本发明涉及一种建筑板材保温材料。
背景技术
随着自保温地板在市场上火热起来,当楼盘主体都使用自保温地板的时候,建筑商完全不需要再在外墙保温上面话费大量的财力物力人力去做老式的外墙保温,保温地板修建的楼房主题,完全可以达到国家要求的隔热效果。同时保温地板在市场上的质量良莠不齐,存在着各种各样的缺点,例如质量不达标,对人体有毒害等。因此,人们需要一种高效的建筑保温材料,来满足人们的使用需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种建筑板材保温材料,具有很好的隔热保温性,减少了墙体保温的材料,同时具有很好的耐磨性。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种建筑板材保温材料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
植物材料粉9-15份,粘结剂3-7份,有机硅改性环氧树脂6-10份,乙烯酸3-9份,双环戊二烯烃类聚合物6-11份,石英砂3-9份,环烷烃1-5份,聚乙烯醇8-13份,减水剂2-6份,空心玻璃微珠5-10份,30-70目硅藻土6-9.5份,磷酸二辛酯2-6份,甲苯二苯基磷酸酯1.4-2.8份,毛蛤壳粉2-6份,线性低密度聚乙烯3.5-8份,羧基甲基纤维素2.3-9份。

植物材料粉15份,粘结剂7份,有机硅改性环氧树脂10份,乙烯酸9份,双环戊二烯烃类聚合物11份,石英砂9份,环烷烃5份,聚乙烯醇13份,减水剂6份,空心玻璃微珠10份,30-70目硅藻土9.5份,磷酸二辛酯6份,甲苯二苯基磷酸酯2.8份,毛蛤壳粉6份,线性低密度聚乙烯8份,羧基甲基纤维素9份。
