Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于餐具洗涤,特别适用于去除淀粉的浓缩洗涤剂组合物。
常规的餐具洗涤剂通常是包含氯漂白剂的基于磷酸盐的高碱性组合物。然而,高碱性和氯漂白剂已证明对于普通使用过于刺激和危险。此外,磷酸盐和含磷化合物的使用由于环境问题而受到阻碍。因此越来越感兴趣的是使用碱性较低的组合物代替这些组合物,所述碱性较低的组合物不含磷酸盐且使用更温和的漂白剂代替氯漂白剂。
本领域已知使用更温和的过氧化物漂白剂如过硼酸钠或过碳酸钠来代替氯漂白剂。为了补偿所述漂白剂的降低的性能,可以添加有机活化剂或漂白剂前体,其与过硼酸盐或过碳酸盐反应以形成有机过氧酸。熟知的漂白活化剂为N,N,N’,N’-四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)。
为了进一步提高餐具洗涤组合物的性能,US5,246,612已建议使用双核锰配合物与过氧化合物组合。
作为漂白催化剂的锰配合物和过氧化合物的组合也已经在EP0509787A2中的洗衣粉漂白剂粉末组合物的背景下公开。
作为高碱性洗涤剂组合物的供选择的方案,已基于作为碱性来源的碳酸钠开发弱碱性洗涤剂材料(参见,例如US7,094,746B2)。这些组合物提供了机械上稳定的固体碳酸盐洗涤剂产品,所述产品当与基于苛性的洗涤剂相比时具有等价的清洁性能,但是碱性相当低。
针对该背景,仍然需要开发针对公共机构餐具洗涤应用特别定做的另外的餐具洗涤剂。此处的一个关键目的是处理咖啡和茶污渍以及处理淀粉污物。
因此,本发明的技术目的是提供这样的餐具洗涤剂组合物,其不基于磷酸盐,具有弱碱性,并且对于淀粉污物的去除是高度有效的。
已经令人惊讶地发现包含作为碱性来源的碱金属碳酸盐、作为过氧漂白化合物的碱金属过碳酸盐和作为过氧化催化剂的铁或锰配合物的组合物提供用于去除淀粉污物的高度有效的餐具洗涤剂。
因此,本发明提供了浓缩洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
碱金属碳酸盐,
碱金属过碳酸盐,和

虽然已知使用Mn和Fe作为过氧化催化剂,但以根据式(I)的配合物的形式提供所述金属具有若干优点,如配合物的活性和稳定性升高。特别是在Mn配合物的情况下,配体L帮助增加金属的溶解度。
在一个特别优选的实施例中,所述过氧化催化剂是根据式(II)的双核配合物
其中L1和L2可以是分别的配体或其中L1和L2可以组合成单个分子。
在配位或桥联基团中,基团O2-、O2 2-、CH3O-、CH3CO2-、或Cl-是特别优选的。
优选地,配体选自三氮杂环壬烷、三氮杂环壬烷衍生物、含希夫碱的配体、多吡啶胺配体、五齿氮给体配体、bispidon型配体和大环四酰胺配体。那些类型的配体的实例由R.Hage和ALienke描述(Hage,Ronald;Lienke,Achim.ApplicationsofTransition-MetalCatalyststoTextileandWood-PulpBleaching.AngewandteChemieInternationalEdition,2005,45.Jg.,Nr.2,pp.206-222)。
另一组优选的配体是二羧酸根,特别是草酸根。
特别优选的配体是根据式(II)至(IV)的化合物
其中每个R1独立地为氢或C1至C6烷基。
其他适合的配体是根据式(V)至(XVIII)的化合物
如果金属M是Mn,则配体(V)至(X)是特别适合的。如果金属M是Fe,则配体(XII)至(XVIII)是特别适合的。配体(XI)对于Mn和Fe是同样适合的。
根据配合物[(LpMq)nXr]的电荷选择抗衡离子Y。抗衡离子的数量s等于实现电中性所需的抗衡离子的数量。优选地,抗衡离子的数量s为1至3。用于电中性的抗衡离子Y的类型对于配合物的活性不是关键的,并且可以选自例如,Cl-、Br-、I-、NO3 -、ClO4 -、NCS-、BPh4 -、BF4 -、PF6 -、R2-SO3 -、R2-SO4 -和R2-CO2 -,其中R2为氢或C1至C4烷基。特别优选的抗衡离子是PF6 -和ClO4 -。
