Abstract

技术领域
本发明是一个具有独特结构的框架,被特别设计成接收剩余元件的基床形式,电动切割装置包括引导支撑和引导切割片和其相应的驱动马达的桥梁,和框架支撑腿。
背景技术
众所周知,普通瓷砖和釉面瓷砖在建筑行业中被广泛使用,常见的是将其铺设在地面或墙面。在许多情况下,必须将普通瓷砖和釉面瓷砖切割成小块以满足安装所需,切割工序是通过手动或电动瓷砖切割设备操作的。
电动切割设备主要包括两种不同类型。第一种,切割片固定安装在框架下面,是由于切割动作是通过移动陶瓷元件进行的。第二种,切割片位于框架上面的引导桥中,为了支撑并引导切割片和电动驱动马达。在此瓷砖切割设备中,陶瓷元件是固定的,而切割片是可移动的。
在电动切割设备中,为了方便清理和维护,用于支撑陶瓷元件的表面通常由两个或两个以上部分组成,并在下部设有收集冷却液的容器。框架具有必要的刚度以满足由两个或两个以上部分组成的支撑面,造成切割设备的成本和重量都大幅增加,增加了制作难度,也是设备在加工现场的搬运更麻烦。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的电动瓷砖切割设备的框架,由特殊部分制成,它由剩余元件和设备合并,包括切割片引导和支撑腿。
发明内容
本发明的用于切割陶瓷元件的电动设备的框架,有一个独特的连续的部分结构,所述框架近似为一个带矩形底座的直角平行六面体,它下表面开口如此以致在直角平行六面体的上表面下列元件被设置:
a.一个或多个同样宽度的通透的凹槽,所述凹槽的轴向均平行于上表面的长所在的直线,第一通透的凹槽的长度总和小于上表面最长边长度,所述凹槽开口内的相邻边缘连接设有宽度相同的矩形曲面,所述矩形曲面向框架内部凸起,每个矩形曲面的底部还设有第一通孔;
b.在上表面设置多个面向框架内部的凸起,具有一通孔位于每个所述凸起的底部;
c.凸起方向为面向框架外侧的第一凸起,位于纵向槽一侧,他们形成的直线平行于所述多个纵向槽的轴向,设置在每个凸起内的第一移动装置连接在引导的支撑上,用于滑动承载所述切割片;
d.多个第二通孔设置在矩形内,矩形的各边平行于上表面各边,所述矩形的长和宽均小于上表面的长和宽;
e.四个凸起方向为框架外部的第二凸起,并相配的位于框架的第一垂直侧面;
f.四个凸起方向为框架内部的第三凸起,相配的设置在第二垂直侧面上,铰接在框架的支撑腿上的第二连接装置设置在第二垂直侧面上。

具体实施方式
图1和图2显示了电动瓷砖切割设备的框架1在两种不同观看方向上的示意图,图一展示的是从框架上表面观看的示意图,图二展示的是从框架下表面观看的示意图。
上表面2设置有若干个纵向线型凹槽5,所述纵向线型凹槽5开口内的相邻边缘连接设有若干矩形曲面6,该矩形曲面6向框架内部凸起,从而形成一个局部的切割片渠道,所述切割片通过引导支撑桥沿着渠道移动。每个矩形曲面6上还设有第一通孔7,用于排出切割片冷却液。
在上表面均匀设有多个凸起8,凸起8向框架内部凸起。每个凸起8的底部设有第二通孔9,用于排出冷却液,从而所述的第二通孔9改善了排水能力,使得上表面无需设置其他通向第二通孔9的引流槽,从而降低了框架的制造成本。
带有电动马达、指挥控制系统、以及冷却液喷嘴的切割片均设置在支撑桥上,通过第一可移动固定装置支撑桥与框架连接,即可对切割片进行装配与拆卸,所述可移动装置设置在第一凸起10上。优选的实施例,所述第一凸起是上表面的一部分,在上表面上打孔,并将打孔后形成的片状物向上表面外部垂直弯折形成的。
为了把陶瓷元件固定和定位在合适的切割位置,设置若干个的第二通孔11,用以定位和固定,例如瓷砖的切割。
这种电动切割装置通常设有可折叠的支撑腿,该支撑腿与设置在第一垂直侧面3上的第二凸起13连接,第二固定装置设置在每个支撑腿,例如一轴,支撑腿可以绕其旋转。为了支撑腿仍能固定在其延伸或折叠位置,第三凸起12被设置在第二垂直侧面4上,当支撑腿延伸时它可使其停止。
本发明的优选制造方法是通过拉伸、冲压金属板。
本发明的电动切割设备的框架由于设有独特的结构,使得其便于清理、维护方便,同时,由于它独特的连续结构,减轻了产品重量并减少了产品的制造成本。

Claims (4)

1.用于切割陶瓷元件的电动设备的框架,其特征在于:有一个独特的连续的部分结构,所述框架近似为一个带矩形底座的直角平行六面体,它下表面开口如此以致:
a.在直角平行六面体的上表面有下列元件被设置:
Ⅰ.一个或多个同样宽度的通透的凹槽,所述凹槽的轴向均平行于上表面的长所在的直线,第一通透的凹槽的长度总和小于上表面最长边长度,所述凹槽开口内的相邻边缘连接设有宽度相同的矩形曲面,所述矩形曲面向框架内部凸起;
Ⅱ.在上表面均匀的设置多个面向框架内部的凸起,具有第二通孔位于每个所述凸起的底部;
Ⅲ.凸起方向为面向框架外侧的第一凸起,位于纵向槽一侧,以致他们形成的直线平行于所述多个纵向槽的轴向,设置在每个凸起内的第一可移动装置连接在引导的支撑上,用于滑动承载所述切割片;
Ⅳ.多个第二通孔设置在矩形内,矩形的各边平行于上表面各边,所述矩形的长和宽均小于上表面的长和宽
Ⅴ.四个凸起方向为框架外部的第二凸起,并位于框架的第一垂直侧面
Ⅵ.四个凸起方向为框架内部的第三凸起,并相配的设置在第二垂直侧面上,铰接在框架的支撑腿上的第二连接装置设置在第二垂直侧面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于切割陶瓷元件的电动设备的框架,其特征在于:所述的矩形曲面的底部相配的设有第一通孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于切割陶瓷元件的电动设备的框架,其特征在于:所述第一凸起是上表面的一部分,在上表面上打孔,并将打孔后形成的片状物向上表面外部垂直弯折形成的。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于切割陶瓷元件的电动设备的框架,其特征在于:所述的框架是由拉伸、冲压金属板的方式制造的。
