一种木塑地板贴面,涉及木塑地板生产技术领域,其特征在于:按百分比包括以下组分,PVC 25%~40%,碳酸钙50%~66%,增塑剂7%~9%,稳定剂0.3%~0.5%,润滑剂0.1%~0.3%,炭黑0%~1.4%,斜发沸石2%~3%。本发明强度高,具备耐磨抗划伤的能力,同时,这种材质的产品贴后没有气泡,透光性也很好。

本发明涉及木塑地板生产技术领域,具体是一种木塑地板贴面。
背景技术:
木塑地板是一种新型环保型木塑复合材料产品,在生产中、高密度纤维板过程中所产生的木酚,加入再生塑料经过造粒设备做成木塑复合材料,然后进行挤出生产组做成木塑地板。木塑板的最上侧会贴合一层贴面,现有技术中的贴面材料强度低,耐磨性较差,透光性较差导致地板的光泽度较差,贴合时或者长时间使用会容易在底板的上起泡,而且容易有划痕。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种强度高,耐磨性好,不容易起泡和划伤,而且透光性好的木塑地板贴面。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种木塑地板贴面,其特征在于:按百分比包括以下组分,
优选技术方案包括以下组分,
按百分比还包括8%~10%的硅胶和3%~5%的PET。
加入硅胶和PET材质的膜表面经过,具备耐磨抗划伤的能力。同时,这种材质的产品贴后没有气泡,透光性也很好,撕下后不会留下任何痕迹。硅胶具有较好的吸附性,使得贴面更容易贴合,强度也更高,而PET可以增加膜的整体透光性。
在岩石致密结构处的斜发沸石,多呈似放射状板片集合体微形态,而在孔隙发育处,可形成具完好或部分完好几何形态的板块晶体,宽可达20mm,厚5mm左右,端部约呈120度角,因此斜发沸石具有很好的板状塑型能力,加入到本发明中可以塑型的功能,也可以增强强度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明强度高,具备耐磨抗划伤的能力,同时,这种材质的产品贴后没有气泡,透光性也很好。
