Abstract

本发明一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉涉及的是一种用于治疗脊柱畸形、腰骶部外伤、炎症以及肿瘤疾患的脊柱-骨盆稳定重建的内固定植入物之一。一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉,其特征在于:包括钉帽、中间体、卡圈和螺钉;所述的钉帽内部中空,钉帽内部上方设有内螺纹孔,且钉帽周向有两个腰形孔,其中一个腰形孔是闭合,为钉帽封闭腰形孔,另外一个腰形孔是开口的,为钉帽开口腰形孔,方便侧向连接棒的放置;所述的中间体设置有一个半球形内腔,在中间体的顶端有一通孔。所述的螺钉头部为球形结构,且球形结构的顶端有台阶,头部上端设有螺钉内六角孔,通过旋入卡圈将螺钉头部卡入钉帽中。所述的卡圈将螺钉头部卡入钉帽,使螺钉不能退出。

一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉
技术领域
本发明一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉涉及的是一种用于治疗脊柱畸形、腰骶部外伤、炎症以及肿瘤疾患的脊柱-骨盆稳定重建的内固定植入物之一。
背景技术
脊柱内固定系统现如今已能够成熟运用。脊柱内固定技术的发展主要为了满足对脊柱畸形的矫正,自第一例颈椎骨融合以来,脊柱内固定的发展从未间断,由最初的刚性固定已经发展为半刚性固定以及动力固定系统,实现了脊柱内固定系统的提高与完善。动力固定系统即软固定或者柔性固定,是脊柱运动保证在可控范围内,既能限制脊柱的异常运动,又能改变脊柱运动节段的负荷模式,缓解压力,这是目前广泛应用的脊柱内固定技术。
针对目前胸腰后路的脊柱内固定系统,所用髂骨钉的钉帽周向上用于连接侧向连接棒的腰形孔,连接棒要穿过腰形孔。然而,已经定型的连接棒折弯麻烦,插入腰形孔比较困难,这对于医生手术存在一定的困难和风险。
现如今,脊柱内固定系统问题引人关注,手术时,怎样简单、便捷、低风险地完成手术显得尤为重要。因此,对髂骨钉在脊柱内固定系统的应用领域里提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足之处,提供了一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉,更好地、有效地解决了以上目前传统的全闭型髂骨螺钉在脊柱内固定手术中出现的问题。
一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉包括钉帽、中间体、卡圈和螺钉。
所述的钉帽内部中空,钉帽内部上方设有内螺纹孔,且钉帽周向有两个腰形孔,其中一个腰形孔是闭合,为钉帽封闭腰形孔,另外一个腰形孔是开口的,为钉帽开口腰形孔,方便侧向连接棒的放置。
所述的中间体设置有一个半球形内腔,在中间体的顶端有一通孔。
所述的螺钉头部为球形结构,且球形结构的顶端有台阶,头部上端设有螺钉内六角孔,通过旋入卡圈将螺钉头部卡入钉帽中。螺钉设置有螺钉骨螺纹。
所述的卡圈将螺钉头部卡入钉帽,使螺钉不能退出。
所述的卡圈是一个具有弹性的环形卡簧。
工作原理
首先根据手术要求,首先完成胸腰后路的脊柱内固定系统搭建,然后在相应位置的髂骨上打孔、攻丝,将装配好的髂骨螺钉旋入已经预留的螺纹孔内。在胸腰后路的脊柱内固定系统的连接棒上装入侧向连接棒,然后把侧向连接棒的圆棒端沿着一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉钉帽的开口腰形孔一侧放入,然后调整好钉帽的角度,使侧向连接棒的圆柱端插进一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉钉帽的封闭腰形孔内,以此完成内固定工作。
一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉优点:
一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉很好的解决了传统的脊柱内固定系统中侧向连接棒放置不方便的问题,使其操作方便,有效地缩短手术时间,消除了手术中潜在的手术隐患。

具体实施方式
参照附图1~4,一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉包括钉帽1、中间体2、卡圈3和螺钉4。
所述的钉帽1内部中空,钉帽1内部上方设有内螺纹孔1-1,且钉帽周向有两个腰形孔,其中一个腰形孔是闭合,为钉帽封闭腰形孔1-3,另外一个腰形孔是开口的,为钉帽开口腰形孔1-2,方便侧向连接棒的放置。
所述的中间体2设置有一个半球形内腔2-2,在中间体2的顶端有一通孔2-1。
所述的螺钉4头部为球形结构,且球形结构的顶端有螺钉球头台阶4-2,头部上端设有螺钉内六角孔4-1,通过旋入卡圈3,将螺钉4头部卡入钉帽1中。螺钉4设置有螺钉骨螺纹4-3。
所述的卡圈3将螺钉头部卡入钉帽,使螺钉4不能退出。
所述的卡圈3是一个具有弹性的环形卡簧。
一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉使用时,将中间体半球形内腔2-2开口向外装入钉帽1的无螺纹端;将卡圈3旋入螺钉4颈部后压进钉帽1中。完成一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉的装配后,根据手术要求,首先完成胸腰后路的脊柱内固定系统搭建,在相应位置的髂骨上打孔、攻丝,将装配好的髂骨螺钉旋入已经预留的螺纹孔内,在胸腰后路的脊柱内固定系统的连接棒5上装入侧向连接棒6,然后把侧向连接棒6的圆棒端沿着一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉钉帽的开口腰形孔1-2一侧放入,然后调整好钉帽1的角度,使侧向连接棒6的圆柱端插进一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉钉帽的封闭腰形孔1-3内,以此完成内固定工作。

1.一种半开半闭型脊柱髂骨螺钉,其特征在于:包括钉帽、中间体、卡圈和螺钉;
所述的钉帽内部中空,钉帽内部上方设有内螺纹孔,所述钉帽周向有两个腰形孔,其中一个腰形孔是闭合,为钉帽封闭腰形孔,另外一个腰形孔是开口的,为钉帽开口腰形孔,方便侧向连接棒的放置;
所述的中间体设置有一个半球形内腔,在中间体的顶端有一通孔;
所述的螺钉头部为球形结构,且球形结构的顶端有台阶,头部上端设有螺钉内六角孔,通过旋入卡圈将螺钉头部卡入钉帽中;
所述的卡圈将螺钉头部卡入钉帽,使螺钉不能退出。
