本发明涉及畜牧领域,具体涉及一种基于红枣的牛育肥饲料。
背景技术
新疆南疆地处欧亚大陆腹地,塔里木盆地周围,干旱少雨,空气透明度高,日照时间长,光热资源十分丰富,该区无霜期达200天以上,气候条件适宜红枣栽培,该区红枣种植已成为当地支柱产业。但同时,中国最大的沙漠“塔克拉玛干沙漠”位于塔里木盆地的中心,春季多风沙、秋季雨水较其他季节多。果实成熟时由于枣果中游离水含量较大,容易出现裂果。枣树进入结果期后如遇风沙天气、雨水天气,将造成大量枣果脱落,出现虫咬、碰撞和挤压等,造成表面损伤,微生物就更容易侵入枣果繁殖,出现腐烂现象。也有部分枣园因管理不精细,水肥跟不上或使用化肥,致使枣果较小或出现“皮皮枣”。这些枣果均列为伤残红枣,不仅枣果品质下降、等级降低,甚至无法食用及继续深加工,造成了大量的浪费。如果将伤残红枣做为家畜饲料来开发,无疑可以减轻枣农的经济损失。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种基于伤残红枣的牛育肥饲料,通过红枣的添加,以及多种原料的合理配比,营养成分更加丰富、更容易吸收,育肥牛食用后增重效果好,实用性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种基于红枣的牛育肥饲料,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
玉米64%、棉粕5%、预混料2%、麸皮9%、红枣6%、菜籽饼5%、胡麻饼5%、石粉2%、碳酸氢钠1%、磷酸氢钙0.5%、食盐0.5%。
经测定:灰分5.25%、粗蛋白19.71%、水份8.92%、钙0.71%、磷0.67%。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过红枣的添加,以及多种原料的合理配比,营养成分更加丰富、更容易吸收,育肥牛食用后增重效果好,料肉比高,安全可靠。

按表1的饲料配方,分别称取各组分,按配比混合后,得实施例1饲料、对比例1饲料、对比例2饲料和对比例3饲料。

试验选择健康无疾病,体重相近(平均274.48kg)的60头西门塔尔育成牛(公牛),随机分成4组,每组15头牛。A组饲喂实施例1配方,B组饲喂的是对比例1配方,C组饲喂的是对比例2配方,D组饲喂的是对比例3配方。A、B、C、D组均采用精粗料混合后饲喂,定期饮水。在饲喂期间,定期检查精饲料、粗饲料,防止霉变。在试验前、试验后用同一种方法称重。
供试牛群位于同一幢牛舍同一排,由专人饲喂和管理。供试牛入舍前,舍内及器具均彻底消毒。供试牛在试验前驱除体内外寄生虫,并且口服健胃散。预饲期5天,让牛逐渐适应新的环境和饲养管理方式,在此期间精料的喂量由少至多,逐步完全改为正式期的试验日粮,试验期60天。每天定时饲喂2次,分别为早上6:30和下午17:30。各组均不断地添加饲料,直至不采食后,将剩余料清扫称重。
在育肥末,每组供试牛随机抽取4头进行采取血样,肝素钠抗凝,送当地医院进行测定。
试验结果
体重的测定。供试牛群育肥前和育肥末分别于早晨空腹称重并记录。

可见A组(实施例1配方)供试牛日增重效果最好。

红枣含有丰富的营养成分,对贫血、血小板减少、体虚乏力的现象有很好地改善,常食红枣,有很好的补益作用,可治贫血。红枣中含有丰富的多糖和维生素、矿物质等,有提高机体免疫力的功效。另外,红枣中含有大量的环磷酸腺苷物质,它能扩张血管,增强心肌收缩力,改善心肌营养,对防治心血管病有一定的作用。针对急慢性肝炎或肝硬化所引起的血清转氨酶(SGPT)升高,多食红枣能降低血清谷丙转氨酶水平。在本试验中,A组、D组饲料配方中加入伤残红枣,B组、C组的饲料配方中未添加。
谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)这两种转氨酶主要存在于组织细胞内,并且在非蛋白质分解代谢和必需氨基酸的合成中起到中介作用。当ALT明显升高,AST/ALT比值>1时,就提示有肝实质的损害,从试验的A、B、C、D四组供试牛群血样生化指标中可以看出,A组、D组血样ALT测定结果比B组、C组低,可能与B组、C组添加了多量的棉粕,A组、D组饲料中含有伤残红枣有关。
血清中总蛋白由白蛋白与球蛋白组成。白蛋白除作为载体外,也是机体蛋白质的一个来源,用于修补组织和提供能量;α-球蛋白是肝细胞产生,当肝脏出现炎症时肝细胞坏死,α球蛋白就会升高,γ-球蛋白是机体免疫系统产生的。病程越长,病症越重,球蛋白会越高。A、B、D三组试验牛白蛋白变化不大。从球蛋白测定结果来看,A组最低,说明添加少量伤残红枣对机体肝脏有一定的保护作用。
胆红素是临床上判定黄疸的重要依据,也是肝功能的重要指标,胆红素可分为直接胆红素、间接胆红素和总胆红素。间接胆红素主要是由红细胞破坏而来,其经过肝脏代谢可变为直接胆红素,随胆汁排入胆道,最后经粪便排出。一旦肝脏代谢功能等出现问题,会导致间接胆红素偏高。A、D组供试牛总胆红素相对较低,A组牛直接胆红素相对较高,间接胆红素中D组牛明显低于其它组。上述结果可能与A、D组添加红枣有关。
碱性磷酸酶是广泛分布于机体器官组织中,其中以肝脏为最多,其次为肾脏、骨骼、肠和胎盘等组织。从测定结果来看,A、B组明显高于C、D组。在生理性的骨骼发育期,碱性磷酸酶活力升高,结合表2可知,A、B组牛平均日增重高于C、D组,与此结果相吻合。
谷氨酰胺转移酶主要来自肝脏,该指标各组间变化不大。
从表3测定结果综合来看,A组饲料方(实施例1配方)最具实用性,按6%的比例对育肥牛添加饲喂伤残红枣可以推广使用。
经济效益分析。试验前称取精饲料投放量,每天试验牛采食结束后,称取剩余料量,计算出每组牛的总精料采食量。根据当地目前市场饲料价格计算精料成本。
表4各组配方对牛育肥的经济效益分析
由表4可知A组饲料配方料肉比最低,B组虽然精料饲喂成本最低(每增重1kg肉需消耗8.04元的精料),但多量添加棉粕,有引起牛棉酚中毒的可能。从D组饲料配方来看,增加伤残红枣的用量,不仅增重效果不好,而且增加了饲料成本,对育肥牛不适合大量添加伤残红枣。
研究表明,在供试牛饲喂不同饲料配方上,实施例1配方在饲料消耗方面比对比例1配方、例2配方、例3配方多,但通过体重变化、料肉比、饲喂成本对比分析来看,实施例1配方优于各对比例方。结合血液生化指标分析,实施例1配方更具有实用性,可以推广使用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
