An oscillating electric toothbrush comprising: the toothbrush comprises a body (1), a bearing seat (3), a driving shaft (4), a toothbrush body (9) and a transmission mechanism (5), wherein a motor (2) and a battery (15) are arranged in the body (1); the bearing seat (3) is fixed on the top of the body (1) through a bearing seat cover (7) and is internally provided with a transmission mechanism; the driving shaft (4) is hinged on the bearing seat (3); toothbrush body (9) inlay and insert in drive shaft (4) end, its characterized in that: the transmission mechanism (5) comprises a driven body (51), a driving body (52) and a rotary return spring (53), wherein the driven body (51) is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the driving shaft (4) in the bearing seat (3) and is provided with a bearing rod (511); the driving body (52) is arranged on a motor output shaft (21) in the bearing seat (3), and a driving lever (521) is arranged on the driving body corresponding to the bearing rod (511); the turning spring (53) is arranged between the driving shaft (4) and the bearing seat (3).

The oscillating electric toothbrush of claim 1, wherein: wherein, the driven body (51) of the transmission mechanism (5) is in a ring cylinder shape, the inner end of the bearing rod (511) extends into the ring, the driving body (52) is accommodated in the ring of the driven body (51), and the driven body (51) and the motor output shaft (21) are eccentrically arranged.

The oscillating electric toothbrush of claim 1, wherein: wherein, the ring surface of the bottom end of the bearing seat (3) is provided with an inner convex rail (37) and an outer convex rail (38); the driving body (52) of the transmission mechanism (5) is in a disc shape and is sleeved on the noncircular output shaft (21) of the motor (2) in a sliding way, a compression spring (54) is sleeved between the output shaft (21) and the bottom of the driving body (52), the top end surface of the driving body is provided with inner and outer cams (522) and (523) corresponding to the inner and outer convex rails (37) and (38) of the bearing seat, and the deflector rod (521) of the driving body (52) is arranged on the inner side of the inner cam (522) and corresponds to the bearing rod (511) of the driven body (51).
