Abstract
生产大口径无缝钢管柔性工艺路线,涉及大口径无缝钢管的生产工艺,包括依次设置的步进式加热炉一台、穿孔机一台、五机架三辊减径机一套、菌式轧管机一台、斜轧均整机一台、步进式再加热炉一台、五机架三辊定径机一套;所述步进式加热炉将实心圆管坯进行加热,所述穿孔机将实心圆管坯制成空心荒管,所述五机架三辊减径机对空心荒管进行减径形成毛管,所述菌式轧管机将减径后的毛管进行斜轧延伸,所述斜轧均整机将斜轧延伸后的斜轧毛管进行均整,所述步进式再加热炉将均整后的毛管进行再加热,所述五机架三辊定径机将再加热后的毛管进行定径。本发明生产工艺灵活、生产出的产品质量好。

技术领域
本发明涉及大口径无缝钢管的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的大口径无缝钢管生产工艺主要为穿孔、轧制及定径工艺,所采用的轧制方法一般为纵轧,工艺流程简单,生产灵活性不足,生产出的产品精度不高,纵横向性能差异较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种生产大口径无缝钢管柔性工艺路线,生产工艺灵活、生产出的产品质量好。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:生产大口径无缝钢管柔性工艺路线,包括依次设置的步进式加热炉一台、穿孔机一台、五机架三辊减径机一套、菌式轧管机一台、斜轧均整机一台、步进式再加热炉一台、五机架三辊定径机一套;所述步进式加热炉将实心圆管坯进行加热,所述穿孔机将实心圆管坯制成空心荒管,所述五机架三辊减径机对空心荒管进行减径形成毛管,所述菌式轧管机将减径后的毛管进行斜轧延伸,所述斜轧均整机将斜轧延伸后的斜轧毛管进行均整,所述步进式再加热炉将均整后的毛管进行再加热,所述五机架三辊定径机将再加热后的毛管进行定径。
本发明的以上生产设备可以灵活配置以生产不同需求的产品,工艺步骤灵活。主要的工艺路线有:1.使用步进式加热炉、穿孔机、菌式轧管机,进行加热、穿孔、斜轧再离线后续加工;2.使用步进式加热炉、穿孔机、五机架三辊减径机、菌式轧管机,进行加热、穿孔、减径、斜轧再离线后续加工;3.使用步进式加热炉、穿孔机、五机架三辊减径机、菌式轧管机、斜轧均整机一台、步进式再加热炉一台、五机架三辊定径机,进行加热、穿孔、减径、斜轧、均整、再加热、定径。
通过使用不同的设备,使其工艺灵活性强,适应小批量多品种的特点要求,适合于减径以生产厚壁管的同时亦适合扩径生产薄壁管;生产出的产品具有尺寸精度高、表面质量好、组织与性能优异、各向异性小等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,生产大口径无缝钢管柔性工艺路线,包括依次设置的步进式加热炉1一台、穿孔机2一台、五机架三辊减径机3一套、菌式轧管机4一台、斜轧均整机5一台、步进式再加热炉6一台、五机架三辊定径机7一套。步进式加热炉1将实心圆管坯进行加热,穿孔机2将实心圆管坯制成空心荒管,五机架三辊减径机3对空心荒管进行减径形成毛管,菌式轧管机4将减径后的毛管进行斜轧延伸,斜轧均整机5将斜轧延伸后的斜轧毛管进行均整,步进式再加热炉6将均整后的毛管进行再加热,五机架三辊定径机7将再加热后的毛管进行定径。

1.生产大口径无缝钢管柔性工艺路线,其特征在于:包括依次设置的步进式加热炉一台、穿孔机一台、五机架三辊减径机一套、菌式轧管机一台、斜轧均整机一台、步进式再加热炉一台、五机架三辊定径机一套;所述步进式加热炉将实心圆管坯进行加热,所述穿孔机将实心圆管坯制成空心荒管,所述五机架三辊减径机对空心荒管进行减径形成毛管,所述菌式轧管机将减径后的毛管进行斜轧延伸,所述斜轧均整机将斜轧延伸后的斜轧毛管进行均整,所述步进式再加热炉将均整后的毛管进行再加热,所述五机架三辊定径机将再加热后的毛管进行定径。
