The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a pile sinking reamer, which overcomes the defects, and the pile sinking reamer is arranged on a static pile pressing machine, so that the pile pressing is carried out after reaming by a reaming bit before pile pressing, the pile pressing difficulty is reduced, and the damage to geological layers or pile pressing is avoided.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a pile sinking reamer which comprises a translation mechanism, a crossbeam, a power head, a drill bit and a drill rod, wherein the pile sinking reamer is connected with a static pile pressing machine through the translation mechanism, the crossbeam is connected with the translation mechanism, the power head is fixed on the crossbeam through a sliding device, the power head can slide up and down on the crossbeam, and one end of the power head is connected with the drill rod and the drill bit.
As a preferred scheme of the pile sinking reamer, the translation mechanism comprises a platform oil cylinder, an amplitude oil cylinder, a fixed platform and a movable platform, the pile sinking reamer is connected with a static pile press through the fixed platform, the platform oil cylinder is arranged between the movable platform and the fixed platform, the platform oil cylinder is connected with the fixed platform, the amplitude oil cylinder is arranged between the movable platform and the girder, and the movable platform is connected with the amplitude oil cylinder.
As a preferable scheme of the pile sinking reamer, the pile sinking reamer further comprises a chain buckle, one end of the power head is connected with the chain buckle, and one end of the drill rod slides up and down along with the power head by being fixed on the chain buckle.
As a preferable aspect of the pile sinking reamer of the present invention, the pile sinking reamer further includes a manipulator, and the manipulator fixes the drill rod to the girder.
As a preferable aspect of the pile sinking reamer of the present invention, the pile sinking reamer further includes a holder, the holder is fixed to the girder, and the holder is used for fixing the drill rod.
Compared with the prior art, the pile sinking reamer is arranged on the static pile pressing machine, so that the pile is pressed after hole reaming by the reamer bit before pile pressing, the pile pressing difficulty is reduced, damage to geological layers or the pressed pile is avoided, the pile sinking reamer can be installed at one time, the pile is not detached during transportation, the pile pressing time can be greatly shortened under the condition that the pile cannot be directly pressed, the pile pressing working efficiency is improved, and the pile sinking reamer has the advantages of less balance weight, less soil squeezing, less noise and no pollution under the condition that the same single pile bears the weight.
Detailed Description
The invention relates to a pile sinking reamer which comprises a translation mechanism 1, a girder 2, a power head 6, a drill bit (not shown) and a drill rod (not shown).
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments in order to make the above objects, features and advantages more apparent and understandable.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a pile sinking reamer according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the pile sinking reamer includes a translation mechanism 1, a girder 2, a power head 6, a drill bit (not shown) and a drill rod (not shown), the pile sinking reamer is connected to a static pile driver (not shown) through the translation mechanism 1, the girder 2 is connected to the translation mechanism 1, and the translation mechanism 1 swings the pile sinking reamer into and out of a working position. The power head 6 is fixed on the girder 2 through a sliding device (not shown), the power head 6 can slide up and down on the girder 2, and one end of the power head 6 is connected with the drill rod and the drill bit.
With reference to fig. 1, as shown in fig. 1, the translation mechanism 1 is not limited to cylinder driving, and may be in various forms such as mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and the like, in a preferred embodiment, the translation mechanism 1 includes a platform cylinder 10, a luffing cylinder 7, a fixed platform 9, and a movable platform 8, the pile sinking reamer is connected to a static pile driver through the fixed platform 9, the platform cylinder 10 is disposed between the movable platform 8 and the fixed platform 9, the platform cylinder 10 is connected to the fixed platform 9, the luffing cylinder 7 is disposed between the movable platform 8 and the girder 2, and the movable platform 8 is connected to the luffing cylinder 7.
In actual drilling and reaming, according to the requirement for the depth of the hole, a plurality of drill rods may be needed, and therefore, in order to better fix the drill rods, the pile sinking reamer further comprises a chain buckle 5, one end of the power head 6 is connected with the chain buckle 5, and one end of the drill rods slides up and down along with the power head 6 by being fixed on the chain buckle 5.
Because the drill rod needs to fix the direction of the drill rod and be held, the pile sinking reamer also comprises a manipulator 4, and the manipulator 4 fixes the drill rod on the girder 2.
In order to facilitate the installation of a plurality of drill rods, the pile sinking reamer further comprises a holder 3, the holder 3 is fixed on the girder 2, and the holder 2 is used for fixing the drill rods.
The working principle of the pile sinking reamer is as follows: when the static pile press cannot press a pile and needs to use the pile sinking reamer, the amplitude cylinder 7 starts to turn over to enable the girder 2 to stand up, the platform cylinder 10 starts to turn over to enable a drill bit to be aligned with the center of a pile hole, the number of the drill rods is selected according to the length requirement, if a plurality of drill rods are needed, the drill rods are connected through the chain buckles 5, the power head 6 moves downwards to open the chain buckles 5, the drill rods lifted by the crane are manually buckled into the chain buckles 5, the power head 6 moves upwards at the moment, the first drill rod is naturally vertical under the action of gravity, the manipulator 4 grasps the first drill rod, the main shaft of the power head 6 rotates to enable the main shaft to be buckled on the first drill rod, then the manipulator 4 loosens, the power head 6 pushes downwards and simultaneously rotates the main shaft of the gear box, and when the second drill rod is connected in the same method, the holder 3 presss from both sides tightly first drilling rod reaches the purpose that connects the pole, when the degree of depth that needs drilling is arrived downwards, begins to adjust reaming adjustment mechanism, adjusts reaming adjustment structure after the reaming is accomplished and makes the drill bit regain the state, 6 upwards backs drags of unit head the second drilling rod, 4 cooperations of manipulator 6 loosening of unit head is buckled, holder 3 is carried first drilling rod is broken out, 6 downwards catches of unit head first drilling rod will again 6 upwards backs drags until taking out all drilling rods, and the reaming action is accomplished this moment, static pile driver begins work.