在一个尤其优选的实施方案中,过氧化催化剂是根据式(II)的配合物,其中M为锰,X选自O2-、O2 2-、CH3O-、CH3CO2-、或Cl-,并且配体L是根据式(II)和/或(IV)的化合物。
还优选这样的过氧化催化剂,其中M是锰且L是草酸根。
特别优选的过氧化催化剂是根据式(XIX)和(XX)的化合物,也分别称为MnTACN和MnDTNE。
浓缩洗涤剂组合物可以包含0.0005至0.12重量%的过氧化催化剂配合物形式的金属M,优选0.001至0.05重量%。
浓缩洗涤剂组合物包含作为碱性来源的碱金属碳酸盐。浓缩洗涤剂组合物通常包含至少5重量%的碱金属碳酸盐,优选地,组合物包含10至80重量%,更优选地15至70重量%,最优选地20至60重量%的碱金属碳酸盐。
一般地,浓缩洗涤剂组合物包含有效量的碱金属碳酸盐。在本发明的上下文中,有效量的碱金属碳酸盐是提供pH为至少8,优选地pH为9.5至11,更优选地10至10.3的使用溶液的量。在本发明的上下文中,使用溶液视为1g/l的浓缩洗涤剂组合物在蒸馏水中的溶液。使用溶液的pH将在室温下测定。
因此,在本发明的一个优选的实施方案中,浓缩洗涤剂组合物当以1克每升的浓度在蒸馏水中稀释时,提供了在室温下测量的至少8的pH,优选地9.5至11的pH,更优选地10至11的pH。
适合的碱金属碳酸盐为例如碳酸钠或碳酸钾,碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钾,倍半碳酸钠或倍半碳酸钾,及其混合物。
由于作为碱源的碱金属碳酸盐的使用,不需要其他碱源,如碱金属氢氧化物。因此,优选地,浓缩洗涤剂组合物不包含碱金属氢氧化物。
浓缩洗涤剂组合物包含作为过氧化合物的碱金属过碳酸盐。已经令人惊讶地发现,碱金属过碳酸盐当与本发明的碱金属碳酸盐和过氧化催化剂组合时,即使在弱碱性pH和50至65℃的温度下,也有效地从餐具上去除淀粉污物。也已经发现特别优选的是如果浓缩洗涤剂组合物包含10至60重量%,优选地36至60重量%,更优选地40至60重量%,最优选地40至50重量%的碱金属过碳酸盐。适合的碱金属过碳酸盐为例如过碳酸钠和过碳酸钾。
本发明的浓缩洗涤剂组合物还可以包含至少一种选自下列的化合物:表面活性剂、活化剂、螯合/掩蔽剂、硅酸盐、洗涤剂填料或粘合剂、消泡剂、抗再沉积剂、酶、染料、香味剂、及其混合物。
多种表面活性剂可以用于本发明组合物中,如阴离子、非离子、阳离子和两性离子表面活性剂。浓缩洗涤剂组合物可以包含0.5至20重量%的表面活性剂,优选地1.5至15重量%。
适合的阴离子表面活性剂是,例如,羧酸盐,如烷基羧酸盐(羧酸盐)(carboxylicacidsalt)和多烷氧基羧酸盐,醇乙氧基化羧酸盐,壬基酚乙氧基化羧酸盐;磺酸盐,如烷基磺酸盐,烷基苯磺酸盐,烷基芳基磺酸盐,磺化脂肪酸酯;硫酸盐,如硫酸化醇,硫酸化醇乙氧基化物,硫酸化烷基酚,烷基硫酸盐,磺基琥珀酸盐,烷基醚硫酸盐;和磷酸酯,如烷基磷酸酯。示例性的阴离子表面活性剂包括烷基芳基磺酸钠,α-烯烃磺酸盐,和脂肪醇硫酸盐。
适合的非离子表面活性剂是,例如,具有聚亚烷基氧化物聚合物作为一部分表面活性剂分子的那些。这样的非离子表面活性剂包括例如,氯-、苄基-、甲基-、乙基-、丙基-、丁基-和其他类似的烷基-封端的脂肪醇的聚乙二醇醚;无聚亚烷基氧化物的非离子物质,如烷基多苷;脱水山梨糖醇和蔗糖酯及其乙氧化物;烷氧化的乙二胺;醇烷氧化物,如醇乙氧化丙氧化物,醇丙氧化物,醇丙氧化乙氧化丙氧化物,醇乙氧化丁氧化等;壬基酚乙氧化物,聚氧乙烯二醇醚等;羧酸酯,如甘油酯,聚氧乙烯酯,脂肪酸的乙氧化和二醇酯等;羧酸酰胺,如二乙醇胺缩合物,单烷醇胺缩合物,聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酰胺等;和聚亚烷基氧化物嵌段共聚物,包括环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物,如以商标Pluronic(BASF)市售的那些,以及其他类似的非离子化合物。还可以使用硅酮表面活性剂。
