本发明涉及一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，属于医药领域。
背景技术
失眠通常指患者对睡眠时间或质量不满足并影响白天社会功能的一种主观体验，包括入睡困难、时常觉醒及晨醒过早，失眠可引起人的疲劳感，全身不适、反应迟缓、记忆力不集中等症状，长期失眠易引起心烦意乱、疲乏无力，甚至头痛、多梦、多汗、记忆力减退，还可引起一系列临床症状，并诱发一些心身性疾病，中医学称失眠为“不寐”、“目不瞑”，“不得眠”，“不得卧”，有关失眠的发病率世界各国的统计结果不尽相同，我国目前估计为15％～30％，形成失眠的原因很多，或因思虑劳倦，内伤心脾，气血不足，神失所养；或因情志抑郁，肝气郁结，气郁化火，扰及心神，此病常规的治疗方法是服用舒乐安定片、谷维素片、维生素B1片等药物，其特点是：治标不治本，不能从根本上治疗失眠症，而且长期服用此类药物，会导致记忆减退，精神恍惚等后遗症。
发明内容
为了从根本上治疗或减轻失眠症，本发明提供一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其特征是：每份：黄连3-6g，栀子8-15g，陈皮8-15g，半夏5-10g，茯苓5-15g，枳实8-15g，肉桂3-5g，炒枣仁10-30g，甘草3-5g。
将上述药物挑选、去除杂质后用自来水洗净，采用中药制剂的常规方法制成任何制剂的内服剂型。服用剂量：8g/次，3次/日。
下面通过药理分析进一步说明该方剂的科学性和合理性：本方用黄连为君药，黄连苦寒，入心、肝、胆、胃经，具有清热燥湿，清心除烦的作用，《本草衍义补遗》谓黄连“去中焦湿热而泻心火。”
栀子、陈皮为臣药，栀子苦寒，入心、肝、胆、胃经，清热除烦，《别录》谓其“疗心中烦闷”，与黄连配伍，以增强本方清心泻火，除烦安神的作用，陈皮辛苦而温，具有理气健脾，燥湿化痰的作用，可以疗胸脘痞闷，与黄连、栀子配伍起清热化痰的作用。
半夏、茯苓、枳实、肉桂、炒枣仁为佐药，其中，半夏辛温，功善燥湿祛痰，是治疗痰湿之要药，《别录》谓其“消心腹胸膈痰热满结。”与陈皮相须使用，可增强本方清热燥湿之功能，茯苓甘平，具有健脾祛湿，宁心安神的作用，《本经》谓其主“忧恚惊邪恐悸，”“久服安魂养神。”另《世补斋》谓：“茯苓一味，为治痰主药。”枳实苦微寒，行气祛痰，消胀除满，《别录》：“消胸胁痰癖”。肉桂辛热之品，入肾经，本方少佐之，起引火归源之效，与黄连配伍以交通心肾。酸枣仁甘酸而平，养肝宁心安神，《本草图解》谓：“肝藏魂，卧则魂归于肝，肝不能藏魂，故不得瞑。枣仁味酸归肝，肝受养，故熟寐也。”甘草调和诸药。本方诸药配伍，共奏清热化痰，宁心安神之功效，适用于失眠痰热内扰证。
现以临床治疗观察的80例患者为例，进一步说明其有效性，其中：男36例，女44例；年龄最大74岁，最小24岁，平均年龄54岁；病程最长20年、最短1年，80例患者采用上述方剂，一日一剂水煎分服治疗，两周为一疗程。疗效标准按照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》制定的失眠症疗效判定标准：痊愈：睡眠时间恢复正常或夜间睡眠时间6h以上，睡眠深沉、醒后精力充沛；显效：睡眠明显好转，睡眠时间增加3h以上，睡眠深度增加；有效：症状减轻，睡眠时间增加不足3h；无效：治疗后失眠无明显改善或反复出现。80例患者经过两周的服药治疗，根据以上判定标准，其中：痊愈18例、显效36例、有效22例、无效4例，总有效率95％。
具体实施方式
将黄连5g，栀子12g，陈皮12g，半夏8g，茯苓10g，枳实12g，肉桂4g，炒枣仁20g，甘草4g，上述药物挑选、去除杂质后用自来水洗净，一日一剂水煎分服，服用剂量：8g/次，3次/日，连续服用一个疗程，会收到明显的疗效。
