背景技术
子宫肌瘤又称子宫平滑肌瘤,是女性生殖器最常见的一种良性肿瘤。多无症状,少数表现为阴道出血,腹部触及肿物以及压迫症状等。如发生蒂扭转或其他情况时可引起疼痛。以多发性子宫肌瘤常见。临床实践证实,子宫肌瘤常并发输卵管、卵巢病变,也极易和子宫体腺癌和宫颈癌同时存在,是影响现代女性健康的重要原因。
藏医药学以五源(土、水、火、风、空)学说为指导,三因(隆、赤巴、培根)学说为核心,七大精华(精微、血液、肌肉、脂肪、骨、髓、精液)、三大秽物(大、小便、汗液)及脏腑、经络的生理、病理为基础,天人合一、整体观念、辨证论冶为特点,形成自己独特而完整的理论体系。
正常状况下,五源在人体内相互制约、相互促进、相互平衡来维持生命。人体五源未增、损、紊乱谓无病,反之谓发病,发病原因是人体五源失去平衡,引起隆、赤巴、培根病变,导致七大精华、三大秽物及脏腑、经络的生理发生不同程度的改变而出现异常的反应。在此谈到的妇科病中最常见的子宫肿瘤也是气候、饮食、行为、起居的作用下,人体内有关妇科脏器的五源、三因、七大精华、三大秽物失去平衡而出现月经失调,不同性质的过度增生、异常分化和分泌物堆积等丽形成的新的生物就称为子宫肿瘤。藏医认为肿瘤的病因是不规律的气候、饮食、行为、起居等。特别是行为中的频繁性生活、子宫内温下降、外界影响、产后不规范治疗、长时间居住潮湿地区、不加强卫生等引起的。肿瘤分7种:“培根”引起的肿瘤、血液引起的肿瘤、“赤巴”引起的肿瘤、“隆”引起的肿瘤、“细菌”引起的肿瘤、“黄水”引起的肿瘤、“毛”引起的肿瘤。
藏医诊断标准是子宫增大、腹下部疼痛、耻骨联合上方触到肿块儿、质硬、不平,经量增多、自带增多、月经失捌、月经来时疼痛剧烈、贫血症、不孕不育、还有肿瘤高度增大时,压迫膀胱,导致尿急、排尿困难,压迫直肠,可导致便秘等出现尿不顺畅的症状。

硇砂:取净硇砂块,除去杂质,捣碎置高原牦牛血液中溶化,过滤后倒入木盆中,加入清水浸泡72小时(硇砂浸泡液备用),阴干后用铁锅焙炒直至红透,放凉,取出阴干,研粉;
竹茹:取竹茹捆绑成捆,木桶内用硇砂浸泡液浸泡72小时,研成粉,加水蒸后,取出阴干,研粉。
沙棘膏:取沙棘洗净,将成熟的沙棘果放入铜锅中煮至果肉烂,滤过,将滤液浓缩收膏,至冷后不粘手即可,取出阴干,研粉。

