Abstract
本发明涉及磨具磨料磨削技术领域,尤其是涉及一种复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮。其由以下重量份(单位:份)原料制成:金刚石磨料15-35,CBN5-10,锡粉5-10,铜粉10-20,二氧化钛11-18,氧化锌5-8,碳酸钙5-10,硼酸锌1-6,木质素0.01-1,高温聚酰亚胺树脂粉15-40。本发明的有益效果是,本发明一种复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮,具有良好的弹性,有抛光作用,因此具有良好的自锐性,不易堵塞,修整少,且磨削效率较高,磨削时温度较低,磨削的表面光洁度高;此配方协同,使得砂轮具有良好的力学性能和自锐性,对金刚石的把持力高,成形性好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及磨具磨料磨削技术领域,尤其是涉及一种复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮。
背景技术
砂轮是磨削的主要工具,它是由磨料和结合剂构成的多孔物体。以金刚石磨料为原料,分别用金属粉、树脂粉、树脂粉作为结合剂,制成的中央有通孔的圆形固结磨具称作金刚石砂轮。由于金刚石磨料所具有的硬度高、抗压强度高、耐磨性好等特性,使得金刚石磨具在磨削加工中成为磨削硬脆材料及硬质合金的理想工具。随着科技发展,对金刚石砂轮的性能要求越来越高:要求其切削力好,锋利;又要要求其形状保持性好,可持续加工;同时,还要求其能够耐高压、耐强力挤压。树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮是实现高效、节能、高精和自动化磨削加工不可或缺的工具;虽然他具有自锐性好、磨削锋利的优点,但是由于树脂自身结构的原因,其存在着以下缺点:耐热性低,在磨削过程中,由于瞬时磨削高温下,树脂容易炭化、分解,难以把持超硬磨料,导致磨料大量脱落或者造成砂轮工作层开裂、脱环,大大降低了砂轮的使用寿命和砂轮表面精度;树脂砂轮力学性能和形状保持性差;这二者都会影响加工工件的表面质量。而金属金刚石砂轮虽然形状保持性好,但是自锐性差,无法满足持续加工的需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮,其具有良好的力学性能和自锐性,对金刚石把持力高,不易堵塞,磨削温度较低,磨削的表面光洁度高,且使用寿命长。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮,由以下重量份的原料制成:
金刚石磨料 15-35份
CBN 5-10份
锡粉 5-10份
铜粉 10-20份
二氧化钛 11-18份
氧化锌 5-8份
碳酸钙 5-10份
硼酸锌 1-6份
木质素 0.01-1份
高温聚酰亚胺树脂粉 15-40份。
本发明的复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮的制备方法如下:
(1)将上述除金刚石磨料以外的材料在混料机中混合20-25h,混合均匀后通过320目标准筛,得到复合结合剂;将该复合结合剂与金刚石磨料再次置入混料机内混合均匀,然后缓缓加入湿润剂继续混合2-3h,混合均匀后通过60目标准筛,得到砂轮混合料;
(2)将加工好的砂轮金属基体置入模具内配置好,然后将步骤(1)所得的砂轮混合料缓慢均匀地投入已与基体配置好的模具内并刮平,置入液压机定模热压;热压的压力为100-120MPa,热压的温度为240-260℃,保压60-90min,得到砂轮坯体;
(3)将压制好的砂轮坯体冷却出模,然后置入烧结炉或电烘箱内,2-3h内快速升温至180℃,然后再分段升温至最终烧结温度250±5℃,保温10-16h,冷却至室温取出;
(4)将检验合格的砂轮成形体在车床和磨床上加工至规定的合格形状和尺寸,包装,入库,得复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮。
所述的润湿剂为树脂液,优选酚醛树脂液。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
一种复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮,由以下重量份的原料制成:
金刚石磨料 25份
CBN 7份
锡粉 6份
铜粉 15份
二氧化钛 15份
氧化锌 5份
碳酸钙 6份
硼酸锌 3份
木质素 0.05份
高温聚酰亚胺树脂粉 25份。
本发明的复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮的制备方法如下:
(1)将上述除金刚石磨料以外的材料在混料机中混合20h,混合均匀后通过320目标准筛,得到复合结合剂;将该复合结合剂与金刚石磨料再次置入混料机内混合均匀,然后缓缓加入湿润剂继续混合3h,混合均匀后通过60目标准筛,得到砂轮混合料;

(3)将压制好的砂轮坯体冷却出模,然后置入烧结炉或电烘箱内,2h内快速升温至180℃,然后再分段升温至最终烧结温度250±5℃,保温10h,冷却至室温取出;
(4)将检验合格的砂轮成形体在车床和磨床上加工至规定的合格形状和尺寸,包装,入库,得复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮。
所述的润湿剂为树脂液,优选酚醛树脂液。

1. 一种复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮,其特征在于,其由以下重量份的原料制成:金刚石磨料15-35份,CBN 5-10份,锡粉5-10份,铜粉10-20份,二氧化钛11-18份,氧化锌5-8份,碳酸钙5-10份,硼酸锌1-6份,木质素0.01-1份,高温聚酰亚胺树脂粉15-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合金属树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:金刚石磨料25份,CBN 7份,锡粉6份,铜粉15份,二氧化钛15份,氧化锌5份,碳酸钙6份,硼酸锌3份,木质素0.05份,高温聚酰亚胺树脂粉25份。
