技术领域
本发明属于养殖饲料技术领域,特别涉及一种小鸵鸟饲料及其生产方法。
背景技术
鸵鸟是一种全身每个部分都有很高经济价值的珍禽,鸵鸟肉具有高蛋白、低脂肪、低胆固醇,而且含有 21 种人体必需的氨基酸,无药物残留、肌肉细嫩、鲜美可口、胜过牛肉,适合现代人类膳食潮流。营养学家认为,鸵鸟肉将成为下世纪主体肉食。鸵鸟具有低饲养要求、高经济价值的特点,又有反刍动物耐粗饲料的特性和家禽优秀的繁殖能力。鸵鸟所具有的适应性广、耐粗饲料、高繁殖力、高抗病力和高经济效益,为发展特种养殖业开辟了一条新门路。
目前,人们在养殖鸵鸟时,一般情况下都是饲喂玉米、草粉、麦麸、豆饼、米糠等,由于饲养护及养殖场在饲养投喂的饲料单一,根本满足不了鸵鸟生长发育及营养的需求,极易造成鸵鸟的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、矿物质及各种维生素及微量元素的缺乏,使鸵鸟由于各种营养的不足,造成鸵鸟早期脱毛、啄食毛、毛色暗淡无光泽,生长发育慢,个头小、重量轻、羽毛松乱、活动量少,适口性能差,易患各种传染病,严重者易死亡。而且,目前的鸵鸟饲料导致小鸵鸟腿病较多,主要表现在腿骨变形、骨折,甚至瘫痪,长期卧地不起,最终导致死亡,严重养殖影响我国鸵鸟养殖行业的经济效益。
另外,中国的鸵鸟养殖业正进入高速发展阶段,鸵鸟的饲料直接影响产量和质量,在养殖鸵鸟过程中所用的精饲料,传统上以鱼粉、玉米、草粉、麦麸、豆饼、米糠为主原料。然而,随着环境污染的加剧,重金属可能通过植物性饲料、动物性饲料以及矿物质饲料进入鸵鸟体内,重金属一旦在体内蓄积,一般难以清除到体外。进入鸵鸟体内的重金属可使机体产生大量的自由基,破坏机体氧化和抗氧化体系之间的平衡状态,对神经系统、消化系统,泌尿生殖系统、内分泌系统、免疫系统以及骨骼等各大系统造成损害,进而诱发疾病及抑制鸵鸟的生长。据报道,在受污染地区的植物性饲料原料、微量元素预混料、配合饲料、鱼粉中都存在不同程度的污染现象,养殖鸵鸟的饲料中常见的重金属是铅、镉和汞。
因此,研制一种的满足小鸵鸟各个阶段的营养需求、适口性好,能够去除重金属的饲料迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术不足而提供一种高效环保、适口性好;根据小鸵鸟的生长特性进行科学调配,能促进小鸵鸟正常生长发育、提高小鸵鸟免疫力、成本低廉,并且还能去除鸵鸟体内重金属的鸵鸟饲料。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
一种小鸵鸟饲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:青菜40-50份、玉米10-15份、蛋白质粉10-15份、一点红5-10份、胡萝卜5-10份、糖蜜2-4份、有机钙0.1-0.3份、有益菌0.1-0.3份、硫酸锌0.1-0.3份、蛋氨酸0.1-0.3份、赖氨酸0.1-0.3份、去重金属添加剂0.0-0.05份。
其生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的青菜、一点红、胡萝卜剥去老叶、烂叶,清洗干净,切碎后得到原料A备用;
(2)将玉米、蛋白粉投入混合机混合搅拌均匀,然后放入调制器进行熟化,熟化温度为70~80℃,熟化时间为20~30分钟,然后冷却、干燥、粉碎、造粒后得原料B 备用;
(3)将糖蜜、有机钙、有益菌、硫酸锌、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、去重金属添加剂按照重量份数投入混合机中,再投入原料A和原料B,混合搅拌均匀后、过筛,即得小鸵鸟饲料。
以上所述的有益菌为酵母菌、乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌中的两种或两种以上。
以上所述的有机钙为柠檬酸钙、乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、甲酸钙、醋酸钙中的一种或几种。
