Abstract
本发明提供一种保温材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:疏水性树脂20-30份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,水35-50份,白乳胶25-32份,增韧剂1.3-2.6份,粘结剂8-12份,可再分散性乳胶粉3-6份。本发明的保温材料保温效果显著、粘性好、韧度好、比重轻、成本低,且加入了白乳胶,从而具有较高的粘结强度,满足了对外墙涂护的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域,具体涉及一种保温材料。
背景技术
随着建筑节能的推行和发展,保温隔热材料及制品越来越受到人们的重视。而目前使用的材料在各种性能上均不够理想,尤其是在保温、耐酸碱、耐候性等方面不能满足人们的需要。目前最常用的外墙保温材料为聚苯乙烯塑料泡沫板,其主要材料为聚苯乙烯树脂,由于其具有较高的透明度,刚性好,耐化学腐蚀性好,因此一直受到人们的亲睐,但是其存在着比重大,导热系数大,易出现应力开裂,成本高等的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提供一种保温效果显著、粘性好、比重轻、成本低的保温材料。
为达到上述目的,本发明一种保温材料所采用的技术方案是:一种保温材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:疏水性树脂20-30份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,水35-50份,白乳胶25-32份,增韧剂1.3-2.6份,粘结剂8-12份,可再分散性乳胶粉3-6份。
进一步地,由下列最优配比原料制成:疏水性树脂23份,聚乙烯醇5.2份,水42份,白乳胶28份,增韧剂2份,粘结剂10份,可再分散性乳胶粉4.9份。
进一步地,其制备方法是:
步骤1:按配方备料:疏水性树脂20-30份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,水35-50份,白乳胶25-32份,增韧剂1.3-2.6份,粘结剂8-12份,可再分散性乳胶粉3-6份;
步骤2:将水煮沸后加入聚乙烯醇,继续加热并搅拌,待聚乙烯醇溶解,直至无颗粒;
步骤3:再在步骤2中的混合液加入疏水性树脂、白乳胶、增韧剂、粘结剂及可再分散性乳胶粉,搅拌混合均匀,静置6-13分钟即可喷涂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的保温材料保温效果显著、粘性好、韧度好、比重轻、成本低,且加入了白乳胶,从而具有较高的粘结强度,满足了对外墙涂护的要求。

实施例1:
本发明一种保温材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:疏水性树脂20份,聚乙烯醇4份,水35份,白乳胶25份,增韧剂1.3份,粘结剂8份,可再分散性乳胶粉3份。
本发明一种保温材料的制备方法,按以下步骤制得:
步骤1:按配方备料:疏水性树脂20份,聚乙烯醇4份,水35份,白乳胶25份,增韧剂1.3份,粘结剂8份,可再分散性乳胶粉3份;
步骤2:将水煮沸后加入聚乙烯醇,继续加热并搅拌,待聚乙烯醇溶解,直至无颗粒;
步骤3:再在步骤2中的混合液加入疏水性树脂、白乳胶、增韧剂、粘结剂及可再分散性乳胶粉,搅拌混合均匀,静置6分钟即可喷涂。

本发明一种保温材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:疏水性树脂30份,聚乙烯醇7份,水50份,白乳胶32份,增韧剂2.6份,粘结剂12份,可再分散性乳胶粉6份。

步骤1:按配方备料:疏水性树脂30份,聚乙烯醇7份,水50份,白乳胶32份,增韧剂2.6份,粘结剂12份,可再分散性乳胶粉6份;
步骤2:将水煮沸后加入聚乙烯醇,继续加热并搅拌,待聚乙烯醇溶解,直至无颗粒;
步骤3:再在步骤2中的混合液加入疏水性树脂、白乳胶、增韧剂、粘结剂及可再分散性乳胶粉,搅拌混合均匀,静置13分钟即可喷涂。
实施例3,为本发明的最优实施例:
本发明一种保温材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:疏水性树脂23份,聚乙烯醇5.2份,水42份,白乳胶28份,增韧剂2份,粘结剂10份,可再分散性乳胶粉4.9份。
本发明一种保温材料的制备方法,按以下步骤制得:
步骤1:按配方备料:疏水性树脂23份,聚乙烯醇5.2份,水42份,白乳胶28份,增韧剂2份,粘结剂10份,可再分散性乳胶粉4.9份;
步骤2:将水煮沸后加入聚乙烯醇,继续加热并搅拌,待聚乙烯醇溶解,直至无颗粒;
步骤3:再在步骤2中的混合液加入疏水性树脂、白乳胶、增韧剂、粘结剂及可再分散性乳胶粉,搅拌混合均匀,静置9分钟即可喷涂。
综上所述,本发明的保温材料保温效果显著、粘性好、韧度好、比重轻、成本低,且加入了白乳胶,从而具有较高的粘结强度,满足了对外墙涂护的要求。

1.一种保温材料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:疏水性树脂20-30份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,水35-50份,白乳胶25-32份,增韧剂1.3-2.6份,粘结剂8-12份,可再分散性乳胶粉3-6份。
2.如权利要求1所述的保温材料,其特征在于由下列最优配比原料制成:疏水性树脂23份,聚乙烯醇5.2份,水42份,白乳胶28份,增韧剂2份,粘结剂10份,可再分散性乳胶粉4.9份。
3.如权利要求1所述的保温材料,其特征在于:按以下步骤制得:
