inlet pipe 3 and the gas conveying pipeline.
The foam generator 4 is arranged in a gas phase space at the upper part of the pressure liquid storage tank 2, a liquid nozzle, an air inlet and a turbulence generator are arranged on the foam generator 4, a pipette 13 is arranged at the bottom of the foam generator 4, the top end of the pipette 13 is communicated with the foam generator 4, the bottom end of the pipette 13 is inserted into the lower part of the pressure liquid storage tank 2, the foam generator 4 is arranged in the pressure liquid storage tank 2 and is used for sucking foam extinguishing agent mixed liquid 14 stored in the pressure liquid storage tank 2 into the foam generator 4 from the pipette 13 and mixing and disturbing the foam extinguishing agent mixed liquid with compressed gas entering from an air inlet hole to form a turbulent flow impact turbulence generator, and the foam extinguishing agent mixed liquid 14 is further collided, dispersed and mixed to form foam; the top of pressure liquid storage pot 2 is provided with the foam outlet pipe, is provided with one-way outlet valve 10 and outlet flange 5 on the foam outlet pipe, and the end of foam outlet pipe is provided with foam pipe rifle 8, and foam pipe rifle 8 is the spindle body type, and its surface is smooth, does not have any poroid, be provided with fire control area 9 between foam pipe rifle 8 and the foam outlet pipe, be provided with the ball valve between foam pipe rifle 8 and the fire control area 9 for control spun foam flow.

200L of foam extinguishing agent mixed liquid 14 is filled in a liquid inlet pipe 3 of a pressure liquid storage tank 2, when a liquid fire disaster of propylene oxide needs to be extinguished or covered, a valve and a pressure reducing valve 7 of a high-pressure steel cylinder are firstly opened, the pressure of compressed gas can be instantly reduced to 0.5 MPa-0.6 MPa, the reduced pressure gas is conveyed into the pressure liquid storage tank 2 through a gas conveying pipeline, a one-way outlet valve 10 is opened, the foam extinguishing agent mixed liquid 14 enters a foam generator 4 from a liquid suction pipe 13 and is sprayed onto a spoiler under the action of a foam nozzle to form a mist liquid flow, meanwhile, the compressed gas in a gas phase space in the pressure liquid storage tank 2 enters the foam generator 4 through a gas inlet hole, the compressed gas is further mixed and collided with the foam extinguishing agent mixed liquid 14 to generate foam, the foam is flushed out through the one-way outlet valve 10 and enters a fire fighting belt 9 to be further mixed uniformly, a foam pipe gun 8, the fire extinguishing or covering of propylene oxide is carried out, and the performance indexes are shown in table 1.

An energy-storage type compressed gas foam fire extinguishing device comprises a pressure liquid storage tank, a foam generator and a pressure steel cylinder, the device is characterized in that a pressure liquid storage tank is filled with foam extinguishing agent mixed liquid, the pressure liquid storage tank is provided with a liquid inlet pipe used for filling the foam extinguishing agent mixed liquid, a pressure steel cylinder is filled with compressed nitrogen or air and is connected with the pressure liquid storage tank through a gas conveying pipeline, a foam generator is arranged in the pressure liquid storage tank and is positioned above the foam extinguishing agent mixed liquid, the foam generator is provided with a liquid nozzle, an air inlet and a spoiler, the bottom of the foam generator is provided with a liquid suction pipe, the top end of the liquid suction pipe is communicated with the foam generator, the bottom end of the liquid suction pipe is inserted into the lower part of the pressure liquid storage tank, the top end of the pressure liquid storage tank is provided with a foam outlet pipe, and the tail end of the foam.

5. An energy storage type compressed gas foam fire extinguishing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the liquid inlet pipe, the gas delivery pipeline and the foam outlet pipe are provided with outlet flanges.
6. An energy storing compressed gas foam fire extinguishing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a fire hose is provided between the foam hose gun and the foam outlet hose.
7. An energy storing compressed gas foam fire extinguishing apparatus according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the foam tube gun is in the form of a spindle.
8. An energy storing compressed gas foam fire extinguishing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a ball valve is provided between the foam hose gun and the fire hose.
