现在的不锈钢复合板,用泡沫塑料填充,它存在怕火和强度不够的缺点,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生的气体会将包裹的不锈钢板破坏。搪瓷板复合秆板,用搪瓷板,不燃秆板做成;水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使玉米或高粱秆千度不燃;不燃秆板为弱碱性使虫蚁不食,真菌不生长;不燃秆板多层空心,具有很好的保温隔音性能;水玻璃使秆板硬化,秆板燥干后质坚似木,坚硬耐用;搪瓷板不会生锈;这些,使搪瓷板复合秆板寿命超百年。秆板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,搪瓷板复合秆板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。综上所述,搪瓷板复合秆板是搭建厂房简易房的最好建筑材料。

目前的玉米或高粱秆容易燃烧;现在的不锈钢复合板,用泡沫塑料填充,它存在怕火和强度不够的缺点,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生的气体会将包裹的不锈钢板破坏。市场未见搪瓷板复合秆板。
本技术提出的虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的搪瓷板复合秆板,简称搪瓷板复合秆板,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
搪瓷板复合秆板,其有益效果是,千度不燃,虫蚁不食,真菌不生长,保温隔音,坚硬耐用,寿命超百年。
虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的搪瓷板复合秆板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用搪瓷板,不燃秆板,水玻璃和耐高温粘合剂组成;其工艺是:耐高温粘合剂制作,用水玻璃和淀粉加热制成;搪瓷板盆制作,使一块或多块耐高温陶瓷网布通过搪料浆,除去多余的搪料浆,获得搪料浆包裹陶瓷网布板;可将搪料浆包裹陶瓷网布板做成浅盆,浅盆的三边可高出另一边,并且向盆内成九十度角弯曲,获得搪料浆包裹陶瓷网布板浅盆;搪料浆包裹的陶瓷网布板、搪料浆包裹陶瓷网布板浅盆干燥后送窑炉烧制,获得搪瓷板(1)、搪瓷板盆(1);搪瓷板空心体制作,可再用搪料浆包裹的陶瓷网布板做成空心体,空心体扁平,三侧面密封,搪料浆包裹陶瓷网布板空心体,干燥后送窑炉烧制,获得搪瓷板空心体(1);不燃秆厚板(2)可涂耐高温粘合剂后,放进搪瓷板盆内,取合适的搪瓷板,从搪瓷板盆的低边推进搪瓷板盆,将不燃秆厚板覆盖包裹紧密,获得搪瓷板复合秆板(3),或者,不燃秆厚板(2)可用耐高温粘合剂涂后,由扁平的空心体侧面推进搪瓷板空心体,取合适的搪瓷板封密侧面,获得搪瓷板复合秆板(3);从而令虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的搪瓷板复合秆板得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍搪瓷板复合秆板:
不燃秆板制作,将玉米或高粱秆除杂整理,用水玻璃浸透玉米或高粱秆,除去多余的水玻璃后干燥,获得不燃秆板;用耐高温粘合剂将多块不燃秆板粘合成厚板后干燥,粘合时各层不燃秆板可纵横错开相间排列,获得不燃秆厚板。
现结合原理介绍搪瓷板复合秆板:
水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使玉米或高粱秆千度不燃;水玻璃使燥干后的秆板质坚似木;水玻璃为弱碱性物质,它使秆板含碱性,令虫蚁不能食、真菌不能生长,令搪瓷板复合秆板寿命超百年;将搪瓷板做成盆或空心体,是为了使搪瓷板能紧紧地将不燃秆厚板锁住,产生搪瓷板紧紧包裹不燃秆厚板的作用,使搪瓷板复合秆板的效果更好;各层不燃秆板纵横错开相间排列,能加强阻搪瓷板复合秆板的抗弯曲性能;不燃秆厚板有很多空心孔,保温隔音性能良好;搪瓷板复合秆板,以玉米或高粱秆为主,不燃秆板厚度可超十几公分,搪瓷板厚度不超二毫米,只起到作为不燃秆板的防水作用;搪料只作为粘结陶瓷网布使用,其用量不多,所以搪瓷板,实际上是陶瓷网布板;陶瓷网布应用网孔小的陶瓷网布,以节省价钱贵的搪料;秆厚板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,搪瓷板复合秆板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。
综上所述,搪瓷板复合秆板是搭建厂房、简易房的最好建筑材料。
