Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚乙烯包装材料及其制备方法,上述聚乙烯包装材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚乙烯80-88份、无机填料11-18份,丙三醇10-16份、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯10-15份、异辛酸缩水甘油醚8-12份、三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚6-12份、二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯4-6份、聚癸二脲1-2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺1-2份、吐温0.5-2份、发泡剂0.5-1.8份和二丁基萘磺酸钠0.5-1份。本发明还提供了一种聚乙烯包装材料的制备方法。

Description

一种聚乙烯包装材料及其制备方法
技术领域
 本发明属于高分子材料领域,特别涉及一种聚乙烯包装材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯(PE)是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性优良。
聚乙烯有较好的耐热性能,能阻隔油污和蒸汽。聚乙烯在大气、阳光和氧的作用下,会发生老化、变色、龟裂、变脆或粉化,丧失其力学性能,同时聚乙烯在成型加工温度下,也会因氧化作用,发生变色、出现条纹等现象。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明特别提供了一种聚乙烯包装材料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种聚乙烯包装材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
聚乙烯  80-88份,
无机填料11-18份,
丙三醇   10-16份,
褐煤蜡酸乙二酯10-15份,
异辛酸缩水甘油醚  8-12份,
三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚  6-12份,
二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯  4-6份,
聚癸二脲  1-2份,
聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺  1-2份,
吐温   0.5-2份,
发泡剂0.5-1.8份,
二丁基萘磺酸钠  0.5-1份。
所述发泡剂选自偶氮二甲酰胺、偶氮甲酰胺甲酸钾、三氯氟甲烷、二氯二氟甲烷、环戊烷和异戊烷中的一种或几种的混合。
所述无机填料选自碳酸钙、蒙脱土、硅藻土、淀粉、玻璃纤维和电气石粉中的一种或几种的混合。
所述组分还包括偏硅酸三甲酯0-3重量份。
一种聚乙烯包装材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取聚乙烯80-88重量份、丙三醇10-16重量份、异辛酸缩水甘油醚8-12重量份、三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚6-12重量份、二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯4-6重量份、聚癸二脲1-2重量份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺1-2重量份、吐温0.5-2重量份和二丁基萘磺酸钠0.5-1重量份,将上述组分加入高速混合机中搅拌均匀;
(2)称取无机填料11-18重量份、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯10-15重量份和偏硅酸三甲酯0-3重量份混合均匀;
(3)将步骤1和步骤2中混合后的物料依次加入塑炼机中100-120℃下混炼5-10分钟,加入发泡剂0.5-1.8重量份,在160-180℃混炼5-10分钟,装入模具,在80-85℃、0.5-0.8Mpa压力下反应10-20分钟,得到聚乙烯包装材料。
所述高速混合机的搅拌速度为2000-2800转/分钟。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明制得的聚乙烯包装材料以聚乙烯为主要原料。通过加入无机填料、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯、三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚、二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯、聚丙烯酰胺、聚癸二脲、二月桂酸二正丁基锡、偏硅酸三甲酯和发泡剂,使制得的聚乙烯包装材料具有良好的孔隙均一度,且孔隙较小的同时,具有良好的缓冲强度和力学强度。
(2)本发明制得的聚乙烯包装材料,具有良好的弹性和较长的使用寿命表面性能。
(3)本发明的聚乙烯包装材料,其制备方法简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)称取聚乙烯80kg、丙三醇10kg、异辛酸缩水甘油醚8kg、三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚6kg、二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯4kg、聚癸二脲1kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺1kg、吐温0.5kg和二丁基萘磺酸钠0.5kg,将上述组分加入高速混合机中以2000转/分钟搅拌均匀;
(2)称取碳酸钙11kg、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯10kg和偏硅酸三甲酯3kg混合均匀;
(3)将步骤1和步骤2中混合后的物料依次加入塑炼机中100℃下混炼5分钟,加入偶氮二甲酰胺0.5kg,在160℃下混炼5分钟,装入模具,在80℃、0.5Mpa压力下反应10-20分钟,得到聚乙烯包装材料。
制得聚乙烯包装材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)称取聚乙烯80kg、丙三醇10kg、异辛酸缩水甘油醚8kg、三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚6kg、二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯4kg、聚癸二脲1kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺1kg、吐温0.5kg和二丁基萘磺酸钠0.5kg,将上述组分加入高速混合机中以2000转/分钟搅拌均匀;
(2)称取碳酸钙11kg、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯10kg混合均匀;
(3)将步骤1和步骤2中混合后的物料依次加入塑炼机中100℃下混炼5分钟,加入偶氮二甲酰胺0.5kg,在160℃下混炼5分钟,装入模具,在80℃、0.5Mpa压力下反应10-20分钟,得到聚乙烯包装材料。
制得聚乙烯包装材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)称取聚乙烯88kg、丙三醇16kg、异辛酸缩水甘油醚12kg、三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚12kg、二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯6kg、聚癸二脲2kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺2kg、吐温2kg和二丁基萘磺酸钠1kg,将上述组分加入高速混合机中以2800转/分钟搅拌均匀;
(2)称取电气石粉18kg、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯15kg和偏硅酸三甲酯3kg混合均匀;
(3)将步骤1和步骤2中混合后的物料依次加入塑炼机中120℃下混炼10分钟,加入二氯二氟甲烷1.8kg,在180℃下混炼10分钟,装入模具,在85℃、0.8Mpa压力下反应20分钟,得到聚乙烯包装材料。
制得聚乙烯包装材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)称取聚乙烯88kg、丙三醇16kg、异辛酸缩水甘油醚12kg、三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚6kg、二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯6kg、聚癸二脲2kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺2kg、吐温2kg和二丁基萘磺酸钠1kg,将上述组分加入高速混合机中以2800转/分钟搅拌均匀;
(2)称取电气石粉18kg、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯15kg和偏硅酸三甲酯3kg混合均匀;
(3)将步骤1和步骤2中混合后的物料依次加入塑炼机中120℃下混炼10分钟,加入二氯二氟甲烷1.8kg,在180℃下混炼10分钟,装入模具,在85℃、0.8Mpa压力下反应20分钟,得到聚乙烯包装材料。
制得聚乙烯包装材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例5
(1)称取聚乙烯85kg、丙三醇13kg、异辛酸缩水甘油醚10kg、三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚9kg、二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯5kg、聚癸二脲1kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺1kg、吐温1kg和二丁基萘磺酸钠0.8kg,将上述组分加入高速混合机中以2500转/分钟搅拌均匀;
(2)称取硅藻土14kg、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯12kg和偏硅酸三甲酯2kg混合均匀;
(3)将步骤1和步骤2中混合后的物料依次加入塑炼机中110℃下混炼8分钟,加入环戊烷1kg,在170℃下混炼8分钟,装入模具,在83℃、0.6Mpa压力下反应15分钟,得到聚乙烯包装材料。
制得聚乙烯包装材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例1
(1)称取聚乙烯88kg、丙三醇16kg、异辛酸缩水甘油醚12kg、三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚12kg、二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯6kg、聚癸二脲2kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺2kg和吐温2kg,将上述组分加入高速混合机中以2800转/分钟搅拌均匀;
(2)称取电气石粉18kg、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯15kg和偏硅酸三甲酯3kg混合均匀;
(3)将步骤1和步骤2中混合后的物料依次加入塑炼机中120℃下混炼10分钟,加入二氯二氟甲烷1.8kg,在180℃下混炼10分钟,装入模具,在85℃、0.8Mpa压力下反应20分钟,得到聚乙烯包装材料。
制得聚乙烯包装材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例2
(1)称取聚乙烯88kg、丙三醇16kg、异辛酸缩水甘油醚12kg、三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚12kg、二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯6kg、聚癸二脲2kg、吐温2kg和二丁基萘磺酸钠1kg,将上述组分加入高速混合机中以2800转/分钟搅拌均匀;
(2)称取电气石粉18kg、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯15kg和偏硅酸三甲酯3kg混合均匀;
(3)将步骤1和步骤2中混合后的物料依次加入塑炼机中120℃下混炼10分钟,加入二氯二氟甲烷1.8kg,在180℃下混炼10分钟,装入模具,在85℃、0.8Mpa压力下反应20分钟,得到聚乙烯包装材料。
制得聚乙烯包装材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
将实施例1-5和对比例1-2的聚乙烯包装材料进行测试。