以上所述的去重金属添加剂包括以下重量份数的原料:壳聚糖20-30份、大蒜素15-20份、葡萄糖酸钠15-20份、糖萜素5-10份、无患子果5-10份、甘草5-10份、硫酸镁0.05-0.1份、硫酸亚铁0.01-0.03份。
青菜是鸵鸟的优良青绿饲料,每100克含水分94.5克,蛋白质1.3克脂肪0.3克,碳水化合物2.3克,粗纤维0.6克,灰分10克,胡萝卜素1.49毫克,维生素B1 0.03毫克,维生素B20.08毫克,尼克酸0.6毫克,维生素C 40毫克,钙56毫克,磷32毫克,铁1.2毫克,钾346毫克,钠66毫克,镁23.4毫克,氯120毫克。
玉米是世界公认的“黄金作物”,其脂肪、磷元素、维生素B2的含量居谷类食物之首。现代医学研究表明,玉米粉中有丰富的谷胱甘肽,这是一种抗癌因子,在动物内能与多种外来的化学致癌物质相结合,使其失去毒性,然后通过消化道排出体外。玉米粉中含有大量的赖氨酸,可抑制肿瘤生长。玉米粉还含有微量元素硒。硒能加速鸵鸟体内氧化物分解,抑制恶性肿瘤。
蛋白质粉是采用提纯的大豆蛋白、酪蛋白或乳清蛋白或上述几种蛋白的组体,构成的粉剂,其用途是为缺乏蛋白质的动物补充蛋白质。大豆蛋白相对缺乏蛋氨酸,而乳清蛋白富含蛋氨酸,两者搭配,将显著提高大豆蛋白的营养价值。在添加适量的乳清蛋白后,大豆蛋白的氨基酸评分可达1.0,其营养价值非常接近标准的氨基酸模式,能均衡提供鸵鸟所必需的氨基酸。消蛋白质含量高达80-85%,溶解迅速、快速吸收化率达96%,很容易被鸵鸟吸收、利用。
胡萝卜(Daucus carota),为伞形科胡萝卜属二年生草本植物。胡萝卜的营养成分极为丰富,含有大量的蔗糖、淀粉和胡萝卜素,还有维生素B1、维生素B2、叶酸、多种氨基酸(以赖氨酸含量较多)、甘露醇、木质素、果胶、槲皮素、山奈酚、少量挥发油、咖啡酸、没食子酸及多种矿物元素。胡萝卜素转变成维生素A,有助于增强机体的免疫轼能,在预防上皮细胞癌变的过程中具有重要作用。胡萝卜中的木质素也能提高机体免疫机制,间接消灭癌细胞。
一点红,【别名】叶下红、红背叶、羊蹄草、假芥兰、山羊草、天毛草、野芥兰;【拉丁文】Emilia sonchifolia (L.) DC.,一点红全草含槲皮素、槲皮甙、芸香甙、山柰酚-3-半乳糖甙、熊果酸、正廿六烷、三十烷及微量氢氰酸;干草还含约2%硝酸钾。一点红性平,味苦微辛,凉血解毒,活血散瘀,利水消肿。功能主治:清热,利水,凉血,解毒。治痢疾,腹泻,便血,水肿,肠痈,聘耳,目亦,喉蛾,疔疮,肿毒。
糖蜜作为甘蔗制糖后的一大副产品,也具有丰富的营养价值,数据显示,甘蔗废糖蜜组成包括:对含干固物75%的甘蔗废糖蜜,总糖份占48-56%,其中包括蔗糖30-40%,还原糖15-20%,非发酵性糖2-4%,有机非糖物质9-12%;可溶性胶体和其它糖类4%;有机酸(乌头酸)3.0%;还包括少量柠檬酸、苹果酸及珑拍酸等,少量蜡、固醇、沥青、维生素及含氮物以蛋白质(共计约2-3%),硫酸灰份 10-15%;还含有多种微量元素:其中:钠 0.1-0.4%、钾1.5-5.0%、钙0.4-0.8%、氯0.7-3.0%、磷0.6-2.0%。
目前,动物养殖饲料中的钙源大部分是碳酸钙(生石灰),虽然它的含钙量很高(40%),价格便宜,但是它的溶解度很低(仅0.56%),而且溶解时主要靠胃酸,会中和胃酸产生二氧化碳引起动物胃肠胀气,严重影响动物的采食和消化。而且,CO3 2-与锌、铜、铁等离子易形成难容沉淀物而干扰这些离子的吸收,这样易造成粮食的浪费和环境的污染。而有机钙水溶性大,吸收效率高,充分满足鸵鸟生长过程中所需的大量钙质;还能促进鸵鸟的抗应激能力,改善鸵鸟的体型和肉色,提高酮体品质;增强日粮的适口性,提高鸵鸟的采食量。
酵母菌(Yeast)含有丰富的蛋白质(30~40%左右)、B族维生素、氨基酸等物质,广泛用作动物饲料的蛋白质补充物。能促进动物的生长发育,缩短饲养期,增加肉量和蛋量,改良肉质和提高瘦肉率,改善皮毛的光泽度,并能增强幼禽畜的抗病能力。
