本发明涉及一种消除表面静电的界面材料,包括:硅胶垫片半成品和导电锡纸,其中,所述硅胶垫片半成品包括如下重量份的原料:树脂基体10-100份、平均粒径为40-100μm的氮化硼25-100份、氢化蓖麻油1-100份、导电石墨5-50份、硫酸钡5-40份。本发明制备的消除表面静电的界面材料,具有良好的消除表面静电性能,而且具有阻燃、防潮、抗震的特征。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种消除表面静电的界面材料,属于材料化学领域。
背景技术
可消除静电粉末涂料是指喷涂于底材上成膜后具有一定传导电流和消散电荷功能的粉末涂料,可用于消除静电、电磁屏蔽、电加热及防腐蚀。在建筑、运输、军事、现代电子等领域具有广泛的用途。这种粉末成膜物质本身无导电性,它以绝缘聚合物为主要的成膜物质,在其中掺入导电材料而形成涂料,它的导电性靠掺入的导电微粒来实现,导电微粒提供自由电子载流子,掺入的导电材料包括金属粉末、非金属粉末和金属氧化物,将这些物质掺合到聚合物中,可使聚合物变为半导体。普通的现有可消除静电的粉末涂料,成膜物质种类繁杂,导电填料的形状种类都会影响粉末的导电性能,填料的配比、生产工艺、固化条件掌握不好也会使粉末的导电性大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种消除表面静电的界面材料,本发明制备的消除表面静电的界面材料,具有良好的消除表面静电性能,而且具有阻燃、防潮、抗震的特征。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种消除表面静电的界面材料,包括:硅胶垫片半成品和导电锡纸,其中,所述硅胶垫片半成品包括如下重量份的原料:
树脂基体10-100份、平均粒径为40-100μm的氮化硼25-100份、氢化蓖麻油1-100份、导电石墨5-50份、硫酸钡5-40份。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述的界面材料,包括:硅胶垫片半成品和导电锡纸,其中,所述硅胶垫片半成品包括如下重量份的原料:
树脂基体100份、平均粒径为100μm的氮化硼-100份、氢化蓖麻油100份、导电石墨50份、硫酸钡10份。
进一步,所述的界面材料,包括:硅胶垫片半成品和导电锡纸,其中,所述硅胶垫片半成品包括如下重量份的原料:
树脂基体70份、平均粒径为70μm的氮化硼25份、氢化蓖麻油100份、导电石墨50份、硫酸钡40份。
进一步,所述的界面材料,包括:硅胶垫片半成品和导电锡纸,其中,所述硅胶垫片半成品包括如下重量份的原料:
树脂基体60份、平均粒径为100μm的氮化硼100份、氢化蓖麻油100份、导电石墨50份、硫酸钡40份。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制备的消除表面静电的界面材料,具有良好的消除表面静电性能,而且具有阻燃、防潮、抗震的特征。

以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
所述的界面材料,包括:硅胶垫片半成品和导电锡纸,其中,所述硅胶垫片半成品包括如下重量份的原料:
树脂基体100份、平均粒径为100μm的氮化硼-100份、氢化蓖麻油100份、导电石墨50份、硫酸钡10份。
取树脂基体和氢化蓖麻油,混合均匀,再加入氮化硼、导电石墨和硫酸钡,在真空度为-0.1MPa下搅拌80分钟后出料,得到硅胶垫片半成品,将硅胶垫片半成品涂覆于导电锡纸的一侧表面上,涂覆厚度1mm,130℃固化20分钟,即得消除表面静电的界面材料。
实施例2
所述的界面材料,包括:硅胶垫片半成品和导电锡纸,其中,所述硅胶垫片半成品包括如下重量份的原料:
树脂基体70份、平均粒径为70μm的氮化硼25份、氢化蓖麻油100份、导电石墨50份、硫酸钡40份。
取树脂基体和氢化蓖麻油,混合均匀,再加入氮化硼、导电石墨和硫酸钡,在真空度为-0.1MPa下搅拌80分钟后出料,得到硅胶垫片半成品,将硅胶垫片半成品涂覆于导电锡纸的一侧表面上,涂覆厚度1mm,130℃固化20分钟,即得消除表面静电的界面材料。
实施例3
所述的界面材料,包括:硅胶垫片半成品和导电锡纸,其中,所述硅胶垫片半成品包括如下重量份的原料:
树脂基体60份、平均粒径为100μm的氮化硼100份、氢化蓖麻油100份、导电石墨50份、硫酸钡40份。
取树脂基体和氢化蓖麻油,混合均匀,再加入氮化硼、导电石墨和硫酸钡,在真空度为-0.1MPa下搅拌80分钟后出料,得到硅胶垫片半成品,将硅胶垫片半成品涂覆于导电锡纸的一侧表面上,涂覆厚度1mm,130℃固化20分钟,即得消除表面静电的界面材料。

树脂基体10-100份、平均粒径为40-100μm的氮化硼25-100份、氢化蓖麻油1-100份、导电石墨5-50份、硫酸钡5-40份。
