本发明公开了一种抗菌PP改性塑料,该抗菌PP改性塑料包括如下重量份的物质聚丙烯树脂100~120份、丁二烯1~5份、偶联剂0.5~2份、9,10-二羟基硬脂酸1~4份、纳米氢氧化铝1~3份、山梨酸0.3~5份、磷酸钙0.1~3份、苯乙烯0.5~5份,搅拌均匀,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度180~250℃,主机转速为350~rpm;挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的抗菌PP改性塑料。本发明制备的改性塑料具有较好的抗菌效果,制作方便,操作简单。

技术领域
本发明属于改性塑料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌PP改性塑料粒子。
背景技术
目前,我们所使用的大部分家电,如电视、冰箱、洗衣机、饮水机等,有不少部件都采用了塑料,许多公用物品,如电话、电脑键盘、各种电器开关、少儿玩具等接触频繁的部件,也大量采用了塑料。由于平常使用中难免会接触带菌的人体、物体,因此在塑料表面可能沾染和滋生多种致病菌。人们在与之接触时就很容易受到细菌的感染,据英国苏格兰电话公司调查,感冒、咽炎、流行性脑膜炎、肝炎、红眼病、皮肤病、肺结核等十几种传染病可经使用电话这一途径而传播。为避免因使用塑料制品而发生的交叉感染,开发抗菌塑料对减少疾病传播具有十分重要的现实意义。
抗菌塑料是指在塑料中添加抗菌剂,使塑料制品本身具有抗菌性,以在一定时间内将沾在塑料上的细菌杀死或抑制其繁殖。抗菌剂是使细菌、真菌等微生物不能发育或能抵制他们生长的物质。这些微生物包括细菌、真菌、酵母菌、藻类以及病毒等。塑料抗菌剂是一类新型塑料添加剂,添加少量塑料抗菌剂可使塑料具有长期的抗菌和杀菌能力,使其具有卫生自洁功能。1980年开始,抗菌剂日本开始将抗菌剂添加到塑料制品中,开发出抗菌塑料,并进一步在家用电器制品中得到推广应用。
有机抗菌剂在耐热性、长效性、微生物耐药性方面存在缺点,为满足抗菌纤维、抗菌塑料、抗菌陶瓷等领域的使用,无机抗菌剂的发展被推到前沿。目前,除无机抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂之外,用于塑料的抗菌剂还有天然抗菌剂和高分子型抗菌剂。但是天然抗菌剂由于其具有抗菌谱广、安全无毒等优点广受亲睐,但天然抗菌剂制备困难、稳定性差、应用量大的缺点限制了壳聚糖的应用。

技术方案:一种抗菌PP改性塑料,该抗菌PP改性塑料包括如下重量份的物质:
聚丙烯树脂 100~120份
丁二烯 1~5份
偶联剂 0.5~2份
9,10-二羟基硬脂酸 1~4份
纳米氢氧化铝 1~3份
山梨酸 0.3~5份
磷酸钙 0.1~3份
苯乙烯 0.5~5份。
作为优选,该抗菌PP改性塑料包括如下重量份的物质:

作为优选,所述的偶联剂为双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯中的一种或两者的混合物。
上述抗菌PP改性塑料的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1) 按比例称取纳米氢氧化铝、山梨酸、磷酸钙在200℃条件下搅拌混匀;
(2) 将步骤(1)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,再按比例加入剩余的物料,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为180~280℃,主机转速为300~400rpm,挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的抗菌PP改性塑料。
作为优选,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为200~250℃,主机转速为380rpm。
有益效果:
(1)本发明制备的抗菌PP塑料具有较好的抑菌能力,符合国家标准。
(2)本发明工艺简单,操作方便,适合大规模生产。

按比例称取一下物质:聚丙烯树脂110份、丁二烯3份、偶联剂1份、9,10-二羟基硬脂酸2份、纳米氢氧化铝2份、山梨酸 2份、磷酸钙 1.5份、苯乙烯2.6份,搅拌均匀,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度 180~250℃,主机转速为350rpm;挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的抗菌PP改性塑料。
实施例2:
按比例称取一下物质:聚丙烯树脂100份、丁二烯1份、偶联剂0.5份、9,10-二羟基硬脂酸1份、纳米氢氧化铝1份、山梨酸 0.3份、磷酸钙 0.1份、苯乙烯0.5份,搅拌均匀,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度 220~250℃,主机转速为350rpm;挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的抗菌PP改性塑料。
实施例3:
按比例称取一下物质:聚丙烯树脂120份、丁二烯5份、偶联剂2份、9,10-二羟基硬脂酸4份、纳米氢氧化铝3份、山梨酸 5份、磷酸钙 3份、苯乙烯5份,搅拌均匀,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度 22-~280℃,主机转速为450rpm;挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的抗菌PP改性塑料。

1.一种抗菌PP改性塑料,其特征在于,该抗菌PP改性塑料包括如下重量份的物质:
聚丙烯树脂 100~120份
丁二烯 1~5份
偶联剂 0.5~2份
9,10-二羟基硬脂酸 1~4份
纳米氢氧化铝 1~3份
山梨酸 0.3~5份
磷酸钙 0.1~3份
苯乙烯 0.5~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌PP改性塑料,其特征在于,该抗菌PP改性塑料包括如下重量份的物质:

5.权利要求1所述抗菌PP改性塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1) 按比例称取纳米氢氧化铝、山梨酸、磷酸钙在200℃条件下搅拌混匀;
(2) 将步骤(1)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,再按比例加入剩余的物料,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为180~280℃,主机转速为300~400rpm,挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的抗菌PP改性塑料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌PP改性塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为200~250℃,主机转速为380rpm。