适合的阳离子表面活性剂包括,例如,胺,如具有C18烷基或烯基链的伯、仲和叔单胺,乙氧化的烷基胺,乙二胺的烷氧化物,咪唑,如1-(2-羟乙基)-2-咪唑啉,2-烷基-1-(2-羟乙基)-2-咪唑啉;和季铵盐,例如,烷基季铵氯化物表面活性剂,如正烷基(C12-C18)二甲基苄基氯化铵,正十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵一水合物,亚萘基取代的季铵氯化物,如二甲基-1-萘基甲基氯化铵。阳离子表面活性剂可以用于提供消毒特性。
适合的两性离子表面活性剂包括例如,甜菜碱、咪唑啉和丙酸酯/盐。
如果浓缩洗涤剂组合物旨在用于自动洗碗机或餐具洗涤机中,则如果使用了任何表面活性剂,选择的表面活性剂可以是当用于洗碗机或餐具洗涤机的内部时提供可接受的发泡水平的那些。应理解用于自动洗碗机或餐具洗涤机中的餐具洗涤组合物一般视为低发泡组合物。
浓缩洗涤剂组合物可以包含活化剂以进一步提高过碳酸盐的活性。除过氧化催化剂以外,使用这样的活化剂。适合的活化剂包括4-苯甲酰氧基苯磺酸钠(SBOBS);N,N,N',N'-四乙酰乙二胺(TAED);1-甲基-2-苯甲酰氧基苯-4-磺酸钠;4-甲基-3-苯甲酰氧基苯甲酸钠;SPCC甲苯甲酰氧基苯磺酸三甲基铵;壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠,3,5,5,-三甲基己酰氧基苯磺酸钠;五乙酰基葡萄糖(PAG);辛酰基四乙酰基葡萄糖和苯甲酰基四乙酰基葡萄糖。浓缩洗涤剂组合物可以包含浓度为1至8重量%,优选地2至5重量%,的活化剂或活化剂的混合物。
适合的螯合/掩蔽剂为例如,柠檬酸盐,氨基羧酸,缩合磷酸盐/酯,膦酸盐/酯,和聚丙烯酸盐/酯。一般地,螯合剂是这样的分子,其能够配位(即,结合)天然水中通常存在的金属离子,以防止所述金属离子干扰清洁组合物的其它去污成分的作用。一般地,螯合/掩蔽剂一般地可以称为一种类型的增洁剂(builder)。螯合/掩蔽剂当以有效量包括时还可以充当临界剂(thresholdagent)。浓缩洗涤剂组合物可以包含0.1至70重量%,优选地5至60重量%,更优选地5至50重量%,最优选地10至40重量%的螯合/掩蔽剂。
适合的氨基羧酸包括例如,甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA),N-羟乙基亚氨二乙酸,次氮基三乙酸(NTA),乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA),N-羟乙基-乙二胺三乙酸(HEDTA),和二亚乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)。
缩合磷酸盐的实例包括正磷酸钠和正磷酸钾,焦磷酸钠和焦磷酸钾,三聚磷酸钠,六偏磷酸钠等。缩合磷酸盐还可以通过固定组合物中作为水合水存在的游离水,在一定程度上帮助组合物固化。

优选的膦酸盐/酯是1-羟基亚乙基-1,1-二膦酸(HEDP),氨基三(亚甲基膦酸)(ATMP)和二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)(DTPMP)。
优选的是在被添加到混合物之前中和的或碱性膦酸盐/酯或膦酸盐/酯与碱源的组合,使得当添加膦酸盐/酯时中和反应产生极少或不产生热或气。膦酸盐可以包含有机膦酸的钾盐(膦酸钾)。膦酸材料的钾盐可以通过在固体洗涤剂的生成过程中使用氢氧化钾水溶液中和膦酸形成。膦酸掩蔽剂可以与氢氧化钾溶液以适当比例组合,以提供化学计量的氢氧化钾来中和膦酸。可以使用浓度为约1至约50wt%的氢氧化钾。膦酸可以溶解或悬浮在水性介质中,然后可以将氢氧化钾添加到膦酸中用于中和目的。
螯合/掩蔽剂还可以是水调节聚合物,其可以用作一种形式的增洁剂。示例性的水调节聚合物包括聚羧酸盐/酯。可以用作水调节聚合物的示例性的聚羧酸盐/酯包括聚丙烯酸、马来酸/烯烃共聚物、丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸共聚物、水解聚丙烯酰胺、水解聚甲基丙烯酰胺、水解聚酰胺-甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物、水解聚丙烯腈、水解聚甲基丙烯腈和水解丙烯腈-甲基丙烯腈共聚物。