诃子:为使君子科植物诃子TerminaliachebulaRetz.或绒毛诃子TerminaliachebulaRetz.var.tomentellaKurt.的干燥成熟果实。其性温,味苦酸涩,具有敛肺、涩肠、下气的功效,多用于久泻久痢、便血脱肛、肺虚喘咳、久咳失音、尿频遗精、崩漏带下等证。(2010版中国药典第一部p173)。
寒水石:寒水石,中药名。是一种矿石中药材,清热泻火药,又称凝水石、水石、鹊石,本品为天然沉积矿物单斜晶系硫酸钙或三方晶系碳酸钙矿石。类别:石矿,可提炼出石膏,却不能直接称石膏,由于硬度低,只含玉质,不含水晶。性味:性寒,味辛、咸。功效与作用:凉血降火,除伏热,固齿明目。用于伤寒热盛,胃热消渴,小儿高热,烦满,腹泻,牙痛等。(2010版中国药典第一部p185)
硇砂:主要用于消积软坚,破瘀散结。治症瘕痃癖,噎膈反胃,痰饮,喉痹,积痢,经闭,目翳,息肉,
竹茹:为禾本科植物青秆竹BambusatuldoidesMunro、大头典竹Sinocalamusbeecheyanus(Munro)McClurevar.pubescensP.F.Li或淡竹PhyILostachysnigra(Lodd.)Munrovar.henonis(Mitf.)StapfexRendle的茎秆的干燥中间层。性微寒,味甘。清热化痰,除烦止呕,安胎。主治肺热咳嗽,胃热呃逆,呕吐,吐血,子宫出血。(2010版中国药典第一部p130)
沙棘:为胡颓子科植物沙棘HippophaethamnoidesL.的干燥成熟果实。味酸、涩,性温。健脾消食,止咳祛痰,活血散瘀。用于脾虚食少,食积腹痛,咳嗽痰多,胸痹心痛,瘀血经闭,跌扑瘀肿。(2010版中国药典第一部p171)
忍冬果:本品为忍冬科植物越橘叶忍冬LoniceramyrtillusHook.f.etThoms.或小叶忍冬LoniceramicrophyllaWilld.exRoem.etSchult.的干燥成熟果实。8—10月果实成熟时采收,晾干。味甘,性凉。功能清心热,调经。主要用于心热,月经不调等妇科病。
光明盐:为天然的食盐结晶。性味:咸,平。归肝;肾经,祛风明目;消食化积;解毒。主目赤肿痛;泪眵多;食积脘胀;食物中毒。
紫铆子:为豆科植物紫铆Buteamonosperma(Lan.)Kuntze的干燥成熟种子。性味:苦、甘,温。驱虫,干黄水,止骚痒。用于虫病,黄水病,皮肤骚痒。
具体实施方式
实施例1.
本发明复方藏药的原料组成是:石菖蒲30克、诃子30克、寒水石30克、硇砂20克、竹茹40克、沙棘膏10克、忍冬果30克、光明盐15克、紫铆子25克组成。
石菖蒲:去皮,除去根毛及杂质,洗净,润透,切片,晒干或低温干燥,筛去灰屑,阴干研粉;
炒诃子:清水洗净,晒干,入锅内用武火炒至表面深黄色为度,取出放凉阴干研粉;
寒水石:除去杂质,在石锅里捣碎,研磨24个小时后,研磨时不能在室内,阴干,阴干时间不能阳光直接接触,阴干研粉;
硇砂:取净硇砂块,除去杂质,捣碎置高原牦牛血液中溶化,过滤后倒入木盆中,加入清水浸泡72小时(硇砂浸泡液备用),阴干后用铁锅焙炒直至红透,放凉,阴干研粉;
竹茹:取竹茹捆绑成捆,木桶内用5倍重量的硇砂浸泡液浸泡72小时,研成粉,蒸煮后,阴干研粉;
沙棘膏:取沙棘洗净,将成熟的沙棘果放入铜锅中煮至果肉烂,滤过,将滤液浓缩收膏,至冷后不粘手即可,阴干研粉;
忍冬:取忍冬去杂质,洗净捣碎,加蜂蜜适量,青稞酒适量,用陶罐密封三天,取出阴干研粉;
光明盐:除去杂质,捣碎、以水溶化后,反复过滤、除去滤液,用铁锅文火反复搅动煎炼,当光明盐成白色结晶时,取白色结晶,用青稞酒浸泡72小时,用5倍重量的青稞酒浸泡72小时,每一小时搅动均匀一次,然后再次用清水反复浸泡,过滤杂质取出阴干研粉;
紫铆子:洗净、去皮、捣碎用5倍重量的黑山羊乳汁浸泡72小时,加3倍重量的青稞酒浸泡24小时,取出摊开阴干,研粉。
实施例2.
本发明复方藏药的原料组成是:石菖蒲20克、诃子25克、寒水石20克、硇砂15克、竹茹30克、沙棘膏10克、忍冬果30克、光明盐15克、紫铆子25克组成。

实施例3.

石菖蒲:去皮,除去根毛及杂质,洗净,润透,切片,晒干或低温干燥,筛去灰屑。阴干研粉。
诃子肉:用锤打开诃子果皮,除去果核即得。
寒水石:除去杂质,在石锅里捣碎,研磨24个小时后,研磨时不能在室内,阴干,阴干时间不能阳光直接接触,阴干研粉;
硇砂:取净硇砂块,除去杂质,捣碎置3倍重量的高原牦牛血液中溶化,过滤后倒入木盆中,加入3倍重量的清水浸泡72小时(硇砂浸泡液备用),阴干后用铁锅焙炒直至红透,放凉,阴干研粉;

