Abstract
本发明公开一种新型智能显示玻璃门窗,包括框架、水平偏光片、彩色滤光片、液晶显示器、TFT玻璃、垂直偏光片、驱动IC印刷电路板、扩散片、PDLC液晶调光膜、胶框、带背光源背板、主控板和LED灯条,将液晶显示器LED灯条覆于TFT玻璃边缘,在TFT玻璃面上覆层彩色滤光片,水平偏光片盖于彩色滤光片上,将上述组件放入框架内,在TFT玻璃背面覆盖垂直偏光片和驱动IC印刷电路板,胶框卡覆在TFT玻璃边缘,盖上扩散片,在其上覆层PDLC液晶调光膜,盖卡上带背光源背板,主控板置于框架型材的内部。白天PDLC液晶调光膜通电透明背光源关闭,利用自然光为背光,夜晚PDLC液晶调光膜断电背光源打开,进行显示。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及特殊玻璃门窗领域,具体属于一种新型智能显示玻璃门窗。
背景技术
目前,已经开发或正在开发的平板显示器玻璃基板主要有以下三类:液晶显示器玻璃(LCD)、等离子显示器玻璃(PDP)、有机发光二极管显示器玻璃(OLED),液晶显示玻璃在手表、计算器、手机、电视机、电脑行业应用广泛。LCD显示器玻璃分为无源阵列和有源阵列。TN/STN即无源阵列显示器玻璃是平板显示器玻璃中的初级产品。其显示图像不够清晰,色彩饱和度和对比度较差,响应速度也比较迟钝。TFT即有源阵列显示器玻璃,其在LCD面板中连接一个晶体管阵列,每个像素由独立晶体管进行控制,色彩艳丽、图像清晰、视角较宽,在刷新率方面已接近CRT显示器。随着人民生活水平的提高,人民对生活质量生活品味追求的热度不断提升,伴随着这一趋势,近年来智能家具家居快速发展。显示器玻璃在智能家具家居的某些方面已经有所应用,但是应用范围较窄。如果将显示玻璃应用到家具家居门窗,开发制造出智能显示玻璃门窗,必将扩大其应用范围。此外,开发制造智能显示玻璃门窗是智能化家居发展的大趋势。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种新型智能显示玻璃门窗,将框架、水平偏光片、彩色滤光片、液晶显示器、TFT玻璃、垂直偏光片、驱动IC印刷电路板、扩散片、PDLC液晶调光膜、胶框、带背光源背板、主控板和LED灯条通过特殊制造加工组合,开发出可以实现智能显示功能的玻璃门窗,构思巧妙,适应智能化家居发展趋势的需要。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型智能显示玻璃门窗,包括框架、水平偏光片、彩色滤光片、液晶显示器、TFT玻璃、垂直偏光片、驱动IC印刷电路板、扩散片、PDLC液晶调光膜、胶框、带背光源背板、主控板和LED灯条,将液晶显示器LED灯条覆于TFT玻璃边缘,在TFT玻璃面上覆层彩色滤 光片,水平偏光片盖于彩色滤光片上,将上述组件放入框架内,在TFT玻璃背面覆盖垂直偏光片和驱动IC印刷电路板,胶框卡覆在TFT玻璃边缘,盖上扩散片,在其上覆层PDLC液晶调光膜,盖卡上带背光源背板,主控板置于框架型材的内部。
优选地,所述框架的边框内部带有多道槽深不同的沟槽,槽深分别为0.02mm,0.02mm,0.02mm,0.05mm,0.02mm,0.1mm。
优选地,所述彩色滤光片与TFT玻璃之间,水平偏光片与彩色滤光片之间确保不存在气泡。
优选地,所述TFT玻璃的厚度为0.35mm±0.01mm。
优选地,所述驱动IC印刷电路板带有可实现并入互联网连接的插口。
优选地,所述PDLC液晶调光膜具有自粘特性,通电时透光率为76%,断电时透光率为1%。
优选地,所述背板厚度为0.2mm。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
通过将框架、水平偏光片、彩色滤光片、液晶显示器、TFT玻璃、垂直偏光片、驱动IC印刷电路板、扩散片、PDLC液晶调光膜、胶框、带背光源背板、主控板和LED灯条通过特殊组合匹配加工,制造出一种智能显示玻璃门窗,将本发明联网后可以实现远程控制智能显示玻璃门窗,使用方便、实用性强,顺应了智能化家居发展趋势的需要,适合批量化推广应用。

Claims (7)
1.一种新型智能显示玻璃门窗,包括框架、水平偏光片、彩色滤光片、液晶显示器、TFT玻璃、垂直偏光片、驱动IC印刷电路板、扩散片、PDLC液晶调光膜、胶框、带背光源背板、主控板和LED灯条,将液晶显示器LED灯条覆于TFT玻璃边缘,在TFT玻璃面上覆层彩色滤光片,水平偏光片盖于彩色滤光片上,将上述组件放入框架内,在TFT玻璃背面覆盖垂直偏光片和驱动IC印刷电路板,胶框卡覆在TFT玻璃边缘,盖上扩散片,在其上覆层PDLC液晶调光膜,盖卡上带背光源背板,主控板置于框架型材的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能显示玻璃门窗,其特征在于所述框架的边框内部带有多道槽深不同的沟槽,槽深分别为0.02mm,0.02mm,0.02mm,0.05mm,0.02mm,0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能显示玻璃门窗,其特征在于所述彩色滤光片与TFT玻璃之间,水平偏光片与彩色滤光片之间确保不存在气泡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能显示玻璃门窗,其特征在于所述TFT玻璃的厚度为0.35mm±0.01mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能显示玻璃门窗,其特征在于所述驱动IC印刷电路板带有可实现并入互联网连接的插口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能显示玻璃门窗,其特征在于所述PDLC液晶调光膜具有自粘特性,通电时透光率为76%,断电时透光率为1%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能显示玻璃门窗,其特征在于所述背板厚度为0.2mm。
