The system comprises a payment terminal, a mobile terminal, a mobile payment background system, an authentication IC card and a financial cipher machine. The payment terminal is connected with a merchant order receiving system and is in Bluetooth wireless connection with the mobile terminal for sending a payment request to the mobile terminal.
