本发明属于生物医药领域，具体涉及一种用于护肝的中药组合物。
背景技术
肝脏是机体重要的代谢器官，它在糖、脂类、蛋白质、维生素、激素、胆色素等物质代谢中均有重要作用，同时肝脏还有分泌、排泄、生物转化等方面的功能。肝细胞中含有丰富的酶，并合成许多酶和各种凝血因子，储存和释放造血因子，参与血液凝固和造血过程。肝脏也是机体的屏障器官，其解毒和吞噬功能对机体有重要的保护作用。当肝功能受损伤时则代谢障碍，并影响其他脏器功能，严重则危及生命。肝脏具有肝动脉和门静脉的双重血液供应，并拥有大量血窦，肝细胞膜直接与血液接触，同时肝细胞膜的通透性较大，故肝细胞与血液间经常进行活跃有效的物质交换。
病毒、药物及有毒物质、自身免疫性肝炎等均可引起肝细胞坏死。研究表明，在肝细胞坏死而剩余肝细胞再生的情况下，则往往伴有肝间质增生，即导致肝纤维化以及肝硬化。在肝硬化时静脉血流受阻，导致肝静脉和门脉高压，促进肝内动静脉吻合支的形成，致使肝细胞供血减少，进而发生肝细胞变性和坏死，纤维增生，肝硬化更加严重，造成恶性循环。当肝严重损伤时，代偿能力显著减弱，则出现严重肝功能障碍，进一步发展为肝功衰竭，并进而引起中枢神经系统功能障碍，出现肝昏迷。各种有害因子和物质，如病毒，药物，酒精等均可以激发肝细胞发生损伤，产生一系列介质，造成肝细胞坏死、炎症、纤维化的病变过程，最终导致各种肝脏疾病。
研究发现冬虫夏草具有保护肝脏的作用，可以防止肝细胞点状坏死和局灶性坏死。黄芪可以使大鼠肝纤维化程度明显降低，减少总胶原I、III、IV型胶原在肝内的沉积。丹参是一种很有前途的抗肝损伤中药，其作用机制是多方面的，如改善肝内微循环，抑制脂质过氧化，保护肝细胞，促进沉积的胶原降解和重吸收等。三七具有活血化淤的功效，能抑制肝内成纤维细胞和Ito细胞的活性，减少胶原纤维的产生。此外，甘草、茯苓、五味子、柴胡、红花、垂盆草、水飞蓟等中药的抗肝损伤作用在实验研究中也得到了证实。
发明内容
综合本领域现有技术以及存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种用于护肝的中药组合物，本发明为纯中药制剂，具有保肝护肝的作用，无明显毒副作用。
为达到上述目的，本发明是由下列质量比例的原料组成：五味子20-30份、甘草20-40份、三七10-20份、茵陈20-40份。本发明给药剂型优选口服制剂。