实施例4.
患者情况:400例,女性患者16—60岁左右,其中妇女患者以子宫肌瘤影响妇女月经改变,月经周期缩短、经量增多、经期延长、不规则阴道流血等。腹部胀大,下腹扪及肿物,伴有下坠感。白带增多,有时制备大量脓血性排液及腐肉样组织排出伴臭味。发热及全身不适症状。
子宫肌瘤400例,分为三组,使用本发明实施例1-3的藏药复方制剂,每日一至二次。重症者可每日二次、每次二至三克,每个疗程21天。
治疗方案:服用本发明藏药轻症患者一天一次,重症患者服用标准:一天1次二次1.5克至2克,(21天为一个疗程)一般患者服用三个疗程各方面机理恢复正常,重症者三至六个疗程。
疗效标准:
痊愈:子宫肌瘤消失;且;月经恢复正常,月经周期恢复、经量减少、经期延长消失、不规则阴道流血等恢复正常;腹部胀大消除,伴有下坠感消除。白带减少,消除大量脓血性排液及腐肉样组织排出的臭味;发热及全身不适症状恢复。睡眠正常,心里愉快舒畅,饮食、生活、工作均恢复正常;所有机理恢复正常,发热及全身不适症状消失。
显效:月经恢复正常,月经周期恢复、经量减少、经期延长消失、不规则阴道流血等恢复正常。腹部胀大消除,伴有下坠感消除。白带减少,消除大量脓血性排液及腐肉样组织排出的臭味。发热及全身不适症状恢复。睡眠正常,心里愉快舒畅,饮食、生活、工作均恢复正常。所有机理恢复正常,发热及全身不适症状消失。
有效:子宫肌瘤所引起的不适应基本症消除,月经周期基本恢复正常、经量减少、经期延长消失、不规则阴道流血等基本恢复正常。腹部胀大基本消除,伴有下坠感基本消除。白带减少,消除大量脓血性排液及腐肉样组织排出的臭味减少。发热及全身不适症状恢复。
无效:白带增多,时产生的大量脓血性排液及腐肉样组织排出伴臭味。疼痛、下腹坠胀、腰背酸痛、腹痛剧烈且伴发热。血性和米汤样白带,臭味。月经改变,月经的异常,包括月经量过多,周期紊乱失去规律,月经持续时间延长,淋漓出血、全身乏力,脸色苍白,气短心慌等症状发热及全身不适症状未消失。
治疗结果:
实施例1组:子宫肌瘤痊愈160例,显效50例,有效90例,无效10例
实施例2组:子宫肌瘤痊愈130例,显效60例,有效65例,无效5例
实施例3组:子宫肌瘤痊愈110例,显效40例,有效55例,无效5例
子宫肌瘤患者若能及时用本发明藏药,子宫肌瘤所引起的不适应症消除,月经周期恢复正常、经量减少、经期延长消失、不规则阴道流血等恢复正常。腹部胀大消除,伴有下坠感消除。白带减少,消除大量脓血性排液及腐肉样组织排出的臭味。发热及全身不适症状恢复。睡眠正常,心里愉快舒畅,饮食、生活、工作均恢复正常。所有机理恢复正常,发热及全身不适症状消失。
本发明为治疗子宫肌瘤及其引发的妇科疾病,无毒副作用;所用原料仅为天然药,因此成本低。可工业化生产。
Claims (5)
1.一种治疗妇科子宫肌瘤的复方藏药,其特征是由以下组分组成:石菖蒲5-50克、诃子5-50克、寒水石10-100克、硇砂5-50克、竹茹10-100克、沙棘膏5-50克、忍冬果10-100克、光明盐5-50克、紫铆子10-100克组成。
2.一种治疗妇科子宫肌瘤的复方藏药,其特征是由以下组分组成:石菖蒲20克、诃子25克、寒水石20克、硇砂15克、竹茹30克、沙棘膏10克、忍冬果30克、光明盐15克、紫铆子25克组成。
3.如权利要求1至2任一所说的复方藏药,其特征是:将药材粉碎成细粉,混合得到。
4.如权利要求1至2任一所说的复方藏药,其特征是:将按照常规方法炮制药材,将炮制的药材粉碎成细粉,混合得到。

石菖蒲:去皮,除去根毛及杂质,洗净,润透,切片,晒干或低温干燥,筛去灰屑,取出阴干,研粉;
诃子肉:用锤打开诃子果皮,除去果核即得;

忍冬果:取忍冬果去杂质,洗净,捣碎,加蜂蜜适量,青稞酒适量,用陶罐密封三天,取出阴干,研粉;
