A preparation method of radix scrophulariae shower gel comprises the following steps: heating the deionized water in parts by weight to 68 ℃, putting the deionized water into a reaction kettle, adding the AES, the sodium dodecyl sulfate, the sodium lauryl amphoacetate, the EDTA-2Na, the cocamidopropyl amine oxide, the betaine, the sodium chloride and the glycerin in parts by weight into the reaction kettle, stirring uniformly, keeping the temperature, heating for 1h, rapidly cooling to below 45 ℃, adding the radix scrophulariae extract, the blumea extract, the artemisia apiacea extract, the liquidambar formosana extract, the citric acid and the radix scrophulariae essence in parts by weight, stirring uniformly, keeping the temperature, heating for 1h, and filtering by a 180-mesh filter screen to obtain the primary shower gel.
The figwort bath lotion of the present invention is not limited to consumer use for dermatitis and acne muscle, but the applicant of the present invention provides comparative experiments as follows in order to illustrate the effects of the present invention:
the test of the initial shower gel or the figwort bath gel prepared in comparative example 1, example 2, example 4, example 5, example 7 and example 8 on the long-term acne prone, acne and skin inflammation of 100 women for 2 months and 4 months is shown in table 1 and table 2 respectively.
As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, the products of example 5, example 7 and example 8 have more obvious consumers with reduced inflammation and reduced acne after being used for 2 months, but have fewer consumers without obvious effect after being insisted on using for 4 months, while the product of example 7 has 82% of consumers with basically cured skin, no recurrence and smooth skin, has obvious effect on consumers with acne and easy inflammation in the perinatal period, and can condition skin and internal secretion from outside to inside by continuing to insisting on using the product, thereby keeping away from acne skin and skin inflammation.

Claims (8)
1. The radix scrophulariae shower gel is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of radix scrophulariae extract, 1-3 parts of Artemisia princeps Pampanini extract, 1-3 parts of Artemisia annua extract, 1-3 parts of fructus Liquidambaris extract, 1-5 parts of sodium lauryl amphoacetate, 78-10 parts of AES1, 1-10 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.05-0.5 part of EDTA-2Na0.5 part, 1-5 parts of betaine, 1-3 parts of cocamidopropyl amine oxide, 1-5 parts of glycerol, 0.5-5 parts of sodium chloride, 0.1-1 part of citric acid, 0.1-1 part of radix scrophulariae essence and 100 parts of deionized water.
2. The radix scrophulariae body wash as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of radix scrophulariae extract, 2 parts of artemisia vulgaris extract, 2 parts of sweet wormwood extract, 2 parts of fructus liquidambaris extract, 3 parts of sodium lauryl amphoacetate, 3 parts of AES4 parts, 5 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.35 part of EDTA-2Na0.35 part of betaine, 2 parts of cocamidopropyl amine oxide, 3 parts of glycerol, 2.5 parts of sodium chloride, 0.5 part of citric acid, 0.5 part of radix scrophulariae essence and 100 parts of deionized water.
3. The preparation method of the radix scrophulariae shower gel as claimed in claim 1 or 2, comprising the following steps:
step one, heating the deionized water in parts by weight to 65-70 ℃, putting the deionized water into a reaction kettle, adding the AES, the sodium dodecyl sulfate, the sodium lauryl amphoacetate and the EDTA-2Na in parts by weight into the reaction kettle, and stirring the mixture for 30min at the rotating speed of 20-25 r/min;
secondly, adding the cocoamidopropyl amine oxide and the betaine in parts by weight, and stirring at the rotating speed of 15r/min for 20-25 min;
thirdly, adding the sodium chloride and the glycerol in parts by weight, stirring at the rotating speed of 25r/min for 10-15min, and rapidly cooling to below 45 ℃;
and step four, adding the figwort root extract, the blumea balsamifera extract, the artemisia apiacea extract and the liquidambar formosana extract in parts by weight, stirring at a rotating speed of 10r/min for 20-40min, adding the citric acid and the figwort essence in parts by weight, stirring at a rotating speed of 35-40r/min for 20-30min, and filtering by a 180-mesh filter screen to obtain the primary shower gel.
4. The method for preparing the figwort bath cream according to claim 3, further comprising:
putting the primary shower gel into a cylindrical container, rotating the cylindrical container at the rotating speed of 5r/min for 10min at intervals of 24h, taking out after 7-10 days, and filtering by a 240-mesh filter screen to obtain the radix scrophulariae shower gel; wherein,
cylindrical container is the bamboo preparation that inside cavity diameter reaches more than 20cm, and its both ends are sealed, offer the feed inlet on the bamboo lateral wall to set up articulated sealed lid, a pivot is connected respectively at cylindrical container both ends to can dismantle the connection through pivot and support frame, the motor is connected in order to control in the pivot cylindrical container rotates.