浓缩洗涤剂组合物可以包括量为0.1至20重量%,优选地0.2至5重量%的水调节聚合物。
硅酸盐可以还包括在浓缩洗涤剂组合物中。硅酸盐通过形成可以容易地冲走的沉淀来软化水。它们通常具有润湿和乳化特性,并且充当针对酸性化合物,如酸性污物的缓冲剂。此外,硅酸盐可以抑制合成性洗涤剂和配合磷酸盐引起的不锈钢和铝的腐蚀。特别适合的硅酸盐是偏硅酸钠,其可以是无水或水合的。浓缩洗涤剂组合物可以包含1至10重量%的硅酸盐。
组合物可以包含有效量的洗涤剂填料或粘合剂。适用于本发明组合物的洗涤剂填料或粘合剂的实例包括硫酸钠、氯化钠、淀粉、糖和C1-C10亚烷基二醇,如丙二醇。洗涤剂填料可以包含的量为1至20重量%,优选3至15重量%。
用于降低泡沫稳定性的消泡剂还可以包含在组合物中以降低发泡。当包含时,可以提供的消泡剂的量为0.01至15重量%。
适合的消泡剂包括例如,环氧乙烷/丙烯嵌段共聚物,如以名称PluronicN-3可得的那些;硅酮化合物,如分散在聚二甲基硅氧烷中的二氧化硅,聚二甲基硅氧烷,和官能化的聚二甲基硅氧烷;脂肪酰胺;烃蜡;脂肪酸;脂肪酯;脂肪醇;脂肪酸皂;乙氧化物;矿物油;聚乙二醇酯;和烷基磷酸酯,如单十八烷基磷酸酯/盐。
组合物可以包含抗再沉积剂以促进污物在清洁溶液中的持续悬浮,且防止去除的污物再沉积到被清洁的基底。适合的抗再沉积剂的实例包括脂肪酸酰胺,氟碳表面活性剂,配合磷酸酯,苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物,和纤维素衍生物,如羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素等。可以包含抗再沉积剂的量为0.5至10重量%,优选1至5重量%。
组合物可以包含酶,其提供用于去除基于蛋白质、基于碳水化合物或基于甘油三酯的污物的期望的活性。虽然不限于本发明,适用于清洁组合物的酶可以通过降解或改变一种或多种类型的陶制餐具上遇到的污物残留物起作用,从而去除污物或使污物更容易被表面活性剂或清洁组合物的其他组分去除。适合的酶包括任意适合来源,如植物、动物、细菌、真菌或酵母来源的蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、葡萄糖苷酶、纤维素酶、过氧化物酶或其混合物。浓缩洗涤剂组合物可以包含1至30重量%的酶,优选2至15重量%,更优选3至10重量%,最优选4至8重量%。
各种染料,香味剂,包括香料,和其他美学增强剂可以包含在组合物中。可以包含染料以改变组合物的外观,例如直接蓝86(Miles)、Fastusol蓝(MobayChemicalCorp.)、酸性橙7(AmericanCyanamid)、碱性紫10(Sandoz)、酸性黄23(GAF)、酸性黄17(SigmaChemical)、暗绿(KeystoneAnalineandChemical)、间胺黄(KeystoneAnalineandChemical)、酸性蓝9(HiltonDavis)、赛德伦蓝/酸性蓝182(Sandoz)、Hisol固红(CapitolColorandChemical)、荧光黄(CapitolColorandChemical)和酸性绿25(Ciba-Geigy)。

浓缩洗涤剂组合物可以例如以固体、粉末、液体或凝胶的形式提供。优选地,浓缩洗涤剂组合物以固体或粉末的形式提供。
用于形成浓缩洗涤剂组合物的成分可以包括水性介质,如作为加工助剂的水。预期的是水性介质将有助于向组分提供用于加工的期望的粘度。此外,预期的是当期望形成作为固体的浓缩洗涤剂组合物时,水性介质可以有助于固化过程。当浓缩洗涤剂组合物作为固体提供时,其可以例如,以块或小球的形式提供。预期的是,块将具有至少约5克的尺寸,并且可以包括大于约50克的尺寸。预期的是浓缩洗涤剂组合物将包含量为1至50重量%,优选地2至20重量%的水。