1.一种聚乙烯包装材料,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
聚乙烯  80-88份,
无机填料11-18份,
丙三醇   10-16份,
褐煤蜡酸乙二酯10-15份,
异辛酸缩水甘油醚  8-12份,
三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚  6-12份,
二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯  4-6份,
聚癸二脲  1-2份,
聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺  1-2份,
吐温   0.5-2份,
发泡剂0.5-1.8份,
二丁基萘磺酸钠  0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯包装材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂选自偶氮二甲酰胺、偶氮甲酰胺甲酸钾、三氯氟甲烷、二氯二氟甲烷、环戊烷和异戊烷中的一种或几种的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯包装材料,其特征在于,所述无机填料选自碳酸钙、蒙脱土、硅藻土、淀粉、玻璃纤维和电气石粉中的一种或几种的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯包装材料,其特征在于,所述组分还包括偏硅酸三甲酯0-3重量份。
5.一种聚乙烯包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取聚乙烯80-88重量份、丙三醇10-16重量份、异辛酸缩水甘油醚8-12重量份、三羟甲基丙烷三乙烯基醚6-12重量份、二异氰酸酯丙烯酸羟乙酯4-6重量份、聚癸二脲1-2重量份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺1-2重量份、吐温0.5-2重量份和二丁基萘磺酸钠0.5-1重量份,将上述组分加入高速混合机中搅拌均匀;
(2)称取无机填料11-18重量份、褐煤蜡酸乙二酯10-15重量份和偏硅酸三甲酯0-3重量份混合均匀;
(3)将步骤1和步骤2中混合后的物料依次加入塑炼机中100-120℃下混炼5-10分钟,加入发泡剂0.5-1.8重量份,在160-180℃下混炼5-10分钟,装入模具,在80-85℃、0.5-0.8Mpa压力下反应10-20分钟,得到聚乙烯包装材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述聚乙烯包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高速混合机的搅拌速度为2000-2800转/分钟。