The method for preparing radix scrophulariae shower gel as claimed in claim 4, further comprising adding 3-4 parts by weight of potato ferment extracting solution after the first step, and stirring at a rotating speed of 35r/min for 30min, wherein the method for preparing the potato ferment extracting solution comprises the following steps:
s1, crushing 5-8 parts by weight of lychee seeds, sieving the lychee seeds with a 40-mesh sieve, mixing the lychee seeds with 45-58 parts by weight of mashed potato, adding 12-15 parts by weight of ginger juice and 10-12 parts by weight of fried rice bran, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture for later use, wherein the ginger juice is prepared by ginger and pure water according to the mass ratio of 1: 30, and the fried rice bran is prepared by frying rice bran in a rotary frying pan at the temperature of 100-120 ℃ for 15-20 min;
s2, spraying 0.02% by mass of nano-silver aqueous solution on the inner surface of a fermentation barrel, adding the first mixture after 30min, adding 5-8 parts by weight of rice wine mash and 3-5 parts by weight of aloe pulp, mixing to obtain a second mixture, inoculating 0.2-0.4% by weight of probiotics according to the weight of the second mixture, sealing the fermentation barrel, and fermenting for 3-5 days to obtain a first fermentation product;
the probiotics is composed of bacillus subtilis and bifidobacterium according to the mass ratio of 1.2: 1, and the aloe pulp is obtained by crushing fresh aloe;
s3, mixing and crushing 4-5 parts by weight of selfheal, 5-6 parts by weight of honeysuckle, 2-3 parts by weight of oldenlandia diffusa, 0.5 part by weight of rhizoma cyperi, 2 parts by weight of mint, 2-3 parts by weight of fructus forsythiae, 1.5 parts by weight of radix angelicae and 3-4 parts by weight of folium luteae, adding 100 parts by weight of pure water, decocting for 1 hour under slow fire, and filtering to obtain first filtrate and first filter residue for later use;
s4, adding the first filter residue from the feed inlet, uniformly mixing the first filter residue with the first fermentation product, sealing the feed inlet, and continuously fermenting for 2 days to obtain a second fermentation product;
s5, mixing and grinding 2-4 parts by weight of lotus plumule, 0.5 part by weight of black mustard, 1 part by weight of spirulina and 5 parts by weight of germinated brown rice pulp, adding the mixture from a feeding hole, uniformly mixing the mixture with a second fermentation product, sealing the mixture, and continuously fermenting for 4-5 days to obtain a third fermentation product, wherein the germinated brown rice pulp is prepared by grinding germinated brown rice taking black rice as a raw material and deionized water according to the mass ratio of 1: 3;
s6, sterilizing the third fermentation product by microwave, cooling, and filtering by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the potato ferment extracting solution.
6. The method for preparing the radix scrophulariae shower gel as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fermenter comprises:
the cylinder body is cylindrical, the cylinder body is made of bamboo with the inner diameter larger than 30cm, and the lower part of the cylinder body is sealed;
the barrel cover is hinged to the upper portion of the barrel body, a feed inlet is formed in the barrel cover, the feed inlet extends towards the lower portion of the fermentation barrel to form a funnel-shaped lower portion feed pipe, the upper portion of the fermentation barrel extends to form a funnel-shaped upper portion feed pipe, the upper portion of the upper portion feed pipe is hinged to the cover body, and the cover body, the upper portion feed pipe, the lower portion feed pipe and the barrel cover are all made of nano silver materials.

The method for preparing radix scrophulariae shower gel as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the third step, after the sodium chloride and the glycerol are added in the parts by weight, 1.5 parts by weight of seaweed meal, 2.5 parts by weight of pearl powder and the powder obtained by concentrating and drying the first filtrate are added.
8. The method for preparing the figwort shower gel according to claim 7, wherein the preparation method of the figwort extract from linsheng comprises the following steps:
a1, adding 4 times of ethanol with volume fraction of 55% by weight into the radix scrophulariae from forest, extracting for 4 times, each time for 2h, filtering the extractive solutions obtained from the 4 times of extraction, and mixing to obtain a first liquid for later use;
a2, crushing the radix scrophulariae forest culture extracted in A1, inoculating 0.3% of bacillus subtilis and 0.1% of lactococcus according to the mass of the radix scrophulariae forest culture, fermenting for 15-20 days at normal temperature, adding ethyl acetate for soaking according to 3 times of the weight of the radix scrophulariae forest culture after sterilization, and performing reflux collection to obtain a second liquid;
a3, mixing the first liquid and the second liquid, concentrating, spray drying, pulverizing, and sieving with 200 mesh sieve to obtain the radix scrophulariae Linderae extract.