当被加工以形成浓缩洗涤剂组合物的组分被加工成块时,预期的是组分可以通过挤出技术或压铸技术加工。一般地,当组分通过挤出技术加工时,认为与压铸技术相比浓缩洗涤剂组合物可以包含相对更小量的作为加工助剂的水。一般地,当通过挤出制备固体时,预期的是浓缩洗涤剂组合物可以包含2至10重量%的水。当通过压铸制备固体时,预期的是水的量为20至40重量%。
在第二个方面中,本发明还涉及如上所述的浓缩洗涤剂组合物作为餐具洗涤剂用于去除淀粉污物的用途。
优选地,浓缩洗涤剂组合物以0.1至10g/l,优选0.5至5g/l,最优选1至1.5g/l的浓度稀释,以提供使用溶液。
在一个特别优选的实施方案中,浓缩洗涤剂组合物用作用于在20至85℃,优选地50至75℃的温度下去除淀粉污物的餐具洗涤剂。
描述的浓缩洗涤剂组合物作为餐具洗涤剂的用途还允许短的洗涤时间,所述洗涤时间定义为餐具洗涤剂在被冲掉之前与餐具接触的时间。优选地,餐具洗涤剂使用10秒至5分钟,优选地15秒至2分钟,更优选30至60秒,最优选30至45秒的洗涤时间。
实施例
以下实施例通过测试从陶瓷瓷砖去除淀粉污物来说明本发明。
使用不具有黑色染料的淀粉污物污染的陶瓷外圆角瓷砖用于该测试中。
对于陶瓷瓷砖测试,应用包括三个洗涤循环的清洁性能测试,其中每次测试清洁5块瓷砖。使用HobartAM-15罩式洗碗机,以55秒总时间的标准程序(45秒洗涤步骤,10秒冲洗步骤,53L主洗罐填充体积,2.8L冲洗体积)进行实验。洗涤步骤的预期温度是71℃,冲洗步骤的预期温度是82℃。
在每个实验循环之前手动将洗涤剂组分加入洗罐中。因此,在第一循环之前加入的组分通过运行机器15秒,接着5分钟的等待时间溶解在主洗罐中。在实验之前,针对每个清洁循环单独称量出列举在表1中的不同原料并加入洗碗机中。
表1:实验配方1的组合物。ATMP是氨基三(亚甲基膦酸),Mn-TACN是根据式(XIX)的过氧化催化剂。1g/l的实验配方1在蒸馏水中的溶液的pH为10.1至10.3。
对于该实验,使用玉米淀粉悬浮液污染陶瓷瓷砖,所述玉米淀粉悬浮液经加热直到稠化,然后施加到陶瓷瓷砖。
在清洁程序后,使用碘溶液对淀粉瓷砖染色,以使任何残留的淀粉膜可见。染色的瓷砖使用彩色扫描仪成像,并且通过ImageJ软件分析图像,以确定淀粉去除的水平。
对于图像分析,将瓷砖图像转化成16-比特灰度图像并测定每块瓷砖的平均灰度值。完全清洁的瓷砖将具有灰度值255,而完全黑色的瓷砖将具有灰度值0。然后基于与使用水和苛性洗涤剂的对照测试比较的相对灰度值,对每个实验作出评级。用于评级瓷砖的等级量表显示在表2中。

使用来自实验配方1的单个组分进行许多测试(表1)。这些测试的结果显示在表3中。结果显示,即使当与2000ppm苛性洗涤剂相比时,碳酸钠、过碳酸钠和催化剂的本发明的组合(实施例7和12)也引起淀粉去除的改进。
表3:在测试瓷砖上的清洁性能测试的结果。实施例4至6中的样品如下制备:以与在1.5g/L剂量的配方1中使用的量相等的量混合相应组分(表1)。

苛性洗涤剂是包含17.65重量%的水、37.9重量%的氢氧化钠、42重量%的氨基羧酸盐/酯、1.2重量%的乙氧化非离子表面活性剂和1.25重量%的聚丙烯酸酯/盐的组合物。
另外的清洁性能测试使用市售的淀粉涂覆的蜜胺瓷砖(TestfabricsInc.)进行。瓷砖使用混合淀粉(DM-77)或大米淀粉(DM-78)涂覆。在这些瓷砖上的淀粉污物比在陶瓷瓷砖上的淀粉污物难去除得多,因此需要使用更多的循环。使用这些蜜胺瓷砖的测试通常需要多于50次循环以获得实质的淀粉污物去除。由于可测量的淀粉去除需要更大数量的循环,因此所有使用蜜胺瓷砖的测试利用自动分配器来传送期望量的洗涤剂。相应地,将全配方制成块以测试淀粉去除性能。清洁测试在两块DM-77和两块DM-78蜜胺瓷砖上进行。在进行测试后,使用比色计分析瓷砖以确定污物去除的百分比。污物去除百分比如下计算:测量瓷砖在240nm处的吸光度,并与瓷砖的初始吸光度以及清洁瓷砖的吸光度进行比较。
表4和表5和图1和2分别显示50次循环和10次循环的淀粉去除性能。结果证明含有过碳酸盐和催化剂的实验配方1(表1)比水、2000ppm的苛性洗涤剂或2500ppm的有灰型洗涤剂(ashdetergent)具有显著更高的淀粉去除性能。