所述的乳酸杆菌(Lacticacidbacteria)是一群杆状或球状的革兰氏阳性细菌,其DNA中G+C含量低于55%,可发酵碳水化合物(主要指葡萄糖)并产生大量乳酸,在自然界分布广泛,是动物和人肠道等处重要的生理性菌群之一。该类群细菌绝大多数对动物和人无毒、无害,负担着动物体内重要的生理功能。在乳酸菌中,乳酸杆菌是最大的一个属,其定义为杆形乳酸杆菌。乳杆菌属与动物关系最密切,它是动物肠道和阴道中占优势的菌群之一。乳杆菌分布广泛,动物和人类从口腔到直肠始终都有该菌存在。乳酸杆菌己知的生理功能主要表现为:阻止病原菌对肠道的入侵和定植,抑制病原菌,抗感染,维持肠道的微生态平衡,预防和抑制肿瘤的发生,增强机体免疫力,促进消化,合成氨基酸和维生素,降低胆固醇,抑制内毒素的生产,延缓衰老和抗辐射等。大量事实证明,只要肠道中乳酸杆菌的数量减少或丢失,出现菌群失调,就可能导致某种疾病的发生;只要肠道中乳酸杆菌的数量增加,区系得到平衡,就可以促进机体健康和治疗某种疾病。可见,增加机体肠道中乳酸杆菌的数量是预防和治疗某些疾病的一种重要措施。
所述的枯草芽孢杆菌【拉丁学名】Bacillus subtilis,是芽孢杆菌属的一种。枯草芽孢杆菌具有较强的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性,可将体内酶原激活为有活性的酶,还可分泌一系列其他酶,如果胶酶、葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶等,可帮助分解植物饲料中非淀粉多糖等物质,改善饲料利用率,并且酸性肠道环境可刺激动物的肠道蠕动,促进消化吸收。
所述的双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)是1899年由法国学者Tissier从母乳营养儿的粪便中分离出的一种厌氧的革兰氏阳性杆菌,末端常常分叉,故名双歧杆菌。双歧杆菌在人体肠内发酵后可产生乳酸和醋酸,能提高钙、磷、铁的利用率,具有治疗慢性腹泻、治疗便秘、保护肝脏、防治心血管疾病、改善乳糖消化等的作用。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的原料中采用青菜、蛋白粉、玉米粉、一点红、胡萝卜、糖蜜含有鸵鸟成长过程中需要的蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物质及微量元素;高效环保、适口性好。另外,糖蜜组分含有较高的糖分含量,适口性好。
2、本发明的小鸵鸟饲料由多种营养成分搭配而成,安全、适口性好、营养均衡,各成分间搭配合理,适合小鸵鸟在生长阶段的需求,同时饲料中含有的有益菌及有机钙成分对小鸵鸟的机体起到良好的调节作用,对环境变化及不良侵害干扰应激性提高可以避免小鸵鸟受到传染病危害,提高自身抗逆能力及免疫力,提高成活率。有益菌能有效提高饲料转化效率,安全、有机、环保。
3、本发明小鸵鸟饲料是根据鸵鸟的身体状况及营养需求,经过精心、科学、合理配制而成,高效环保、适口性好、能促进小鸵鸟正常生长发育、提高小鸵鸟免疫力。
4、本发明采用的去重金属添加剂不仅去除小鸵鸟肠道重金属的吸收量,促进重金属排出,减轻环境污染,还能提高小鸵鸟肝脏抗氧化能力,通过本发明中各种活性物质的其他生物学作用,促进小鸵鸟快速成长,提高小鸵鸟肉品质,获得经济效益、社会效益双丰收,符合国家安全健康养殖的政策方针。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
小鸵鸟饲料原料的重量份数为:
青菜40份、玉米10份、蛋白质粉10份、一点红5份、胡萝卜5份、糖蜜2份、有机钙0.1份、有益菌0.1份、硫酸锌0.1份、蛋氨酸0.1份、赖氨酸0.1份、去重金属添加剂0.0份;所述的有益菌为酵母菌和乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和双歧杆菌;所述的有机钙为柠檬酸钙。
其生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的青菜、一点红、胡萝卜剥去老叶、烂叶,清洗干净,切碎后得到原料A备用;

青菜44份、玉米12份、蛋白质粉12份、一点红6份、胡萝卜6份、糖蜜3份、有机钙0.2份、有益菌0.2份、硫酸锌0.2份、蛋氨酸0.2份、赖氨酸0.2份、去重金属添加剂0.02份;所述的有益菌为酵母菌、乳酸杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌;所述的有机钙为柠乳酸钙和葡萄糖酸钙。
