Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有变导程螺纹钉帽的锁定螺钉,其中钉帽螺纹为双头锥度变导程螺纹,导程由小变大再变小,起始导程小于终止导程,钉帽螺纹的平均导程等于起始导程和终止导程的平均值,与锁定板的双头锥度螺纹孔和钉杆螺纹的导程相等。本发明可消除螺钉与锁定板螺纹孔沿螺钉轴向的窜动间隙,增加螺钉的自锁力防止松动,保证锁定内固定必要的稳定性,临床上能够很好的保证骨折复位的精确度。对于治疗不稳定型骨折有保证精确复位骨折部位、实现稳定的固定和保留骨的血运效果,有加快骨折部位的骨生长和愈合速度的意义。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体是一种带有变导程螺纹钉帽的锁定螺钉。
背景技术
锁定钢板螺钉内固定系统是目前骨科最常使用的骨折内固定装置。近些年不稳定型骨折的病发率比较高,常见的有不稳定型盆骨骨折、不稳定型桡骨远端骨折等在临床上有着很高的发病率,现所使用的锁定内固定系统的稳定性和复位准确度还有欠缺,导致手术难度增大。根据AO/ASIF的原则,骨折内固定是建立于精确的骨折复位、稳定的固定、尽可能保留骨的血运、早期功能性活动基础上的一种综合的治疗。考虑到不稳定型骨折复位的准确和内固定结构的稳定性,防止内固定稳定性差导致固定失位,避免给患者带来不必要的痛苦。如发生上述隐患,往往需要需要再次手术,不仅给患者在生理和心理上造成负担,而且给家庭也带来了沉重的经济负担。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种带有变导程螺纹钉帽的锁定螺钉。
本发明为改进现有技术中的问题而提出的技术方案为:
本发明的锁定螺钉,包括钉帽和钉杆,在钉帽和钉杆上又分别设置钉帽螺纹和钉杆螺纹,钉帽螺纹与锁定板上的螺纹孔相配合,钉帽螺纹为双头锥度变导程螺纹,钉帽螺纹的导程自钉杆向钉帽方向由小变大,即钉帽螺纹的起始导程小于终止导程。
本发明还可以采用以下技术措施:
所述的钉帽螺纹的平均导程等于起始导程和终止导程的平均值,与锁定板的双头锥度螺纹孔和钉杆螺纹的导程相等。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图及实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。
为了解决不稳定型骨折的内固定系统稳定性和复位准确度问题,降低手术难度。根据AO/ASIF的原则,骨折内固定是建立于精确的骨折复位、稳定的固定、尽可能保留骨的血运,考虑到不稳定型骨折复位的准确和内固定结构的稳定性,防止内固定稳定性差导致固定失位,针对锁定螺钉钉帽双头锥度螺纹采取变导程设计方案。
如图1所示,本发明的锁定螺钉,包括钉帽1和钉杆2,在钉帽和钉杆上又分别设置钉帽螺纹和钉杆螺纹,钉帽螺纹与锁定板上的螺纹孔相配合,钉帽螺纹为双头锥度变导程螺纹,钉帽螺纹的导程自钉杆向钉帽方向由小变大,即钉帽螺纹的起始导程1a小于终止导程1b。通过螺钉旋转导程变化起始端螺纹和终止端产生轴向位移差。来消除螺钉与锁定板螺纹沿螺钉轴向的窜动间隙,增加螺钉的自锁力防止松动,保证锁定内固定必要的稳定性。
钉帽螺纹的平均导程等于起始导程和终止导程的平均值,与锁定板的双头锥度螺纹孔和钉杆螺纹的导程相等,使得螺钉杆部下钉速度和钉帽的下钉速度同步,保证了锁定板与骨接合面的相对间隙,保留了骨接合面的血运。
钉帽旋入锁定板的螺纹孔时,导程变化起始端的螺纹导程小,螺钉沿轴向进入骨板螺纹孔的速度较慢,而导程变化终止端的螺纹导程大,螺钉沿轴向进入骨板螺纹孔的速度较快,当螺钉旋转N圈时,导程变化起始端螺纹发生的轴向位移小于终止端产生轴向位移。锁定板螺纹导程为固定值,螺钉锁紧过程中产生的位移差,可以消除螺钉与锁定板螺纹沿螺钉轴向的窜动间隙,增加螺钉的自锁力防止松动,保证锁定内固定必要的稳定性。钉帽螺纹的平均导程与锁定板的双头锥度螺纹孔和钉杆螺纹的导程相等,使得螺钉杆部下钉速度和钉帽的下钉速度同步,保证了锁定板与骨接合面的相对间隙,保留了骨接合面的血运。

1.一种锁定螺钉,包括钉帽和钉杆,在钉帽和钉杆上又分别设置钉帽螺纹和钉杆螺纹,钉帽螺纹与锁定板上的螺纹孔相配合,其特征在于:钉帽螺纹为双头锥度变导程螺纹,钉帽螺纹的导程自钉杆向钉帽方向由小变大,即钉帽螺纹的起始导程小于终止导程;钉帽螺纹的平均导程等于起始导程和终止导程的平均值,与锁定板的双头锥度螺纹孔和钉杆螺纹的导程相等,锁定板的螺纹导程为固定值。
