Abstract
本发明涉及一种软磁性合金,所述软磁性合金材料为FeCOMSiBTi基材,各成份组成按原子百分含量(at%)包括:25-30的钴,3-5的M,8-12的硅,10-15的硼,5-8的钛,1-3的铈,1-3的钪,其余为铁及少量不可避免的杂质;所述M铜和铌、钼、钒、锆中一种或多种的组合。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于功能材料领域,特别是指一种软磁性合金。
背景技术
现有技术中,软磁材料被用作生产高频变压器、磁头等需要利用软磁材料特性的产品。软磁材料是指同永磁材料相比具有消磁性能的磁性材料。现主要软磁材料的生产基本以铁氧体材料来制备,这类铁氧体材料的主要特性是电阻率高,高频涡流损耗小等优点。但该材料制备的软磁产品的饱和磁感应强度偏低,温度特性差,仅能使用于温度低于100℃的范围,当温度超过这一范围时,其性能急剧下降甚至磁性消失,因此这类材料不适合于高温条件下的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过对现有技术的改进,在保证软磁材料的温度特性和储磁性能并能够提高这类软磁材料的消磁性能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种软磁性合金,所述软磁合金材料为FeCOMSiBTi基材,各成份组成按原子百分含量(at%)包括:25-30的钴,3-5的M,8-12的硅,10-15的硼,5-8的钛,1-3的铈,1-3的钪,其余为铁及少量不可避免的杂质;所述M铜和铌、钼、钒、锆中一种或多种的组合。
所述铜的原子百分含量(at%)为0.8-1.2;所述铌、钼、钒、锆中一种或多种的组合的原子百分含量(at%)为3-5。
本发明的有益效果是:
同现有技术相比,本软磁性材料合金具有较好的高温特性和储磁性能。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例以对本发明进行详细说明,在本申请中选用多组实施例并通过对各实施例的检测得出各组分的性能。在本申请中共选用了6组实施例。
一种软磁性合金,所述软磁合金材料为FeCOMSiBTi基材,各成份组成按原子百分含量(at%)包括:25-30的钴,3-5的M,8-12的硅,10-15的硼,5-8的钛,1-3的铈,1-3的钪,其余为铁及少量不可避免的杂质;所述M铜和铌、钼、钒、锆中一种或多种的组合。
所述铜的原子百分含量(at%)为0.8-1.2;所述铌、钼、钒、锆中一种或多种的组合的原子百分含量(at%)为3-5。
实施例的制备是在真空感应炉中进行熔炼,首先将炉内抽真空至10-3Pa以上,然后充入1个大气压的氩气,熔炼是在采用氩气保护并经充分的电磁搅拌后浇铸成合金坯体,再将坯体依需要进行加工成半成品,再经500-520℃和保温30分钟的晶化退火处理,然后对产品测试。
产品的测试试验
磁导率的测量是在真空度为10-3Pa真空炉中进行,测量方式采用升温速率为3.5℃/分钟的线性升温测量。经过测定,本技术方案有很好的温度特性。
实施例1
一种软磁性合金,所述软磁合金材料为FeCOMSiBTi基材,各成份组成按原子百分含量(at%)包括:25%的钴,0.8%的铜,3%的钒,8%的硅,10%的硼,5%的钛,1%的铈,1%的钪,其余为铁及少量不可避免的杂质;所述M铜和铌、钼、钒、锆中一种或多种的组合。
实施例2
一种软磁性合金,所述软磁合金材料为FeCOMSiBTi基材,各成份组成按原子百分含量(at%)包括:30%的钴,1.2%的铜,1%的钒,1%的铌,1%的锆,1%的钼,12%的硅,15%的硼,8%的钛,3%的铈,3%的钪,其余为铁及少量不可避免的杂质;所述M铜和铌、钼、钒、锆中一种或多种的组合。
实施例3
一种软磁性合金,所述软磁合金材料为FeCOMSiBTi基材,各成份组成按原子百分含量(at%)包括:28%的钴,1%的铜,2%的铌,1%的锆,1%的钼,10%的硅,12%的硼,6%的钛,2%的铈,2%的钪,其余为铁及少量不可避免的杂质;所述M铜和铌、钼、钒、锆中一种或多种的组合。

1.一种软磁性合金,其特征在于:所述软磁合金材料为FeCOMSiBTi基材,各成份组成按原子百分含量(at%)包括:25-30的钴,3-5的M,8-12的硅,10-15的硼,5-8的钛,1-3的铈,1-3的钪,其余为铁及少量不可避免的杂质;所述M铜和铌、钼、钒、锆中一种或多种的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软磁性合金,其特征在于:所述铜的原子百分含量(at%)为0.8-1.2;所述铌、钼、钒、锆中一种或多种的组合的原子百分含量(at%)为3-5。