其生产方法与实施例 1相同。
实施例3:
小鸵鸟饲料原料的重量份数为:
青菜48份、玉米14份、蛋白质粉14份、一点红8份、胡萝卜8份、糖蜜3份、有机钙0.2份、有益菌0.2份、硫酸锌0.2份、蛋氨酸0.2份、赖氨酸0.2份、去重金属添加剂0.04份;所述的有益菌为酵母菌、乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌;所述的有机钙为甲酸钙和醋酸钙。
其生产方法与实施例 1相同。
实施例4:
小鸵鸟饲料原料的重量份数为:
青菜50份、玉米15份、蛋白质粉15份、一点红10份、胡萝卜10份、糖蜜4份、有机钙0.3份、有益菌0.3份、硫酸锌0.3份、蛋氨酸0.3份、赖氨酸0.3份、去重金属添加剂0.0-0.05份;所述的有益菌为酵母菌和乳酸杆菌;所述的有机钙为葡萄糖酸钙、甲酸钙和醋酸钙。
其生产方法与实施例 1相同。
应用实施例
本发明的小鸵鸟饲料于2014在南宁市横县某鸵鸟养殖厂实施试用,选择出生10天左右的健康小鸵鸟100只,随机分为5 组,每组20只,实施例1-4各一组,对照组1组,记录每天的各组采食量以及健康状况,测定各周末时的每只小鸵鸟空腹体重,续测定4周每天8:00、10:00、14::00和16:00准时喂食。实验结果如下:

由试验结果可以看出,本发明的小鸵鸟饲料有明显的增重作用;同时,本发明的小鸵鸟饲料中还表现出适口性好、功能性强的特点,且在28天中无任何不良反应,健壮活泼,活动力强,体质强壮。

结果表明,在喂食本发明的小鸵鸟饲料90个天后,小鸵鸟体内的重金属都能排出体外,说明本发明的小鸵鸟饲料能有效去除鸵鸟体内重金属,无毒副作用;还能促进小鸵鸟快速成长,提高小鸵鸟肝胰脏抗氧化能力。
Claims (5)
1.一种小鸵鸟饲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:青菜40-50份、玉米10-15份、蛋白质粉10-15份、一点红5-10份、胡萝卜5-10份、糖蜜2-4份、有机钙0.1-0.3份、有益菌0.1-0.3份、硫酸锌0.1-0.3份、蛋氨酸0.1-0.3份、赖氨酸0.1-0.3份、去重金属添加剂0.0-0.05份。
2.如权利要求1所述的小鸵鸟饲料的生产方法,其特征在于,生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的青菜、一点红、胡萝卜剥去老叶、烂叶,清洗干净,切碎后得到原料A备用;
(2)将玉米、蛋白粉投入混合机混合搅拌均匀,然后放入调制器进行熟化,熟化温度为70~80℃,熟化时间为20~30分钟,然后冷却、干燥、粉碎、造粒后得原料B 备用;
(3)将糖蜜、有机钙、有益菌、硫酸锌、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、去重金属添加剂按照重量份数投入混合机中,再投入原料A和原料B,混合搅拌均匀后、过筛,即得小鸵鸟饲料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的小鸵鸟饲料,其特征在于:所述的有益菌为酵母菌、乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌中的两种或两种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的小鸵鸟饲料,其特征在于:所述的有机钙为柠檬酸钙、乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、甲酸钙、醋酸钙中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的小鸵鸟饲料,其特征在于:所述的去重金属添加剂包括以下重量份数的原料:壳聚糖20-30份、大蒜素15-20份、葡萄糖酸钠15-20份、糖萜素5-10份、无患子果5-10份、甘草5-10份、硫酸镁0.05-0.1份、硫酸亚铁0.01-0.03份。
