Background
At present, a single-tube braking or double-tube braking system is generally adopted in a railway freight car air braking system, and a control valve bracket which meet the International Union of railways (UIC) standard are adopted in the braking system. Here, the first port 11 is a control room port, the second port 12 is a brake pipe port, the third port 13 is a brake cylinder port, and the fourth port 14 is an auxiliary reservoir port. When the other side of the valve seat 1 is connected with the control valve 5 of the truck through the other end of the stud bolt 3, the other end of the stud bolt 3 is screwed with the control valve 5, and the screwing depth is 15-20 mm, preferably 15 mm.
Furthermore, one end of the stud bolt 3 is provided with a spring washer 6 and a nut 7, and one end of the stud bolt 3 is connected with the control valve bracket 4 of the truck through the nut 7. Wherein the fastening torque of the nut 7 is 70-75 Nm.
In addition, when one side of the valve seat 1 is connected with the control valve bracket 4 of the truck through one end of the stud bolt 3, the interface of one side of the valve seat 1 must be correspondingly connected with the interface of the control valve bracket 4. In practical application, after a truck vehicle is braked and the truck is inflated, a locomotive cab driver operates an inflation button, the pressure of the brake pipe of the control valve 5 rises to enable the volume chamber 24 of the pilot valve 2 to be communicated with the control chamber 51, the pressure of the control chamber 51 is reduced, the pressure over-inflation of the truck is automatically eliminated, and the truck is automatically relieved.
Specifically, after a truck vehicle is braked, when the truck is inflated, the truck vehicle may be in the following two states;
in the first state, when the pressure in the control chamber 51 is not greater than 300KPa, the pressure in the right control chamber 51 of the diaphragm 22 in the pilot valve 2 corresponds to the pressure in the left brake pipe 52. At this time, the first valve 23 is opened, the second valve 25 is closed, and the volume chamber 24 of the pilot valve 2 communicates with the control chamber 51.
In the second state, when the pressure in the control chamber 51 is greater than 300KPa, the pressure in the right control chamber 51 of the diaphragm 22 in the pilot valve 2 is greater than the pressure in the left brake pipe 52. At this time, the first valve 23 is closed, the second valve 25 is opened, and the volume chamber 24 of the pilot valve 2 is communicated with the atmosphere.
Therefore, when the truck vehicle is in the first state and the truck is inflated, after the locomotive driver operates the inflation button, the pressure of the brake pipe 52 starts to rise, and as the pressure of the brake pipe 52 rises, the pressure on the left side of the diaphragm 22 in the pilot valve 2 increases, so that the diaphragm 22 moves to the right side, the first valve 23 opens, the second valve 25 closes, the volume chamber 24 of the pilot valve 2 is communicated with the control chamber 51, the pressure in the control chamber 51 decreases, so that the truck vehicle is not in the pressure overcharged state, and the truck vehicle achieves automatic relief.
When the truck vehicle is in the second state and the truck is inflated, after the locomotive driver operates the inflation button, the pressure of the brake pipe 52 starts to rise, and along with the pressure rise of the brake pipe 52, the pressure on the left side of the diaphragm 22 in the pilot valve 2 increases, so that the diaphragm 22 moves towards the right side, and finally the first valve 23 is opened, and the second valve 25 is closed; finally, the volume chamber 24 of the pilot valve 2 communicates with the control chamber 51. Due to the increase of the total volume, the pressure in the control chamber 51 is reduced, so that the truck is not in a pressure over-charging state, and automatic relief is achieved.
The device for eliminating the over-charging pressure of the truck can automatically change the volume of the control chamber according to the actual condition, and can automatically reduce the pressure of the control chamber when the pressure of the control chamber is too high, so that the aim of automatic relief is fulfilled.
For example, when a locomotive with the air supply pressure of 550KPa is replaced by a locomotive with the air supply pressure of 500KPa, the volume of the control chamber can be automatically increased through the operation of a locomotive cab driver, so that the pressure in the control chamber is reduced, and the truck vehicle can meet the requirement of automatic release. Therefore, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the vehicle stopping time is reduced, and the condition that the vehicle slides without being relieved due to negligence of the workers is avoided. Meanwhile, the improvement of the vehicle is easy, and the normal and safe operation of the truck can be ensured.

when the truck is inflated, the pressure of the brake pipe of the control valve rises to enable the volume chamber of the pilot valve to be communicated with the control chamber, the pressure of the control chamber is reduced, and the pressure over-inflation of the truck is automatically eliminated.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein one end of the stud is provided with a spring washer and a nut, and the stud is connected with a control valve bracket of the truck through the nut.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the pilot valve comprises:
the valve body is provided with a diaphragm plate;
one end of the first valve is connected with one end of the valve body, and the other end of the first valve is connected with one end of the volume chamber of the pilot valve;
and one end of the second valve is connected with the other end of the valve body, and the other end of the second valve is connected with the other end of the volume chamber of the pilot valve.
4. The device of claim 2, wherein the tightening torque of the nut is 70-75N m.