有灰型洗涤剂是包含8.55重量%的水、0.45重量%的氢氧化钾、72.33重量%的碳酸钠、7.5重量%的柠檬酸钠、5.7重量%的表面活性剂(基于环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物)、3重量%的聚丙烯酸盐/酯、0.58重量%的ATMP和2重量%的糖的组合物。
即使500ppm剂量的实验配方1在50次循环后也显示几乎完全的淀粉去除。此外,使用1500ppm剂量的全配方能够在仅10次循环后去除许多淀粉。在10次循环后,在使用水洗涤的瓷砖和使用苛性或有灰型洗涤剂洗涤的瓷砖之间几乎无差异。

Claims (14)
1.浓缩洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
碱金属碳酸盐,
碱金属过碳酸盐,和
根据式(I)的过氧化催化剂
[(LpMq)nXr]Ys(I)
其中
每个L独立地为有机配体,其含有与金属M配位的至少三个氮原子和/或至少两个羧基;
M为Mn或Fe;
每个X独立地为配位或桥联基团,其选自H2O、OH-、SH-、HO2 -、O2-、O2 2-、S2-、F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、NO3 -、NO2 -、SO4 2-、SO3 2-、PO4 3-、N3 -、CN-、NR3、NCS-、RCN、RS-、RCO2 -、RO-和其中R为氢或C1至C6烷基;
p为1至4的整数;
q为1至2的整数;
r为0至6的整数;
z表示配合物[(LpMq)nXr]的电荷;
Y为抗衡离子;
且
s是抗衡离子的数量。
2.根据权利要求1的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,其中所述过氧化催化剂是根据式(II)的配合物
其中L1和L2可以是分别的配体或其中L1和L2可以组合成单个分子。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,其中L是根据式(II)至(IV)的配体
其中每个R1独立地选自氢和C1-C6烷基。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,其中Y选自Cl-、Br-、I-、NO3 -、ClO4 -、NCS-、BPh4 -、BF4 -、PF6 -、R2-SO3 -、R2-SO4 -和R2-CO2 -,其中R2为氢或C1至C4烷基。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含0.0005至0.12重量%的过氧化催化剂配合物形式的金属M。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含至少36重量%的碱金属过碳酸盐。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含至少5重量%的碱金属碳酸盐。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物当以1g/l的浓度稀释在蒸馏水中时,提供至少8的pH。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物还包含至少一种选自下列的化合物:表面活性剂、活化剂、螯合/掩蔽剂、硅酸盐、洗涤剂填料或粘合剂、消泡剂、抗再沉积剂、酶、染料、香味剂及其混合物。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物以固体、粉末、液体或凝胶的形式提供。
11.根据权利要求1至9中任一项的浓缩洗涤剂组合物作为餐具洗涤剂用于去除淀粉污物的用途。
12.根据权利要求11的用途,其中稀释所述浓缩洗涤剂组合物以提供具有0.1至10g/l的浓度的使用溶液。
13.根据权利要求11和12中任一项的用途,其中浓缩洗涤剂组合物在20至85℃的温度下使用。
14.根据权利要求11至13中任一项的用途,其中使用所述餐具洗涤剂达10秒至5分钟的洗涤时间。
