Abstract

Description
背景技术
一种包括衬套和管接头的快速联接器从WO 2005/05243已知,所述管接头具有适于插入到衬套内的插入端和用于将管接头锁定在衬套内的第一凹陷。其中,管接头克服压缩弹簧的力推入管座内,直到设置在管接头上的周向凹槽卡在布置于管座内的锁定环中。压缩弹簧的尺寸使得只要联接器未通过周向凹槽卡住锁定环而被锁定,它就将管接头从管座中推出。因此,环形凹槽在管座外部仍然是可见的,从而表明联接器未被锁定。
发明内容
本发明的总体目的是克服(至少部分地)可比较的现有技术快速联接器出现的缺点。更具体的目的可以从所提供的快速联接器中看出,其中,在管接头与管座之间的锁定状态可通过便宜的附加元件检测。
该目的是通过一种快速联接器实现的,其包括管座和管接头,所述管接头具有适于插入到管座内的插入端和用于将管接头锁定在管座内的第一凹陷,其中,设置了适于滑动到管接头上的套筒,所述套筒具有适于靠着管座放置的结构和用于接合管接头的第一凹陷的内突起,并且管接头在远离插入端的一侧上具有第二凹陷,所述第二凹陷在管接头和管座的锁定状态中接收套筒的内突起。该套筒是简单且轻质的结构元件,其相比已知的快速联接器存在以下优点:
(a)省略了压缩弹簧(其存在于已知的快速联接器中,并增加了联接器内所需的空间)。本发明的联接器具有较小的总长。
(b)由于在管接头移入管座内时没有必须被克服的弹簧力,本发明的联接器的操作是更省力的。
(c)在本发明中使用的套筒布置在管接头的外侧上,并且-不同于已知联接器的压缩弹簧-不接触被传导的流体。
(d)套筒对管座的内部设计没有影响。
(e)外套筒可用于保护联接器的管座免受污物影响。
在优选的实施例中,在管接头上的两个凹陷都形成为环形凹槽。套筒中的突起可以是环形的,套筒可具有用于抵靠管座的外突起,并且所述外突起可以是与套筒端部成为一体的环形凸缘。考虑到其生产和操作,这些特征是特别有用的。
在另一实施例中,外突起可形成为在套筒外围的密封唇缘。在这种情况下,套筒具有保护联接器不受污染的附加功能。
套筒可具有使管接头的第二凹陷在联接器的锁定状态中可见的两个相对的切口。这为套筒提供了用于其功能的弹性的优点。此外,联接器的锁定状态是清晰可见的。
US 5,749,606公开了一种联接器,其与本发明的联接器的不同之处在于,管接头不具有用于将接头锁定在管座内的凹陷,并且所述套筒或保持器(其沿着接头是可滑动的)缺乏用于被这样的凹陷接合的内突起。这种现有技术的联接器由此具有相当不同的结构,并且未提供本发明所实现的优点。

具体实施方式
图1所示的快速联接器具有管座10、适于插入到管座内的管接头11,以及可在管接头11上滑动的套筒12。
根据图2,管接头11设置有第一环形凹槽15,以及从那里间隔开并布置在管接头11远离插入端16的一侧上的第二环形凹槽17。第一环形凹槽15用来卡住布置在管座内的锁定环(未示出),并且还用来将套筒12保持在预组装位置。第二环形凹槽17用作联接件锁定状态的指示器。
在图3和图4中示出的套筒12在其一端具有向外突出的凸缘20,其在联接器的组装状态中抵接管座10。靠近其相对端部,在套筒12内,有环形突起21,其尺寸使得它可以卡在环形凹槽15、17中。为此,套筒12还具有延伸超过突起21的轴向宽度的两个相对的切口22。这些切口对于突起21卡在环形凹槽15和17中是必要的。
在组装所述联接器时,套筒12被首先安装在管接头11上,直到它被第一环形凹槽15卡住并保持在那里。管接头11被推入管座10,直至第一环形凹槽15被布置在管座10内的锁定环卡住,从而锁定联接器。在这一运动期间,套筒12首先以它的凸缘20抵接在管座10的端壁处,然后被沿着管接头11推动。
在锁定状态中,其中,所述锁定环被管接头11的第一环形凹槽15卡住,内突起21被第二环形凹槽17卡住。通过第二环形凹槽17消失在套筒12中的事实,这是可识别的。此外,套筒12的突起21被第二环形凹槽17卡合在切口22的区域中变得可见。如果环形凹槽17在组装之后是可见的,这表示组装过程是未完成的。
除了这种指示器功能之外,切口22给套筒12(其可以由金属或塑料制成)一定的弹性,使得套筒12在环形凹槽15、17之外也保持在管接头11上。
为了释放联接器,管接头11被拉出管座10。释放过程是用释放工具完成的,它可以采用例如EP 0 467 381的图12中所示的形式。在套筒12已经被推回之后,该工具的两个管状半部可插入在管接头11与管座12的开口之间的间隙中,以从所述第一环形凹槽15释放锁定环。
同样的释放工具可用于将套筒12从环形凹槽17推回到环形凹槽15内。这允许套筒12的多次使用。
在图5和图6的可选实施例中,套筒12的端部凸缘被替换为从套管的端部间隔开的外密封唇缘30,所述密封唇缘不仅作为在管座10的端部的限制止挡件,而且另外提供了防止污物进入联接器内部的保护。

Claims (8)
1.一种快速联接器,包括:
管座;和
管接头,所述管接头具有适于插入到所述管座内的插入端以及用于将所述管接头锁定在所述管座内的第一凹槽,
其特征在于,
设置了适于滑动到所述管接头上的套筒,所述套筒具有适于靠着所述管座放置的结构和用于接合所述管接头的所述第一凹槽的内突起,并且
所述管接头在远离所述插入端的一侧上具有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽在所述管接头和所述管座的锁定状态中卡住所述套筒的所述内突起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速联接器,其中,在所述管接头上的两个凹槽都形成为环形凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的快速联接器,其中,所述套筒中的所述内突起是环形的。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的快速联接器,其中,所述套筒具有用于抵靠所述管座的外突起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的快速联接器,其中,所述外突起是与所述套筒的端部成为一体的环形凸缘。
6.根据权利要求4所述的快速联接器,其中,所述外突起形成为在所述套筒的外围上的密封唇缘。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的快速联接器,其中,所述套筒在其远离所述管座的端部开槽。
8.根据权利要求7所述的快速联接器,其中,所述套筒具有使所述管接头的所述第二凹槽在所述联接器的非锁定状态中可见的两个相对的切口。
